Overpriced vehicle. When I call them to talk and see if they were aware the vehicle was over priced and would negotiate. The sales representative tried to help me out but the manager was very stubborn on the overprice.

Dealer's sales rep contacted me via email to tell me the car was reserved with a deposit. She promised to notify me if the car sold or the sale fell through. A few days later I was notified the sale had gone through. All communication with the dealership was prompt and professional.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!! They will tell you an incorrect price and then when it's time to start doing paperwork they say it was a mistake and raise the price $4,000!!!

I was reached out to very quickly after my inquiry and still keep in touch with my dealer on a weekly basis if something similar to what I like came in to their inventory. This is a large dealership, but they make sure to treat you well and give you a chance to test drive your vehicle of choice.

Overall, I had a solid experience with this dealer. They contacted quickly, I had a consistent salesman, they are a no haggle dealership - so what price they have on the car is the price you pay. The day I went in to purchase my vehicle, which we did have an appointment, we actually had to wait about 2 hours for the car to be ready. Initially they were detailing the car, then the battery died in it, etc. but other than the long wait my experience was really good.

Not good. The cars are nice. However they're not as clean and detailed as I would expect them to be. The sales people seem to be trying but it took 30 minutes to bring the car around for me to see. That was too long to wait. Also the trade-in value they offered for my vehicle was a joke, and the car that they offered for me to purchase was in below average condition. I would not recommend this place to a friend. I would not recommend this place to any friend of mine.

I'm sorry you were not able to purchase the vehicle that you desired; however, we are a nationwide dealership and vehicles are reserved on deposit and don't come off of the website until they are picked up and taken off of the lot or shipped.  That being said, all those vehicles are marked as "reserved via deposit" on our website, so as not to mislead people.  Some deposits do fall through, so we keep them listed until transaction is 100% complete, because some buyers choose to be listed as backup buyers, just in case the car becomes available. Deals with rich people and doesn't know how to come down to middle class people that need to know the price and payment before they tack on all of their hidden fees. If you don't see paperwork before you sign just know there are some fees in there that you didn't ask for. Then salesperson was rude when we decided not to buy.

The car was not ready at time of appointment. Work needed to be done by Mercedes had not even started. The car should have been ready for purchase prior to putting on the website. The Car on the website was not the "actual" car they were selling based on what was presented on day my representative arrived

most terrible experience I have had in my entire life buying anything.i signed papers and made down payment about a week ago and I still don't have the car in my possession.they told me to go ahead and sign the paper work while the go and replace the battery because the car wouldn't start;they came back after couple of hours and told me the problem is with the ignition module.it's been a week today the car has not been fixed and the managers and the sales rep Elias do not return my calls.i plan on going there today to return the paperwork,get my $2000 downpayment back and cancel the whole deal.NEVER BUY ANYTHING CAR FROM ECARONE IN CARROLTON.horible experience. so ecarone manager,Romney,finally called me back 2 days ago and said they have taken the car to another service place to be fixed;same old story of not knowing what is wrong with the car and when it's gonna be ready.SO I ENDED UP CANCELLING THE CONTRACT AND GETTING MY DOWN PAYMENT BACK.

Far exceeded my expectations. No smoke and mirrors. Straight forward honest selling. From start to finish the transaction was professionally handled and the salesperson was extremely helpful. I requested to view a car I found on CarGurus and the salesperson had the car conveniently parked in the front of the dealership ready for a test drive. It was less than 10 minutes from the initial greeting to test driving. After the short test drive we purchase the car. Financing was equally as smooth and professional along with an exceptional financing rate. I definitely would recommend e-CarOne.

Slow response. I wanted to purchase their highlander but it was being driven around by someone else. Can't believe they didn't make an effort to make that car available for me to look at which I was really interested in. Could have bought it asap but they just took their time and massoud never told me when it would be available again. Too bad it's their loss. I have found another car instead.

I purchased my vehicle at this dealership. They were very responsive online and via telephone, but could use more onsite sales floor customer service. Front desk personnel need to address customers as they come through the door. If I did not have an appointment with the sale rep, I would have left right out the door. Aside from the initial onsite impression, it was quickly recovered by our sales rep Paul Adkins. He provided us with the information we requested and explained the E-Car One process very well. Overall it was a very simple and easy buying experience and very good vehicle, warranty package. I would definitely shop here again in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

Excellent customer service. Great products in great condition. Dealer had the car ready for me to test drive when I arrived, full of gas, and told to come back when your ready to buy the car. I test drove a 2011 ES 350 which was fully loaded with navigation, but without the typical Mark Livingston sound system. This car was the roughest Lexus I have ever driven in comparison to the 09, 08, and 07 models I was considering purchasing. The cabin was noisier, steering was stiffer, and cabin felt cramped in comparison to the older models. I purchased a GS 300 Lexus from Sewell Lexus of Dallas.
