TL;DR Version: Avoid Dynamic Auto--they are either willfully ignorant about their cars, or purposefully misleading you about the condition. On the surface, the folks at Dynamic Auto were very kind and professional. We purchased a used 2005 Mini Cooper S from them. Red flags popped up as soon as they wanted me to go to a bank on a holiday to get the money in hard cash, but I ignored my gut and justified it as the fact that they have probably been ripped off by credit buyers more than once. The next red flag came when I wasn't allowed to test drive the vehicle further than just around the block from their lot and the guy they sent with me cranked the radio and heat. Once again I ignored my gut. I asked them point blank several times if they were aware of any mechanical issues with the vehicle, and was told directly at least three times that it was in great mechanical condition. I noticed the fluids were a bit low, and asked them to top them off for me--they said they would check, but didn't think they had any fluids on site to top off with--another red flag I ignored. I inspected the car on-site to see if there were any obvious mechanical problems, and I didn't find any aside from low fluid and older tires, so we ended up purchasing the vehicle. Big mistake! Despite being assured that the cars are thoroughly inspected when arriving there and before sale, our new Mini had a bad transmission that died literally the day after we purchased the car (it started dying on the way home from the lot)! I took it to a Mini dealership and they discovered that the engine and mechanics of the car had been virtually drained of all vital fluids except those visible to a cursory external inspection. This was done to hide the fact that the car was leaking fluid everywhere, and probably also to minimize the signs of transmission failure. So either Dynamic Auto is lying about inspecting their vehicles, or they knew it was a lemon and lied about its condition. So, we were out in the cold with no car and almost $4000 lost. Retrospectively, I'm not totally innocent of fault here. I suspected they were shady, but didn't listen to my gut, and I also did not purchase a warranty through them. Maybe if I had purchased the warranty they offered, it would have worked out, but given how shady they were elsewhere, I am not convinced a warranty wouldn't have just been another $500 loss. When the guy signing the sale said, "If you drive off this lot and the engine explodes, it's not my problem," I should have just dropped everything and ran, because that's exactly what happened. Luckily, a reputable dealership took pity on us and basically gave us half of what we paid back as a trade in on a quality certified pre-owned car. All I can ultimately say here is to avoid Dynamic Auto, and if you really feel you want to deal with them, make absolutely sure you have a mechanic either with you on site, or to whom you can take the car for a thorough inspection before purchase (if they'd even let you). I'm not sure whether they were just willfully ignorant about the car's condition, or intentionally misleading us, but either way it doesn't say much about their operation.

The dealer didn't have the vehicles it advertised and the condition of the cars were very questionable. They posted pictures of cars in front of Arches, which actually belong to a Cemetery! Be very careful with this dealer.

so far so good. they are friendly and professional. the next step is for me to go there to test drive the car and make an offer, hoping they will accept it. the only thing I'm worried about is their imposed documents fee $399, it's way too high. usually this apply for a brand new car, not for an 8 years old car. I hope they will waive it or make it less.

I had a horrible experience with this dealership. Although I did receive my down payment back, I would not recommend them to anyone. They are not professional at all. Two words bad business!!!!!!

Car was available but was sold by the time I was able to get it. Although they were pretty slow about getting back to from the initial response. Never heard anything back after applied on the website for financing. I had to call them and still didn't get call back which is the only reason I didn't get the car.

Dealer at Dynamic Auto Group got back to me later the next day after I emailed them, they never called me back with car information I requested one hour later as THEY told me that THEY would do. The next day I called them and the same person that I was dealing with the entire time said he was finishing up with a customer and would call me back in 5 minutes with the information that I requested in regards to the questionable damage my eyes noticed in their excellently taken photos ( dealer does take very nice car photos fro viewing, so two thumbs up for them on properly showing their cars on the web ), After all of this and three days gone without getting the promised car information that I requested, I sent yet another email. Finally I received an email back confirming that the car had received some type of front and also rear collision damage just as I had suspected after carefully viewing the photos. Keep in mind that most people probably wouldn't have noticed or question what I noticed, because I am an extremely cautious person who has been called "anal" in respect to how much that I am so tuned into every little detail. I probably would have bought the car if the collision was shown to not be structural and simply just cosmetic, however the dealer said that he didn't know the extent of the front and rear accidents that the car had been involved in. The car is a C5 performance sport car capable of doing 180 MPH in it's stock form, so I would have to say that any dealer SHOULD KNOW about the integrity of this vehicle, especially if they are with a clean conscience selling it to the public. My review is more than generous to this dealer and for this the dealer should be thankful. Would I deal with this dealer in the future? I doubt it, mainly because I feel strongly that I would do much better buying from a private owner, possibly a different CarGurus dealer or going back to another dealer in Poughkeepsie, NY where I had bought and sold to them many corvettes in the past with excellent results and very fair pricing. The owner has always run his business with high integrity and fast service since he first opened more than 30 years ago, selling and servicing many other luxury and performance vehicles as well, not just corvettes. So to all those people who are looking to buy any type of used car, I am not telling you that Dynamic Auto Group is a bad dealership ( their prices seem somewhat fair ), I am just saying that from my poor experience with them, I would be spending my time and possibly my money by going elsewhere. Happy car hunting on CarGusus or elsewhere. Buy from a reputable source and may God bless you all with safe and well cared for vehicles.

These people were very helpful and shockingly, they were very honest. This is the best dealer experience I have had and also seen.
