Only buy from this dealer if you are a local and can close the deal, ie, provide payment, the same day you sign a sales agreement. This dealer is not good at internet sales - I signed a sales agreement on a holiday but could not wire the payment until the next day - they sold the car to someone else a few hours later who was a local and wrote a personal check. Not cool.

The price quoted was not the purchase price it 5k above that. including registration 2k and detailing the car. They called it smart pricing. And when I turned down the supervisor called me and asked what I ended up buying. His response was a little disrespectful as he said did you look at consumer report before you made that choice then he quickly hung up. Then I got another call from a lady who was following up but I didnt return her call. My salesman Jared was really nice, patient, attentive and respectful however the pricing wasnt right.

I’m disappointed with how business is conducted at this establishment. At first, it was a pleasure working with the staff. They were considerate, easy to work with, and accommodating to my needs as a customer. Unfortunately, they were not able to carry that level of professionalism to the end of the deal. The staff are unable to communicate clearly and lack transparency. They will agree to one thing, and then double back on that same offer. They will not only let you down as a customer, but will thoroughly waste your time. I am unable to grasp how qualified sales professionals could leave that much confusion between themselves and the customer. It is safe to say I am not pleased with my experience and it is too bad they were able to confirm the classic stereotypes of car salesmen.

Staff couldn't keep track of what vehicles were available or sold. I received several calls from various staff that provided conflicting information. Seems like a bait and switch tactic. Clearly a lack of communication within this dealership. They wasted my time. I purchased the next day from another dealer.

Awesome dealership. Professional and take good care of their customers. They even brought the car home so I didnt have to get a ride to pick up the car. When I went after a week to purchase the car, they told me that overnight the price dropped $500. They didnt have to but they did, which shows their honesty.

When I first looked at a vehicle at this dealership through CarGurus, the vehicle was priced at $17988. A few days later, I received an email that there was a pricing changed, so I assumed it had gone down in price. When I looked at the vehicle again the price increased. The price actually has increased twice since the first posting which was 10/10. I don't think I want to do business with a dealership that misleads shoppers. Not a great marketing strategy.

iffy communication, ridicolous pricing. When you go to the dealership they force you to watch a video regarding their "no haggle pricing". Set side at least two hours if you plan on paying these guys a visit.

Dishonest! Asked point blank is the car clean. It was low mileage one year old and my expectations were going to be high and I did not want to waste my time on a car not cosmeticly clean. He took a pic and told me that was all he saw, minor scratches on drivers door plastic. When I got there the car was not any where near clean. It had to be the worst car I have ever seen that was one year old. Paint had been buffed but the exterior was scratched, chipped and dinged. the interior stunk of something nasty and every plastic panel was heavily scratched. The rear seat was stained and to top it off the rear arm rest had marker all over it. Checked their reviews and sure enough there integrity came up often.

Its a hassle & stress free experience. Buying the pre-owned car at this dealership is a fabulous experience. Quality, Price, warranty and so on is very good than compared to others. Recommended to others to have a experience.

Refused to discuss price other than to repeat the mantra that the their "Smart Pricing" means you should pay their asking price. Chambers used to be my go to dealer but they're now at the bottom of my list. Same experience with their other store in Boston.

I called and arranged to see the car on the following Monday received confirmation of my appointment as late as Monday morning only to be informed as I am standing in the airport in Ft Lauderdale on my way to Boston, where the car is located, that they sold the car the previous day.

The sales person is very helpful. Due to their internal communication gap they showed us already sold vehicle. AS Herb chambers says 'smart pricing' all BS. They will negotiate and thay will call you.
