the salesman who got in touch with me didn't know anything about Alfa Romeos. He told me how well the car I was interested in was selling. A simle Google search of monthly sales of Alfa Romeos is terrible . Also there have been quality problems which the salesman wouldn't admit. There are instances when the car broke down driving from the dealership. I would only buy from this dealership if they had the best price. I would get warranty work done at a different dealership

It was a great experience with customer service. When I arrived at the dealership I received fast service. I purchased the car and my salesman Kristian Ramos was very efficient and considerate. The general manager Felix listened and offered me the best deal he could. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Quick response but car shown was not my first choice in options so I responded as such. Hard to rate them since I didn't go through the whole purchasing process.

Extremely Poor. After the test Drive the dealer raised the price by $5000 from internet/CarGurus Quoted price. It was a total waste of time and money (gas + toll).

I got a lecture about how to negotiate. Was not very happy with the person, since he never identified who he was. I made an offer on line and was told I had no clue about how to buy a car...

Dealership did notify me that the car online is now at $7,000 the window sticker was never updated the price on the window was $8,000 bought car and was very upset that the price was never updated I feel that this was very dishonest

Advertised a $21,995 price, after two hours came back with $23,995. They attempted to jack up price with a "dealer fee." A waste of time dealing with these folks.

Terrible experience they did not want to honor the price stated. They tried to up charge the price by $2900. 4 hours in the show room. They tried to explain this price was only a teaser to get you to the dealership. We were ready to play in traffic blind folded than to spend any more time there. Only after getting up to leave did they agree to the price they quoted. Never again at this dealership. Look out for that $595 car wash they charge. So called dealer prep. Avoid unless you like torture.

They called right away when I made contact with them in the app. Give me details about the car I'm interested. I'm going to see it.

Left us sitting in showroom for a 1/2 hour without telling us the vehicle we were buying just drive off the lot!!

Car I was interested in wasn't available... Sold earlier in the day... Sales person tried very hard to find a car that met my needs.

Would not talk to me unless I was willing to come in to the dealership.

They told me that if I wasn't ready to make a deal they would not even have my car that I was trading in appraised. They had 2 managers speak to me and tell me the same thing, they were totally unprofessional.

Dealer called and was great.

Too many Auto Emails, none of which were about the vehicles I was contacting them about. Very frustrating.

Bat & switch Just some words of caution and words of advice do not advertise a car that you don't intend to sell at that price.. I don't know how it works in New York but I can assure you there is inherent risk and problems with that scenario There are other dealers

Extremely upset with this dealership. First they are very aggressive with texting and trying to get you to buy the first visit. They gave a very good deal and did everything to get me to buy that night. After several hours I told them I would think about their deal and come back in the day when I had more time to spend and see other available cars. They promised me they had plenty more used minivans I was interested in and we would talk more about the deal they proposed. I came back (being texted allot in between), and waited quite a time. When they finally got to me they had no other cars in the range or style I wanted., even though they raved about how much they had. When I said let's talk about our deal with the first car they acted like they never gave that price. When they finally admitted to making the deal they told me that was a mistake and they could not honor it. Really! After two days and hours of dealing with their dealing. I should have known from the lady going off on them about the same thing when I first walked through the door. They apologized about her ranting and assured me it was because she was a little off. I don't think so.

We didn't have an issue with the staff. We were undecided on what we wanted and needed to regroup.

I was socked @ the offer they made - added prep charge to car price and with my trade in I would pay about the price of $19,000. This did not make any sense.

Prices are high, sales people seemed sketchy.

They did the best they could. In the end I did not feel they went the extra mile.

Great nice people, work done fast and properly. I would love to buy more cars from this place if I'll get the chance in the future.
