Thank you for giving us a chance and for the 4 stars rating! We try our best to satisfy all customers. Please note that used vehicles come in different conditions and each is priced accordingly. Almost all older F-150's have a rip on the driver's seat end! We did have that truck scheduled for some body work to take care of those little dents which are taken care of now.

You can't expect a 2005 USED SUV for $3000 to be without a blemish.

As you pointed out not all of the cars were clean, unfortunately this is the pollen season and it is everywhere!
We currently have more than 50 cars on our lot, it is not easy keeping all of them clean all the time.

We at FMAE feel very sorry that you seem to have a bad experience!
But let me put things in balance;
-The rubber weather strip on the window did have a minor kink in it causing the glass to get off rail for 1/2 inch as being dry. It was greased to smooth out. Needs little help to stay in track, that's True, but don't forget that the original AGREED price was dropped $350 from $5000 to 4650! The extra amount you paid was for fees, tax, Tag and title.
- You have test driven the truck and had all the chance to check it at any one of at least 5 neighboring certified mechanic

Yet you were so happy with it that you accepted it as is, signed the AS/IS agreement and even waived a service contract that was offered to you for any future mishaps! Do you Remember?
- You called me, the owner, after hours and stated your complaint about a dead battery, I shared with you all what I could think of at the time as I was astonished due to the fact that this truck in specific never needed a jump all the time that we had it, and even asked you to give my PERSONAL cell number to the mechanic for any help that I could offer, but no one ever called me after that. Neither you or them!
-After you left on that long trip, I have no idea what kind of devices, good or shorted, you may have plugged into the power outlet, you might have kept that plugged in even when you stopped for a bite or shopping with your mom! (that GM model continues to supply power even when the engine is turned off, we verified that in the other unit that we have), that might have drained the battery! A low battery cannot start a vehicle without a jump, and a starter is NOT NEEDED if the battery is low! So all those extra expenses were for no valid reason. As you have stated in your review that the electrical problem remains! So if that mechanic could not find the root of the problem, then all work done was due to a wrong diagnostic. Sorry that you paid the wrong person for a wrong diagnostic. Please check your attached devices for faults. Call me if you need further help, you have my personal number.
By-the-way, your Tag and registration is waiting for you in our office!
