While it is correct that we charge $1,000 more if you choose not to utilize dealer financing (we have a very diverse network of lenders allowing us to assist buyers of all different circumstances), this is clearly indicated in the description of every vehicle we list online. The second part of your comment, however is inaccurate, and I apologize if this was poorly communicated during your visit, but to clarify, our Administrative fee is $199.00, and our "Doc" or Lien fee is only $2.50; well under the $1

The most horrendous dealer I've ever dealt with. Fenton Nissian will make mistake after mistake and not take any acccountability or responsibility for anything. Also you'll be lucky to get your title within 30 days leaving you with a late fee. The last vehicle I bought I spent 4 hours waiting on finance/detail and found out the car was scratched up in the detail shop. So their answer was to "buff" the scratches out and I waited another 4 hours. I was able to exchange it for another only after I brought up the "no hassle" 72 hour exchange policy. It was far from no hassle and was told only the General Manager could approve it. They are crooks and every sense of the word sleaze balls. I have bought 2 cars from them and this last go around will be my last. You try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but they are crooks. As soon as they have your money in their hands, they dont care about you after that. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM FENTON NISSAN!!!!

Odd experience. I contacted the dealership regarding a car listed. After being rerouted back to the operator several times because no one in the sales department would answer my call, I was finally directed to a friendly man in the internet sales department. While I have no issues with personally, he informed me he was new and not really able to answer the majority of my questions so I told him I would attempt to stop by. I didn’t give him any contact information and I didn’t ask to be contacted and I only gave my first name. Later that afternoon, I was contacted by a member of the sales department asking me to call him. I thought that was a little pushy considering I intentionally dive give any contact information. I returned his call promptly and not only did he forget who I was, he too was only able to answer a minimal number of questions. When I asked if there was any flexibility in the price he immediately lost interest in our conversation and at that point I said I was no longer interested in the vehicle simply based on his attitude. The next morning I receive another call from the manager saying he noticed my interest in the car. I explained that someone had called me the day prior and told me they were firm on the price, which at that point he said “oh are you looking for a discount?” It left me feeling as if I wasn’t taken seriously simply because I’m looking for the best price I can get. Overall I’m disappointed with their customer service skills, inter office communication, and lack of knowledge about the product they’re selling.

HORRIBLE, I tried to negotiate a price with them on this vehicle and they would only come off the asking price $300.00. I liked the vehicle so much that I still drove three hours to go look at it and test drive. Vehicle was just as described and in very good condition. I again tried to negotiate a price and offered them $9,300. They wouldn't budge on the $9,500 so I decided to go purchase another vehicle that I had looked at in the area that was priced lower. Well we had car problems and were unable to make it to that dealership before it closed, so we drove back home three hours with no car. The next day the General Sales Manager contacted me and wanted to know if I was still interested. I told him I was and he again said he would not sell for less than $9,500. I told him I would go $9,350 but he refused to budge. My wife and I later discussed the vehicle and decided to go ahead and pay the $9,500 since she liked it so much. I contacted the sales person and she told me that she wold let the Sales Manager know that we agreed to purchase it, I even offered to send them a deposit to hold it for me. She called me back and said the Sales Manager told her they couldn't hold the vehicle for me, even though I had agreed to purchase it, with cash. He said there was another appointment to show the vehicle the next day and he didn't want to lose a sale if I backed out. Hey, I said I would put down a deposit and I had just driven three hours two days prior to look at it. The next day the sales person called me and said the vehicle had sold last night. Hmmm, I thought he said the appointment was for the next day. Anyway I would not recommend this dealership to anyone considering making a purchase from out of town or state because they can't be trusted. Little did they know that after they put me off the night before, I found another vehicle with just a couple thousand miles more than the one they had that had a lot more features we were looking for, including leather seats that were in immaculate condition. I wold say that Fenton Nissan needs to contact their General Sales Manager and maybe teach him some customer service. I will say that my sales person, Pam, even offered to drive to me so I could give them a down payment, I guess the Sales Manager wouldn't allow it. Maybe Pam needs a promotion.

Rather see me walk out the door than make a deal. Way too pushy about doing their own financing, I had my own and they didn't even want to deal with me. Not recommend this dealer. Played their little games about financing going back and forth, "trying" to make a deal. Waste of my time.

They worked with me very well by internet until I was ready for verbal contact. At which time it went real well and I'm buying a vehicle from them now.
