The dealership was very misleading. I spoke with an internet sales person about the car. No accidents, clean in great condition. So my husband and I drove from Brooklyn to the Bronx, about an hour. When we got there, we were handed off to an unsmiling salesman. Once we sat down he proceeded to tell us the car was available but we couldn't test drive or see it as it was in the body shop for repairs. We were angry at going there for nothing and asked about why the internet salesman didn't tell us. Apparently it wasn't important enough to tell them. In addition I asked about the body shop work if it had a clean car fax. The police were not involved so the car fax is clean. They would not have told me or any future buyer that it was in an accident where body work was required. Manager apologized but offered little. He did say f we came back to see the car he would reimburse the tolls. Business as usual for them, for me untrustworthy. Be warned.

Not good I saw the car online when I made the appointment to see the car the salesman when to get the key for me to test drive he couldn’t let drive because the car had issues so he said it had to go the the mechanic shop first he would call me when it was ready I called him Several times about the car he said it was still being Work on when I went back online they changed the price of the car to a higher price and he still hasn’t called back

When I called to see if the car was still available the salesperson said "yes". I then went to the bank to figure out the loan and then headed over to the dealership. When I got to the dealership I told the salesperson that I was here to look at the car and he checked the 'system' (which is basically the website that anyone has access to) to see if the car was still listed, which it was. We headed over to their used car lot to see it, but the employees there didn't know where it was. We then walked over to the detailing garage and asked them if they had seen it, which they had the day before. The salesperson, frustrated at this point because nobody seemed to know where the car was, and I headed back to the main dealership to finally ask the manager about the car. When we asked, the manager told us that it had been sold the day before!? In the end, I wasted almost an entire work day chasing around a car that didn't exist. If they had sold it the day before, why don't they look up in their "system" (NOT the internet, which is out of date) to really check to see if that car is still there? That would have saved a lot of time for myself and the salesperson.

Set up an appointment to see and to hopefully purchase the car. I was told to come at 115p. after driving all the way from Elizabeth NJ and got to the dealer in the Bronx at 1130a. I walked told the car was sold the day before.I paid $70 in toll and wasted my gas. You guys did not even give me a courtesy call to cancel the appointment ahead of time. I WILL NOT BE COMING TO THAT DEALER AGAIN.

Horrible, Armando the sales rep that was assign to me very rude I tried explaining that I had traveled from Ct and that I was tryung to leave with a car and he kept talking over me not listening to what I had to say and when I told him ok if the car I want you don't have it after speaking with staff from the dealer directly who assure me the cars were available than what can you offer he said well nothing I was very dissapointed and upset extremely rude.

upon arrival even though I made an appointment to see the car, there were no keys available. Plus, the car was on a different lot than the one provided. I am in a wheelchair and the salesperson was nice enough to push the chair for couple of looooong blocks to show me the car. For the price, it had a lot of scratches, was not cleaned out and left a bad impression.

The price of this car is listed at $25,000 which I was going to buy. When contacted by dealer, i was told that price does not include $2,500 That you have to put down. That would bring the total to $27,500 which is not the advertised price!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Worst experience ever! Before i drove over an hour and had to paid a toll i called to make sure the car i wanted was there. They assured me it was after putting me in hold. I drive there. I waited about an our to see a sales person. He pulls up the car on the computer and says oh the car should be in the front, let me get the keys. Comes back and says we dont have that car but we have this silver one. I lost it and was beyond mad that they lied to me and made me drive over an hour and on top pay for a toll.

Classic bait and switch...listed a certified car that was 5k below book. Called in to confirm the onfo, called in two hours before going to confirm car was still there, but wouldent you know it...was told "oh we sold it just two hours ago"...i said i called two hours ago..."oh i mean 1 hour ago, but i can sell you a car thats 4 years older, with 17k more miles, thats not certified, for 200 more dollars". I told her she was wasting my time, and left.

If I could give NO stars I would. I called to confirm that the car was there & they said that it was. I went all the way to the Bronx & just like other people said, they stated that they did not have the car but would show me something else . The salesperson left to “talk to the manager” & I got up and left. Horrible business & ethics, STAY AWAY !!!!

Drove 2 hours each way for a 2010 Jeep Patriot, cash price advertised on car gurus is $6000....I made my cash offer and they came back saying that the price of the car is actually $8000. Fake prices to attract clients is not a good practice, I rather know the actual price of a car so I can decide if it is on my budget. Don’t waste your time at this dealership.

I was showed one car but was suppose to pay for another. I came in to get the sonata but was told that it had been sold then was offered a 2014 Ford focus. The dealer showed me the focus and said he was going to run my insurance to see how much I would have to pay because I had to have full coverage in order to take the case off the lot. Which once he was done had come to 630$ plus he wanted three more hundred down when he had already taken 700$. But then come to find out he had put my insurance in for a 2011 Toyota Camry. Very very very very very very shiesty dealership. Had to get my money back. First time car buyer worst ever experience......

Generally good but with the typical confusion about price. You enter with the advertised price and then are hit with all the add on fees, not all of which you understand or deem legitimate. Overall good with a knowledgeable non- pressure salesman.

Horrible and disrespectful. Complete bait and switch. Called to ask about a car. Salesman said it was there and ready to test drive. Took the day off from work to go see it. Drove over an hour to get there, only to be told the car didn't have an engine, but they could sell me similar cars, all of which were over $2000 more expensive. After leaving, I had a friend call and ask about the same car, and they told him it was available and to come down and see it. I even had him say he had to take the day off from work, and was told to do it, because the car is available and ready to go. Stay far away from these scam artists. Literally the worst experience I've ever had trying to purchase anything. I've even seen people on yelp complain about them, then seeing a "customer satisifaction" manager responding to the complaints saying "there must be some kind of misunderstanding" and to contact him so he can make it right. When you contact that number and or email address, you get no response. They're trying to save face online by acting like they will correct their mistakes, but it's just a show to make potential new customers feel like the will have a positive experience. Don't waste your time with people who are actively trying to scam you

I live on long Island,told me truck was available,drove to the Bronx,truck was in the "body shop", so I paid both tolls,sat in traffic,turned around ,went home disappointed.Thanks,couldn't even coordinate a viewing.Then proceeded to tell me somebody wanted the truck,he told the it was sold(lies),and I should run down there and put a down payment on vehicle.Yeah right...keep your lies and your damaged vehicle.Thanks for the aggravation.

They charge a pretty significant dealer fee but they'll work with you on it if you're not happy with the price. In the end I didn't buy the vehicle but they made me a good offer that I would've taken if it had the features I was looking for. I would do business with these guys again.

When's today's dealership six times in four days and only got helped ones and that was because I went inside and had to almost argue with the receptionist to get Help I look at the car was in the no condition to sell to anyone the guy was supposed to get back to me a day later he never did I had to buy a different car at another dealership

The personnel was very nice. The car I tested was in good condition but the fees were outrageous to the point that the 6,600 wind up to be 4,000 $ above the advertised price not including the financing interest that would have raised the price to a galloping 12,000 dollars.

Was greated upon entering dealership, then was escorted outside by sales person who made us walk the whole lot looking for the 2013 Dodge Journey in 100+ weather. We left the sales person looking for the suv and walked back inside dealership, sales person walked in.and spoke to his managerwho told us that the suv was in the shop getting fix when I had an appointment to see that suv on.Saturday 13,2016..... Extremely unprofessional never again!!!! The good thing is I got to purchase a Honda CRV.. Thnks for nothing Dodge

My sales guy Louie was great however my overall experience was a disaster. I was told I was approved for the 2012 charger I put my $1500 down and then they tried to put me in a 2007 Cadillac smh the chargers price was actually more than the asking price on the net. I asked for my refund and they tried to work and find another car for me but I didn't see anything that I like. Oh and they only give refunds on Tuesdays so I had to wait for my deposit.

Had cash in hand for a 2016 Hellcat and salesman would never call back. I think they assumed I wasn't serious because they dropped the ball and Only when I was driving home in my new purple hellcat from another dealer did they call. Then the manager told me that I could never have gotten the price I did. What a bunch of paranoid idiots. East coast mentality strikes again, losing an 80k sale... whoops! Maybe I'll go back and buy theirs for my girlfriend, but only for what I paid cash for mine. LOLOLOLOL

I called them to inquire about a car and they gave me an appointment the same day. I was informed the car was still available. I was called more than 3 times to make sure I was going. I don't have a car and took a cab with my kids. When I arrived as was greeted by a gentleman who informed me the car was sold 2 weeks ago. I told why were they calling me so many times to confirm if I was going if they didn't have a car they informed me was there. He said he was sorry and asked if I wanted to see other cars more expensive than the one I was originally there for. I asked to speak to the manager and 3 different employee including the receptionist told me he was not available at the moment. Why make people go to your dealership under false pretenses just to make you buy a more expensive car. I will never go back to them. Very unprofessional staff.

We went to look at the car and it didn't have a battery to start it. They said the would replace the battery and call me. When I finally heard back 5 days later, they told me the replaced the battery with a brand new battery and it was ready for my test drive. I took the subway and bus (1 1/2 hours) to get there and the car completely died 5 minutes into my test drive. It was 3 hours round trip for a car they never tested. They are completely unprofessional and left me stranded. They also listed the car as $12,000 and when I got there they told me it was $17,000! Stay away from this car dealer!

The price was posted on Cargurus as 10,700 when I call to confirm vehicle still available I ask if they can do something about the price the answer was 10,700 but will talk about it when you come over, drove 2 hours to NY and when I got there price went from 10,700 to 11,700 and the funny part is finance only. I was gonna pay cash answer was if cash it's $ 15.700 I don't recommend this dealer to any one.

Bad customer service. They made that travel 2 hours them when I arrived they just say the vehicle was sold and they didn't called me to tell about that. 20 minutes after I was there they called me again to ask me if I was there to see the vehicle. No communication.

The dealer called me at 11AM to tell me he had the car I was looking for and I drove all the way down to arrive one hour later... and be told that he had allegedly just sold the car one hour ago and that the customer was very happy with it. The whole point was to try and sell me another type of car when I had expressed that I was looking speciphically for a Jaguar S- Type 4.2 R

this vehicle was listed at $27,000. I agreed to pay that price and then they added a 10% "internet fee" at the end ($2,700) and a mandatory $600 charge to "inspect" their own truck. i asked how they could justify changing the price at the end of the process and the answer was "we always do that". i was set to make this purchase but the dealership is not honest.

I travel close to 150 mi.round trip they had the vehicle I was looking for,right color,year,price and millage,communicated with sales and I agree to travel to NY,the person I talked to in the phone told me we still have the car and is in mint condition,when I arrived to the dealer and check the SUV it was very rough,booth bumpers badly crack rear one chunks missing one tail light hanging by the wires and lens missing four different tires and worn,interior filthy dirty and driver seat reaped,low miles in vehicle didnt match condition,and the price jumped almost $ 4,000.00 over the advertised price,they want $500.00 prep.charges?and various charges between $250.00 and $300.00 for almost $4,000.00 the price they quoted me before I traveled to NY,Real shysters,giving bad name to NY dealers.I give this dealer minus five stars

he Sales Representative I was introduced to was the only positive factor to my 2 day encounter. I was handled immediately. Yes, I was able to test drive my desired vehicle, Nitro Heat. Too many changes to what I really wanted which was the Nitro Heat AWD. I went from a Nitro Heat, to a lime green vehicle to be viewed after dusk, JEEP Liberty 2012 and last offer was a JEEP Patriot 2012. Sadly, the interruptions from the loan officers didn't allow the sales representative to keep me interested enough to stay and make it work . My urgency, which was known to them all, was my daughter needs my car which she will have and I will take to Atlanta, GA and I need a replacement vehicle, no fancy gadgets, no extra amenities required, standard features. A vehicle to transport me from point A to B, nothing more. Your Loan processing gentlemen, let fly a bird in the hand for one in the nest...bad business...I would have caved...and settled eventually because my motivating factor was my daughter has a bigger need than I, that I and as her mother had to fulfill immediately without cutting myself short in the process...I was an easy kill...but they didn't see it. My observation, the guys working the loans need to stay off the sales floor and channel their proposal through their sales representatives, you have good Sales people, let them do their job which is once a prospect walks in through the door, you don't let them go until a purchase is made. I would have started with, what's your price range and what is the monthly payment your budgeting to make and work with the vehicles in that price range. Apologetically, explained you can't afford that but we have this... First day, I received two calls from the loan officer, one made a remark which was uncalled for but I still showed up to my schedule appointment. I test drove the Nitro Heat, didn't qualify for the Nitro, was introduced to some lime green vehicle which I rejected immediately, new care application presented, completed those forms, and I was released, go home without making a sale, I found that strange but I let it go to a new sales approach, let you go home with probable hope, maybe. 2nd day, I sat there for two hours during/past lunch, mostly alone, no one offered and/or directed me to the coffee station. Loan officers shuffling paper back and forth. I got tired of waiting, made them state the loan terms, i didn't agree with terms being offerred, asked for my persoanl papers and left. They made the sales rep lose a client and I have a strong suspicion that happens a lot to them. Their (Loan processor) professional etiquette needs a little work. I'm not accustomed to that so I requested my documents and left. Diamonds come in all shapes, size and colors...they had me and they let me go...but I presume they hitch enough successful loans, they can afford to do that.. Unfortunately, I will not ever return to that location nor will I refer anyone to that location...But must say, you do have a proficiently staffed Sales dept...let them do their job...
