not realy impressed. Sales guys outside smoking by the door that you need to go in to do a deal. Sales guy didn't even seem to care about what I was looking for. Just left.

This wound up being a total mess. I contacted the dealer and they quickly responded to a car they had listed "Dodge Challenger RT" for $19,400. I really wanted the car however I was on vacation and told them I would pay money down to hold it till I got there on Saturday. The sales person said that the manager would hold it but no money would be required. When I called and informed them that I would be arriving on Friday to purchase the car is when it started going down hill. The sales person called me back and said that someone else had came in and looked at the car and that it was first come, first serve. That afternoon we called and the car was still available at 4:00 P.M eastern time. The sales person said they would call me back at 7:30 to let me know if it was still available. Well, at 6:30 central time I called to check on it and the lady on the phone said it had sold. I was disappointed but understood. The sales person did call at 8:00 P.M. and told me the same thing. The next morning I was searching again for another RT and low and behold it pulled up the same RT I was going to buy, but with a higher price than what I was going to pay. The first listed price was at $19,400 and now it was relisted for $21,995, this made me furious. I did call them and told them how I felt about what had happened. I would say they did sell it for the higher price but not for the price that was listed when I called them. People like this gives the reason "car salesmen" a bad name

Ask for a specific car and they never give me any info they just want me to go to thr dealership and see their inventory. Ask three times if the car i want still available and never got a yes o no answer.

Good experience! Staff was very polite. Almost immediate answer on contact request. Overall good communication. Did not feel pressured for upsells. Car was prepared and clean! Though the whole process was taking quite long. Also only filling tank half after purchase (we traveled some time to get there, so that would have been the minimum to do.) We would still recommend this dealer.

Their initial contact was impressive. I received two e-mails and a phone call. I asked for some information about the car I was interested in and they never got back to me. After repeated attempts to get answers, I got a strange response and then nothing more from them. I wondered if they are looking for less-educated, more gullible consumers or why they didn't want to sell me a car.

They were welcoming, patient and helpful. We did not buy but their selection of used cars was impressive and we plan to return soon to test drive more offerings.

I called and spoke to Jakita who seemed not very interested in my business, the car I wanted was posted for sale but she told me it wasn't at the store, that it was on the way, i asked multiple times when will it arrive, I want to buy it! that's exactly the car I want! she said she had no idea and I said could you not find out? so i can make plans to go to the store once it arrives and of course she said no but she would contact me once it arrived, well, she never did. So I bought my car somewhere else.

Not repoND on time. I wentered visit the dealer and saw the car. The car was not ready. It was dirty. The associate told me he will contact me after it cleaned up and ready. Now it has been five days no response.

My experience with Don Jackson was quite pleasant. I was contacted promptly about my interest in their vehicle, then set up with a sales rep and an appointment. The vehicle was front and center waiting for me when I arrived and I was soon off for a test drive. The dreaded "let's make a deal" was the complete opposite. Conversation was straight fwd and I was very satisfied with my final figure. Also most importantly, the vehicle was everything I expected. Definitely will look here again for my next vehicle.

Internet desk did follow up several times. But there was no one at the McDonough location when I went to look at the car. I had to go to the Union city location to find a sales rep.

Very rude and unhelpful service. Refused to reveal information about damage to vehicle, tried to sell a car with warning lights on, verbally insulted my mother and I when we brought up concerns. These people are cheap, don't buy from them

The dealership never responded to my request for more information, however I did call and went up there. Overall they seem nice but one sales man lied about something and upped the price by $1000! If you really want the car I say go for it, everyone will have a different experience.

The sales agent was nice at first but quickly changed when I refused to sign on what was clearly a bad deal. I saved some more for my deposit and spoke to him on my birthday. He knew I was two hours away and my previous trip having been wasted I tried to get some more details over the phone, but instead he was short and rude.

this is only dealership I have ever dealt with that is not willing to give on anything..only discounted their car by 300.00 ..knowing I traveled 4 hours would not even put gas in the car I was purchasing..felt like I was being dissuaded in buying their car during negotiations...even asked them if that was the case.

they lied about the condition of the car over the phone afteri explsined im driving over an hour to view it. in addition upon arrivsl one of the sales people was eating his lunch in one of the beautiful cars for display in the lobby.
