I drove over 2 hours to get to this place to check out a car. When I get there, they start to show me the car and then a few moments later apologize for the car being sold an hour earlier. Why not call me if that's the case? Because they probably sold it a day or two ago and wanted to attempt to sell me another car. They made me wait--a lot. When they said they were going to find an alternative, they were lounging in another room... Probably trying to make it seem like they were hard at work. Waste of time. Beware these are the manipulative kind of salespeople that give all salespeople a bad name.

Absolute terrible place to do business with, the sales guys speak as if they know the vehicles when they know absolutely nothing about them. Durning the test drives sales person took personal phone calls and knew nothing about the vehicle at all. The general manager is very persistent and will do anything to force u into buying a vehicle off his lot. My advice to buyers is stay as far as California when it comes to these guys!

i wish i got this on video... this dealership is shady... steer clear of this one. #1Car had dryrotted tires, but they didn't seem to think that was an issue!!! #2 The front end alignment was way off, car pulled heavily to the right (have they even driven their own cars??) #3 The sales person was basically unfamiliar with the car, its options and how to use/access them, and at one point just sat in the car fiddling around trying to figure stuff out like i wasnt even there lol. #4The interior of the car was just disgusting... stains, cigarette ash, sticky almost like old soda goop... I'm saying straight disregard and neglect. the list goes on and on people... STAY AWAY I AM WARNING YOU. Just to be clear (and not that it matters) but i clearly stated to them on the phone that i was looking for a clean vehicle in good working condition. Also, that if said vehicle was not in that criteria to please not waste my time, especially since i had to drive 1.25hrs to get there!!!! worst experience, i hope none of you make the mistake i did, which is why i felt it was my duty to leave this review. Please take heade, and good luck on you car sourcing. Be careful and do you research!! Also bring a mechanic or someone who knows what to look for when checking out a car. Use your noggin!!!!

Advertised price 20,890 they tact on a 20% up-charge they claim its a dealership fee. When you get your fiance ppw, you NEVER see dealership fee. It say the vehicle fee price is 25,068, then you have your taxes, DMV fees, doc fee and also a mysterious pay to other fee. So your total fiance is well above 32,000. With all there enhanced and mysterious fees. Definitely shop around I'm sure there are reputable USED car deals in the area with OUT these enhanced fees.

Bought the car, they said it passed there 9 point inspection. Took to a Cadillac dealer to get inspected and it needed all new breaks, rotors and tires $2,500. Call them on it and they wanted to charge me for the repairs. My fault you can tell the moment you pull into the dealership there shady. I️ would not recommend.

Watch out for this place they put together my deal for a Mustang and when I questioned why the numbers were not working out they then explained to me that there was a $2975.00 dealer preparation! Stay away would be my recommendation.

Where I test drove the vehicle, it did have wiper blades and the power running boards weren't working. Assuming this would be repaired, I agreed to discuss purchasing the vehicle. I must say that I was insulted that the price went from 26,490 to almost $30,000 primarily due to a DEALER PREP FEE OF $2,495 and about $600 in motor vehicle and other fees. I knew the fee was bogus because the Manager agreed to take it off completely. But they would not reduce the price of the car although it was priced higher than KBB. I was told it's higher because of the color and features. I sat in the office with the Manager and when I wouldn't accept their price, he spent a few minutes browsing their website looking for another vehicle to try and sell me. Again totally offended. Didn't feel right so I left. I ended up buying a certified 2013 with 39,000 miles from a dealership.

I recently bought a car from these guys from out of state. Tank was never filled with gas, car was not cleaned for delivery and it had no windshield washer fluid whatsoever. Worst part of my experience was i had temp plates to drive home and was promised my registered plates would get to me before the temp expired. They never came and i was told 3 days before they expired i had to bring the car to get emissions done before i could get my plates! This was almost 3 weeks after i bought the car and i was the one calling to ask where my plates were. Nobody called me and nobody cared. Salesman kept begging for positive review to make his commission and then was never to be heard from again. Anyways my reg and plates came in a week after my temporary plate had expired so i couldnt even drive my new car for a week! To top it off they didnt offer me any sort of reimbursement or gas card or anything.... they are simply hustlers and no where near professional.

I found Brian to be very friendly, helpful, and responded quickly to my inquiries. I appreciated that both carfax and 3rd party PPI were provided up front. A shipping estimate was also provided. Although i have not yet purchased a vehiclei would not hesitate to business with EM.

Not very good!!.....When I pulled out of the driveway onto the road I noticed right away the brake pads were so low that the metal was grinding into the rotors (Safety concern) That should be one of the first things you check when putting a vehicle on your lot......During the test drive the salesman asked what method of payment was i using the purchase the vehicle so I stated Cash, Once I mentioned that the price went up $995.00 because they weren't getting there kickback from the bank had I fianced......Who goes into a store and when paying cash the store raises the price? Really??....Get it together guys!!!.....Caution on this dealer if you even consider buying a vehicle from this location!!

I'm not completely satisfied with the way our negotiations went. They want $2495 in dealer fees....which is crazy. They had a high motor vehicle fee of $489. And then $157 for tags. The online price brought me in. I got them down to $700 in fees...still high. When I went back to pick up the vehicle, it wasn't ready as promised. They still had things to fix. I went back a few days later and it was ready. However they tried to throw in another $700 fee for a rate lock...which is Unacceptable. I was about to leave and they took it off. I'm not happy with the tactic they used. Still waiting for a copy of the work order on what they said was fixed.

This is simple, costumer Service email you and call you to set up a appointment for a test drive, car was ready when I got there ,the seller was really cool,but the only thing is that there NO room to negotiations at all, Tag price is $16,999 2013 Acura TL 4 years old 92,300 miles Manual transmission 1 accident minor scratches in the rear bumper My first offer was, $15,500 they ask me how close can I get to $16,999 and I offer $16,000 and $4,500 Down and they said NO but they not even try to explain to me that vehicle worth the price, butthey GOOD PEOPLE but when is come to negotiations not good at all,,my offer still open for business $16,000 and $4,500 Down

About two months ago i cam in looking for an Evo X . Mind u I went to an actual Mitsubishi Dealer the night before and was let down. In any case i came to Europlus Motorsports. Upon arrival I was Greeted by the staff but worked Directly with Oleg to make this sale happen. He helped me find the car I wanted. Long story Short I bought a 13' Evo X SSL and haven't been happier. The staff was great ! I remember clearly telling them as I signed the papers the reason I made the purchase. I met the owners and every one else in the shop that day, not only did we talk business but we talked about many other things. They made me feel like family and that for me was there best selling point. To make this better two weeks into the purchase a check engine light and clutch went, sounds terrible right.... Well not only did the fix it for me they did a lot of other routine work to make sure the car was in tip top shape. All around Great shop. As i would like to call it a "One Stop Shop" everything you need right there in one location. Everything was going fine until I said I would pay cash. Salesman called and informed he couldn't sell the car to me. They had to wait for a buyer who would finance through them. No where was it stated that the price was a finance only price. Don't waste your time here.

Great dealer that goes out of their way to help the customer. I bought my truck from them a month ago. It had high miles on it obviously had no manufacturer warranty left. Euro Plus Motors assured me that if there were any problems they would help me to resolve it. The truck was great but I noticed some fan noise a couple of weeks later. When I called John he send me to shop that took care of the issue and it was free of charge. I have bought an Audi A5 from them 3 years ago and it is still running. Great dealer and I will do business with them again.

Very respectful, to my whole family they let me test drive true car I came there for and also allowed my swife to test drive when I got there the car was blocked in by 7 cars they moved them all in a flash just so I can test the car even though it was slightly cold

After no response to my email I called the dealer on a Saturday morning only to find that they are closed on Saturdays. I made arrangements to come see the van on Monday but upon arrival I had to wait for them to retrieve it from storage. The van was in the shape I expected but filled with garbage (literally, the entire cargo area). It met my needs and I left a deposit pending an inspection by my mechanic the following Monday. We discussed them emptying out the garbage and making a minor repair to realign the right cargo van prior to my arrival the following week and of course that the van must have no major mechanical issues and be able to pass state inspection. The appointment was confirmed on Friday and my husband and I showed up on Monday a few minutes later than expected only to find that once again the van was not there at the lot. Having come prepared to pay for the van and drive it home I was disappointed to start the visit this way. After waiting a half hour the van finally arrived, unfortunately still filled with crap and with a piece of wire holding the door closed. I should have taken my money then and forgotten about it but instead I took the van to my mechanic to get it checked out (I had to put gas in it to get there). The end result, the Van failed miserably. It's missing a parking brake, the air conditioning unit isn't even hooked up, let alone working and there were 8 major codes from the engine. They must have known it would fail, otherwise it would have been prepped and ready for me to take home. Bottom line they wasted my time, my money (I drove 200 miles round trip twice, put gas in the van and paid my mechanic who fortunately was local) and lost any chance that I'd ever be a customer or refer anyone to them. Their loss and I'll find my van elsewhere.

They didn't seem interested since I was an out of state buyer. Their loss, I just traveled out of state and bought a different EVO. Not to mention I picked up a SRT8 out of state along with two STI's. The listing was posted and they didn't have the car and said he would call back when it arrived. Never happened and when I asked if he wanted my name and number he said no I'm good and hung up.

Horrible service over the phone, wouldn't even consider my 06 cobalt ss for a trade, for under auction price, and could barely understand the rude foreigner on the phone anyway. just refuse to ever deal with that place ever again.

Stay away from this company. I drove from Philadelphia to Somerset NJ, to find out that the car was not on the lot. I spoke to the sales man who stated that the car was sold the day prior. I was so mad because I called this company before I took a 2 hour ride and they said that the car was on the lot.
