I would not recommend this dealer. I drove over an hour to test drive a vehicle, it wasn't even cleaned off, still had snow on it and they knew I was coming. After the test drive came negotiating price. They offered a low-ball price for my trade and said it'd because they had such a low price on their vehicle. I don't understand how the value of their vehicle devalues my vehicle. I would avoid these guys!

The car was as described for the most part. They tried charging me for VIN etching which were never done. I checked every window. Also, my first drive on the highway almost killed me because somebody at their shop dropped something into the throttle body turning the car into a speeding death trap.

I emailed these people about a Lexus they had listed here with no price. I checked out their website and it was listed for $1. So I followed up asking on a price on the car. I have been shopping 500m from my home for this type of car. So I get an email, with no details but, asking me when I want to come in to see the car, I respond I just want to know the price. This goes back and forth about 4 times, they asked for my phone number. After about 2 hours, I get a call back from their Internet Manger. A really, really pushy person "We are having a crazy sale, WAY below blue book value, can you come in today to see it?", I tell him I am about 2 hours away and I only wanted to know how much the car is, I get back "It's WAY below book value, you need to come in and see it". Completely pushy and not giving me any info. I finally say what I am willing to spend, he finally gives me a number(not that great of a deal), and I said thank you, and I got hung up on. Very rude!

Pretty terrible experience. I contacted the dealer to ask about two cars. They said the truck was gone. 10 minutes later, they called and said it was there. I made an appointment to see the vehicles. When I got to my appointment, I waited 15 minutes. Then was told the truck was NOT there--sold. Then told the Forrester I was there to see couldn't be sold. He started the engine and white smoke came out...but was I interested in some other cars? Hmm... bait and switch anyone? After I returned home, someone called from the dealership to say the truck was there. When would I like to see it? Turns out two parts of dealership--one can't sell the others' used inventory. Someone could have said that instead of saying it was sold. Don't you think? Not confident in this approach to customer service.

The dealer was very helpful. I would recommend them to my friends. However, while the staff was helpful, they weren't as organized as I would have expected, which made the overall experience good, but not outstanding.

Sales Manager was very helpful and assigned a sales person "Nick" to assist me. Asked Nick a couple of questions about the car, which he did not know, and he said he would take a couple of photos in the morning find out more about the car and call me back. Never called back and a day later got an email that the car was sold. Had he been able to answer the questions favorably I would have put a down payment on the vehicle over the phone. For customer service Nick gets a zero.

I couldn't be more unsatisfied. I called and spoke top a salesman, explained that i was from Pittsburgh and that there was only 1 photo of the truck so i needed to know of the front seat had a flip up console with bench seat or a console going across to the dash. I told him that's all i needed to know and that i would fly in to purchase. Salesman said no problem, I'll find out and call you back. I got a phone call back from that same salesman and he didn't have an answer. He couldn't find it but he said why don't i come down and he'll locate it. I reminded him i was from Pittsburgh and that wasn't an option And that i only needed to know if the truck sat 6 or not. Once again he said alright no problem, I'll find out for you. The very next day i get a call from a different salesman who basically starts over, i tell him the exact same thing And he said alright let me locate it and I'll let you know. 4 hours later another call from another salesman, same result.

Salesperson John Blesse was extremely responsive, helpful and totally transparent about all fees involved in purchasing the car. He didn't try to pressure me at all at any time and gave me all of the information I asked for. Ultimately he helped me purchase a different vehicle at a sister dealership and he was very gracious even though he didn't end up benefiting from the sale.

They were helpful in getting paperwork prepared last minute over the phone, however upon meeting them in person we found a very unprofessional and disorganized dealership. We asked for the condition of the vehicle before we made the 4 hour drive to pick up the car and we were told it was “near perfect” condition. That was grossly inaccurate because what we found when we picked the car up was a vehicle that had scratches or gauges on every panel and door of the car; hood, drivers front and rear, passenger front and rear, back bumper, back fenders and more. The salesman was on his phone the entire test drive, and did not offer any information or features about the vehicle. Heard the owner yelling at other employees and using profanities. After deciding not to take the car, the salesperson was obviously irritated and gave us a hard time about not buying the car. Would not recommend this dealership.

We do list our pre-owned vehicles at the price we expect at which we expect them to sell, as opposed to marking them up and then, "magically," discounting them. That's why most of our vehicles are marked as, "Good, or, "Great, deals. We must add tax, DMV fee, and dealer fees to the purchase price, like all dealers, which does add to the cost, but we find that most of our customers still feel they are getting a good deal. Did not know he had this unit for sale ? Had to tell him the details of vehicle for him to find it. How much more can I say , he was not aware of his inventory .

Bert, I'm sorry for the confusion when you cam in. Without knowing the full details, I would say that we do have over 500 vehicles in our pre-owned inventory between our four showrooms that we pool together on sites like CarGurus. Our sales team is usually right on top of the inventory that belongs to their showroom, but may not be aware of all the vehicles belonging to the sister stores. The sales team should be able to quickly access the information through the computer so we will make sure everyone is using all the tools we have. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

I stoped by the dealership to see a 2018 Chevrolet Camaro they had advertised for 22.599. The sticker on the lot had 25,999 i told the salesman Roman i was interested in the car but it was overpriced i also told him i have perfect credit and willing to buy the car today come back with best offer. I also showed him a quote from another dealership for same model year car with comparable miles and trim for 17,599. He said let me work on it came back with a hilarious offer of 27,999 i was shocked that he would over charge me and to add fire to flame add a dealership fee of 3,000 to the price. I said thanks for wasting my time and left this dealership hit all the points of used car sales men be aware.

There would be additional fees on any vehicle we sell--dealer's fee, prep fee, tax, title, and registration. The salesman Tony was personable. We were ready to purchase the car, started the paperwork when I noticed almost $900 of dealer fees on the contract. When I complained that amt. seemed really high I was told that is the normal amount in CT. I explained that we had purchased another car in NY earlier in the year & dealer fee was $75? Tony went to the manager & came back and said fees are not negotiable - so we left. If you the read the reviews like I have its interesting that there seems to be different fees for different people? Personally of all the cars I have purchased in the last 30+ years, and in different states I have never paid more than $200 in dealer fees so I think this is a total ripoff. Plus almost $300 was for a prep fee & the car we were purchasing had a dirty shoe print on the headrest that they didn't notice, so I wonder how good the mechanical check was? I really cant believe that they detail the car before you pick it up and not when prepping for sale.

Tom, we're sorry that you were disappointed in your experience with us. Connecticut consumer laws are a little different than New York's so we are obligated to list any and all fees separately. We find that, even though it may seem like a lot of money, it doesn't keep us from being competitive on price with New York dealers--a large part of our customer base is from New York state, so, even though you only see a $75 Dealer's Fee, there must be other fees built in that are just not itemized. Bait and switch. I gave these people $500 from my credit card to hold the car until I could get up there.then I get a call telling me the car was sold but we have some great prices on some other models.blah blah blah. This trick has been around since Fred Flinstone.ended up buying a Nissan Rogue from my local dealer

We apologize for disappointing you. We do have systems in place that should have prevented the vehicle from being sold, but they are, obviously, not perfect. Generally, we prefer to offer vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis to avoid this type of error--it is not in our customers' or our best interest to have this type of failure. . We will be reviewing our systems to try to avoid this type of situation in the future.

When I was about to test drive the car, it smelled off and when we lifted up the seat we saw mold was starting to develop underneath. It seemed like there was water damage to the car even though the list said no accidents. The car had a lot more damage on it than was displayed. The salesman also refused to sit in the front seat even though my parents insisted on it so he could direct me properly when driving around the area which we were not familiar with, but he was adment about sitting in the back which I thought was very weird and unprofessional.

It was disappointing. The Sales Manager and a Saleman called separately, unaware the other had called. The car they were selling was used for the same price as a new one. Even though it had almost no miles on it it had still been titled so it had to be sold as used, but that meant it would not qualify for the tax rebates for hybrid vehicles. The salesman also was not aware of their stock and did not have any information on the car. I purchased the same car elsewhere.

It was the worst experience and customer service i have ever recieved. I drive from boston to ct a 3.5 hr drive and showed them that i was very interested in the car and made a huge deposit. Was told it was gonna be delivered the next buisness day. After when i would call they will give me idk question about estimate date to receive car and ultimately ignored when ever i had questions. I recieved my car 2 weeks after purchase and had my friend wait in the dealership from 1 to 4pm because the gentlemen that went to do the registration at 9am takes his time. At the end of the day i hated the service and gladly never do service again. Was even looking at a car there for my mom but not no more

Communication- terrible the salesman could not be found when I arrived for my test drive appointment. The onsite experience was horrible- car was still in the body shop so I was unable to test drive the car. The listing accuracy was not honest because they tried to charge me $300-$500 more than the listing price. My overall experience was horrible. I would never go back there and I wouldn’t recommend it to any of my friends. The whole visit was a waste of time

Expressed interest in trading for the 2010 Wrangler. Luis got back to me by phone promptly- the following day. He requested pictures of my trade( as I am in Ohio.) it took me a week to get those to him but they are sent. So far do good.

Followed a car for a few weeks. I was Ready to get the car, contacted Dealership. Get a email back (standard) responded showing my interest. Never got a email back. Price just went up 1000$. Sorry sounds like typical bait and switch. Just lost a Sale fast

There were not photos in the CarGurus listing. I asked for photos... I wanted to see what the Jeep looked like before I went to the dealership - a 30 minutes drive. They did NOT send any photos. They offered a test drive. If a seller/dealer cannot honestly reply to a simple request, I would not trust them to honestly sell a car.

I'm very sorry that we made it so difficult to see the vehicle online. We try to have lots of live photos loaded as soon as we can but there can sometimes be a lag between when the vehicle gets here, gets through the safety inspection, and gets to clean up. That is no excuse for not getting you a few simple photos. We do send photos all the time so I'm not sure what happened here. They responded quickly and sent photos as they were not available on CarGurus at the time. I did not pursue the truck,but asked to be contacted when a truck that met my specs became available. The are very easy to work with and professional. I have had several contacts with them since my initial contact. I would contact them again if another vehicle became available

Called three times and left voicemails. Then I called again and they said the car was sold. Then 30 mins later I get a follow up call saying it wasnt sold.. they need to better there follow up system and get there stuff together
