While they replied to me twice, both times were to ask what questions I had about the vehicle...how many times do I have to type my questions? It was a simple request whether the vehicle had 3 specific options- that’s all...and Dealer, if u read this - do not email now...u had ur shot, then another and another...u missed out on a serious buyer (sigh).

Typical dealership, told me how good of a deal their vehicle was & that their price couldn't come down. Then when I sent them examples the same vehicle, newer, lower miles but less money, they just told me they had a more desirable color. When I talked them, black is also a desirable color, and no one is going to pay more just because it's white, then they never contacted me again. And by the way, even tho they told me they can't come down in price last week, they just lowered their price again this week.

Sales guy was helpful and friendly, so was the financial officer, the bad experience was that i paid $2,000 more on this vehicle with 22,321 miles and 2 weeks later they posted the same vehicle in white with 16,000 miles for $2,000 dollars cheaper. Disappointed since when i asked for better price they would not give a discount. Don't believe the market changed its price in 2 weeks

Very large operation squeezed onto a very congested space...makes it difficult to be comfortable looking around. My Wife was afraid she would get hit by a test driver moving through the crowded space...I agreed. A bit pushy about appointments. We got there early, and it took 25 minutes just to get the keys to look inside the vehicle while we waited for the designated salesperson to finish with the prior appointment. They offered me what I considered an insult on my trade in. Then would not budge when I offered to skip the trade in and write a check for about 3% less than their asking price on the truck I wanted...3%...really?!?! Wow. Too bad, as I liked the truck, but there will be another one... Sales guys were polite and seemed to know their stuff, enjoyed chatting with them...but I am disappointed in the outcome. Long ride for no sale. Chris was personable, and called again to see if I changed my mind, but made no concession to the 3% drop in price I asked for.

The experience was one response to contact the salesperson before I co e to view the car. That weekend I was not able to call or get there and have not heard from since. Also when I inquired the price was $55,000 and two days later the price jumped by $1400.00- why?

Sent an email to me to follow up. Went to their location which was a bit of a hike but overall the experience was very unexpected. Memorial day weekend was busy but the whole process was amazing. Almost no dealer tactics. They even beat the interest rate on financing I already had. Filipe was our salesman. He's no pressure just like the establishment! I will say if u have been to a big dealership definitely go here.... it's amazing..... Sincerely, The guy who hates buying a car!!! P.S. I HAVE NOT PICKED UP THE CAR YET (THAT'S SCHEDULED FOR TOMORROW) LET'S SEE IF THEY PERFORM THE ROTOR SERVICE THAT WAS PROMISED... I will follow up They did not perform the rotor service to the vehicle . There is also a faint knocking sound under 're rear. Will call the dealer to see what they say. Will update his post after I speak with them .

Be careful walking into this joint. I was at the bank getting a certified check for the vehicle I was going to purchase. No sooner that I had it in my hand the dealership called me to say they sold the vehicle I was getting. Not very truthful not treated fairly and misled. I am assuming this dealership sold me out for someone who was going to pay more thus I was tossed aside. Bottom line waste of time! Disappointed

I decided to buy the car a few days after test driving it, set up an appointment to finish the paper work, and got a cashier's check. As I was driving to my scheduled appointment, they called me to tell me that they sold the car to someone else and couldn't wait 10 minutes for me to arrive. They promised to find a similar car at auction later that week, but failed at that as well and never bothered to actually contact me.

Dealer failed to report an accident with the car that we later found out about upon asking for the carfax. Wasted a trip to the dealership. Use caution when going to this dealer as they likely make all their cars look better than they are.

The sales person was very eager to help, but the car wouldn't start, and I was left waiting for a long time in the lot. He tried to jump it, but needed help. I took it for a ride, but noticed the check engine light was on. After I pulled it in the lot and turned the car off, I asked the sales person about the check engine light. He said he thought it was due to the battery, and to rune the car on again. Easier said than done though, because the battery was dead. I couldn't even close the door properly because the battery adjusts the windows down and up when the door is opened and closed. So I just left the door ajar. The sales manager asked what I thought and downplayed the battery and engine light issues. I just said the car wasn't for me, and was on my way.

Long wait, misleading information on the website. Overpriced cars. We saw Lexus ES 350 which was missing some of the basic luxury and not so luxury features like rear view camera, leather seats, heated seats but the price was deceiving to make it look appealing for a luxury car.

They contacted me and my salesperson Lucy was awesome. The place is SUPER busy which I can only take to mean that they have great cars and great prices. I couldn't believe the number of people there. Their prices are lower than most dealers so they weren't that flexible on negotiations, at least in my case. But, nevertheless, I got a great deal in comparison to what other similar vehicles are going for in the surrounding area. Will definitely recommend them and shop there again.

This is the type of dealer that gives used car sales their bad reputation. Hard sales approach with vehicles that buyers need to do more than normal due diligence in getting outside inspections. First dealer I have ever been too that requires a license just to see a vehicle (even if you don't want to drive it).

i contacted the dealer and they responded quickly. we set up an appointed and they did not pressure me at the dealership. they were very efficient and hjad a good experiance and did buy the vehicle rob.

The follow up was good and they offered me a test drive,which I enjoyed,but the guy is too aggressive forcing me to buy the car even though its way out of my budget and he tried to influence me.They called me thrice in but the car was not there when I went to test drive it and I have to wait for 15 mins.

Quality car at a great price - no dickering, good follow up and friendly staff. Yes the office is in need of an overhaul but I did not go there to buy the office.

The dealership is a dump. After 2 conversations with a woman on the phone about the specific car I was interested in the salesman I met had no idea what I was looking for. Would definitely not be interested in doing any business here

First visit i wasnt called into the appointment i had scheduled. So i walked away. After being called back by a rep, my second visit ended up in them not having the vehicle i was looking for. Hopefully my third visit will seal the deal. Great people, just not organized.

Made an appointment to see a truck, drove 3 hours to find out it was out on demo. They told me they tried to call me multiple times. I received 2 calls an hour before my scheduled appointment at which point I was driving. One message said confirming appointment and the second didn't leave a message naturally I assumed it was to confirm my appointment also.

She sounded like she was in high school, giggling and very unprofessional. I'm sure she's very nice and maybe even good at what she does but from the two minutes i spent in the phone with her, I did not want to deal with her though I was very interested in the car. It's was unfortunate.

Ana was very nice and helpful. Very crowded at their site, but that didn't stop us from getting great service. We didn't get the car, but wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

Please take a moment to read this review- this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had as a consumer. I was directly and deliberately lied to in order to get me to drive the hour down to the dealership. Once I got there they told me three different stories over the course of an hour as to why the cars I came to see weren't available. Finally they admitted that they never had these two 2014 Grand Cherokee Altitude that they're advertising. Latietia, Andreasa, Matt and others were all involved. Do not waste your time. Buy from a reputable dealer.

The dealer did not want to discuss the car over the phone. I wanted to get some details and an understanding of any price flexibility. I was told dealer policy was that they only worked face-to-face. This is SO OLD SCHOOL. No one does business this way any more. Especially, the Millennial generation. I was planning to visit this dealer once I got an understanding of their position on price. Their arrogance on the phone pushed me to another dealer. I found the same car, same mileage with a starting price $1,500 cheaper. Add in a pleasant tone on the phone with the other dealer and it was an easy decision to not do business with Direct Auto Mall in Framingham.

Bought the car but the car was not ready to be picked up on the day agreed upon (10 days after the sale, enough time to service the car and fix the items needed fixing.) A week later I picked the car up and 1 item that was agreed to be fixed prior to delivery wasn't. Very disappointing and discouraging. I'm still waiting for the part to be mailed to me. Sorry, not a pleasant experience.

Made an apt because I was driving 45 minutes away. I get there and was waiting another 40 min. Went through bank papers again when they should have already had it, finally ready for a test drive, vehicle was not ready, clean and there was a broken piece in the truck. What a waste of a day. On top of that they wanted me to pay for a car 7k over its value with no warranty. Get real!! Lesson learned going to a side shop dealer.

zi was able to test drive three cars. A Audi A4 and a Mercedes C lass Special Edition and a BMW 328xi and we ended up buying the BMW. The negotiation was easy and positive. We enjoyrd the buying experience.

they made me travel all the way to Framingham, MA. An hour drive from me to see a car that that could've told me was sold. They knew I only wanted to see that one car. Big waste of time. Also, they began to ask my social security number to run my credit before even discussing cars. AWEFUL!

The overall experience was a good one, because I got lucky with a nice salesman, Wenderson. He showed us a great option and was a nice person to deal with. Overall first impression when I walked in the door was hectic, smelly, the phone systems are obnoxious (PAs are unnecessary in 2013). The sales staff was pushy and I was uncomfortable.

They are the ones that give the "used cars salesman" a bad name. They post a car that may or may not be there and the prices are always very attractive but when you go there, then they use all the old tactics on you. In the end, if you're not someone that is prepared to deal with it, you will end up with the car they want to sell you, not the one you want to buy. I recommend you to stay away from this dealer.
