Wouldn’t talk about any numbers until I filled out a credit application. Gave them my credit score. Still wouldn’t ballpark numbers. Called me three days later like we have never spoken and I was a new customer.

I sent a contact request on 8/27, I purchased a pre-owned ATS on 8/28 from another dealer, Doug Chevrolet didn't contact me untill 8/29.

Though I did. It end up purchasing a truck from them I found my salesman to be friendly and prompt. Overall a great experience and when it comes time to look at a new Chevy will be at the top of my list.

The left several deceptive messages saying that "my confidential and private information came across their desk. Please call immediately to discuss it". They did not identify themselves in any of the messages. When I googled the number it came up as Doug Chevrolet. They're trying to trick people into calling them back to make a sale. I will not be purchasing a vehicle from them because of these practices.

Awful....being that I'm several states away l requested cellphone pictures of the vehichle. Simple right? Well the salesman refused, and insisted the professional photos were good enough,. I've contacted several dealerships and NEVER has a salesperson basically rejected my business for such a simple request!

I wanted some pictures of the rocker panels and cab corners to verify the condition before i drove two hours on direction to see the truck. all i got was "well it looks ok from the pics" we can schedule you a vip appointment. i bought another truck!

Still working with the dealer, we are still trying work out a price. Since we are coming from 4hrs away want to do majority of it over the net. I had to ask questions a couple of times to get answers.

The woman who called me back left a message on my voicemail that sounded more like an aggressive bill collector than anyone who would ever attempted to sell anything in their life. For this reason alone, I would seek out their biggest competitor and purposely buy from them

The people at Doug Chevrolet were very pleasant. The vehicle I went to look at was over priced and had a few flaws that should have been addressed by the dealer before it was put on the lot. The detailer did a great job cleaning the car. I wish the dealer was willing to work on the price a little more.

Got a great car for a fair price. Service was excellent--professional and prompt. Manager is a little pushy and uses every sales tactic in the books, but salesman was personable, laidback, friendly. They held the car for me for 4 days, even offered to let me drive it 100+ miles home. I'd welcome the opportunity to do business with them again.

Stopped in to look at the listed vehicle and ended up purchasing it. No frills/no haggling. They offered me a great price compared to any other dealer. Even though Doug Chevy is 25 miles away and there are tons of dealers in between, I will consider them for future purchases.

Communication was great, responded right away. Agreed on a time to look at vehicle and was met at the dealership by Cristin, who by the way is absolutely beautiful and stunning and the nicest sales woman. Although we didn't buy at this time, they have gained our trust.

I ended up buying a Used Chevy Colorado from Amy at Doug Chevrolet. The add when I bought the Truck said it came with Gm carpeted floor mats and Amy told me that she would get the mats for the truck I bought . I had to return a couple of days later to pick truck up because they were certifying the truck for warranty issues. When I returned to get the truck ,and do paper work I noticed the truck had cheap floor mats in it and ask Amy about it and she said that they didn't have the carpeted floor mats but she would order them and ship them to me . I said ok did the paper work and left for home . I drove the truck I purchased for 10 days and the transmission died ,I called Amy to get the number for gm roadside assistance she gave it to me and I had it towed to closest dealership. Amy called me on Monday after truck died and told me she talked to her manager and he said if I wanted to return the truck and get my old one back and cancel the deal , and she told me that my truck had a blown engine now and that i sold them a truck with a bad engine , I don't know of any dealership that takes a trade in and doesn't look at it under a microscope to make sure that they're not getting A lemon and I never said that I wanted my money back to begin with but I guess these day people are on the offensive. I drove my trade in truck for 3 days putting over 200 miles on it it was 90 plus degrees out every day and if the motor was blown it wouldn't have made it over 50 miles to there store in Akron I live on east side of Cleveland and i made several trips to Astabula ,before trading it in. It ran fine but needless to say make sure you get whats included before signing those papers. I was also told that Amy Was on short Term leave because she was real Ill and If that's the case I hope she's ok . But a lies a lie so if you go there tomorrow and she up running around for you odds are this was another lie made up so she didn't have to finish the deal with a customer that did nothing wrong to her other than ask for the truck mats that were promised.

They seem to have the MSRP WAY over inflated so it looks like they are giving you a great deal.. Now I could be wrong but there are way to many chevy dealers out there to even take a chance !!

Good experience - great follow-up, and we ended up buying this used 2013 Tahoe from them, to replace our older 2008 Tahoe. They did not offer us enough for trade-in value (in our opinion), so we ended up keeping the old one to sell ourselves, and sold it in 5 days, but the Doug Chevy people were very good and thorough.

I bought another vehicle from another dealership. However, the internet sales team was prompt and courteous so that is a good sign. I will keep Doug Chevrolet in mind for future purchases. The only reason they received three starts is because i did not visit the dealership.

Very wonderful people, honest, and I really felt they loved what they do. Never felt any pressure to buy, and we were able to negotiate a price. Something you do not come across very often. I must say though we did not buy what we were looking at from this dealer, because we found exactly what we wanted elsewhere.

We were very pleased with this dealership and in fact did buy this Suburban. The staff were fantastic to work with. The communicated with out throughout the process. The vehicle was immaculate. This was a 5-star experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Doug Chevrolet to my friends and family.

We would highly recommend this dealer for anybody looking to buy a pre owned vehicle. They promptly contacted us to set up a test drive and the staff was very polite and helpful, they treated us with the utmost respect, and after dealing with countless other "typical car salespeople" at other lots, it was nice to be looked at as a human and not just another sale.

I read online how they tell you they sold the car you were looking at, well they did it to me which I didn't expect. As of now it's been a week since they told me they sold the car and it's still online for sale.

I called and set up an appointment to see the car, they pulled it in to a heated garage and let my father and I inspect the vehicle and then go on a test run without them hovering. I left an hour and a half later with a car. Great dealership with super friendly people and an awesome snack and soda bar. I will be returning to buy my next car from them. Great dealership!

My experience at Doug Chevrolet was wonderful. The salesman was courteous, helpful and upfront about everything. They did everything they could to complete all the transactions, including transferring the plates. I highly recommend them for buying your next verhicle

They use ads of cars they don't have as a lure to get you there . I had serveral coworkers call them about same and other autos same story. Take your number set apt time then call you a few hours before apt time to inform you they are sorry just sold auto how many time's can you sell the same auto on different days. Dishonesty.

Made arrangements and appointment with salesman from dealership to see and drive a 2008 BMW Z4 convertible. Talked to them on Monday and Tuesday to make sure all was set for my appointment on Wednesday for my 2.5 hour ride to Akron from my residence in Erie, Pa. Received a a call from the salesman on my journey at 10:30 am on Wednesday and told him I would be arriving at the dealership at 11:00 am as arranged. He said he would have the car in front of the dealership upon my arrival. My wife and I entered the dealership and were welcomed and told the car was being brought around. 5 minutes later the salesman (Brandon Howard) told me he had ddisturbing news ... the car had just been sold as we arrived ... are you serious!!! I had initiated and assured the salesman I was not driving all the way to Akron to just look at the car ... I had arranged my $$$ and told him that it would be a cash deal if the car was as nice as it appeared on there website ... how unprofessional can you be, not much of an explaination ... just some lame excuse a brief I'm sorry and an assurance that they would contact me if any similar vehicles came in to the dealership ... I left the dealership, went 6 miles down the road to Dave Walters BMW unannounced, was welcomed and treated professionally by a first class staff and sales manager and within 3 hours was driving back to Erie with my wife in a beautiful, pristine 2008 Z4 convertible ... what a pleasure it was dealing with Shab at Dave Walters BMW!!! A fair deal conducted by some professional people. Too bad for you Doug Walter Chevrolet ... I have nothing good to say about your business so I won't!!!

What a fantastic experience it was to purchase my 2013 convertible zl1 chevrolet camaro from this dealer. I am located in canada and i felt like i was from the same part of town. Car was exactly as described. Special thanks to Nathan Kraft. He put the whole transaction together fast and smooth always available to anwser my questions just overall great. Purchased a used Cadillac and upon picking up the vehicle there was an 1/8th of a tank of gas in the vehicle and I was told that they never fill up "used" cars... very poor customer service!!! I paid more for that vehicle "used" than most of the new vehicles on their lot... filling up that vehicle with a tank of gas would have gone a long, long way. Instead I felt like I was not as important to them as a "new" car purchaser, which I will be one day, but would not return to them or recommend them because of that reason!! :(

Doug Chevrolet work with us and within our budget which was refreshing. We had shopped other dealers and were told constantly about the cars on the lots only to get there and find out they weren't. Everyone at Doug Chevrolet represented the company very well. It is a top notch dealership and we are very happy with our purchase. A beautiful 2008 Chevy Malibu LTZ.

We went to the dealership to look at the car but the Sales Manager had it out. The Salesman we talked to brought the car to our house the nest day. We went back to the dealership that afternoon and closed the deal. It was a plesant transaction, and the car was just as presented.

Easy to deal with, make sure you do your home work. I question their ethics, brake waning light was on an have to go to another dealer to have it looked at. Was given one set of keys, asked for the other set was told they didt have it asked for them to get me 1 an was told they only got one from auction. Had to purchase one myself . I question their service they didn't know how to rest the break monitor. Salesman was great, question the management after the sales was complete.
