Best Customer Service to date in Dallas. Jay waited after hrs to sell me my Mercedes, and when we needed repairs two weeks later Fred helped us and the owner agreed to pay 75% of cost. When they finished the repairs Feed told me I owed NOTHING even though I bought the car as is. I highly recommended this dealership and I will be buying my next car from here too. If you want Superior Service look no further.

Everything was very straightforward. The entire process was quick and easy. Eimad was very helpful in answering my questions. There was interior damage to the car not mentioned in the description. I also asked for pictures of the leather prior to going to look at the car and nothing was said about the damage and it wasn’t shown in the pictures I received. I feel like they were trying to hide the damage and then going to try and salesman their way out of it when I saw it in person. After seeing the car in person and seeing the damage I just left. If they were going to try and hide that what other issues were they going to hide.

Overall experience was great, both from Chris at sales and Jay at finance, even though they were busy they make sure you are helped. Once in financing Jay Sorto help me find the right deal, it was a late Saturday but, Monday morning it was done, and got the car ready for me, really smooth process and excellent customer service

I wrote in to inquire about what sort of deals could be made. I gave a *very* rough estimate of what I had to work with and indicated I could move around a bit. Not only did they not address a single thing I asked, they rudely replied with "offer declined" despite me not making an offer of any sort. In my years of buying cars, next to getting your car checked out, always pay attention to how they treat all their customers. It's one of the best indicators that you're in good hands. You are not with these guys. Clear scumbags. If this is how they treat customers, I wouldn't want to trust a single car off their lot. Pathetic.

I was initially so excited to deal with this lot. I came in to pay cash for a vehicle. I called ahead and was told the total amount. I was also told that the vehicle was in the shop and that they did not sell cars that needed service. Fine. Sounded good. Sitting down to do a deposit to assure the vehicle received service (so I was told), one of the salesmen said that it is a good idea to put a deposit down to hold the car and that I would be locking the price in, in the event something else on the car needed to be repaired. I was told I would be locking in the price quoted. I called a few days later to get a status on the car and the run around began. I was told the initial issue had been resolved but there was a new issue that would cost $3000 to fix and they were willing to split the difference with me. Well, no that is not what I was told. I was told that by doing a deposit I would be locking in the price I was quoted. Three weeks later, they still tried to railroad me into paying extra....Exhausted and unwilling to give my CASH..to this dishonest group of individuals, I simply went back online and found the exact same car, less miles, and a lower price. DO NOT DEAL with this lot. Very dishonest and they do not value your business. After receiving the run around, they did give me my deposit back. While I was in the office collecting my money, one of the guys is on the phone with a customer. He gets off the phone and calls them an idiot and everyone in the office laughs. SMH. Do not give these idiots your money.

We did the honest thing by explaining to you that there were more issues found once the mechanics began working on the vehicle. We could have deceived you and just addressed the issues that were originally detected. if I could give negative stars I would...first, the salesman didn't want to deal with me bc he had to work a little harder bc I don't have perfect credit. 2nd, finally approved and was told the payment and the interest rate...I explained It was too high per month for me...after doing the math on my own I called bk and explained my findings to be different, and he offered to find a better lender...came bk with a lower interst rate, by 5% with the same down pmnt...and the monthly never changed...again I did my own math and he was wrong...WAY wrong...I questioned, and he pushed me off to someone else...the whole time he is trying to get me to put $500 down to hold the truck...I agreed if I could come test drive...all the sudden the truck was at the shop getting the bumper worked on... no other info would be given by him...I was called bk days later by another salesman who explained everything to me, the truck had been wrecked when they got it, blah blah blah...this is a terrible place to deal with...they ran my credit SIX TIMES!!!!! I did NOT agree to that! I found the same year Tundra somewhere else with 1/2 the miles for the same damn price! THIS PLACE SUCKS

Dealer responded quickly and schedule me for a test drive. I took off from work and drove 30 miles when I got there the salesman had the car already in the front of the building for the test. We did a walk around the car and the salesman drive us out of the parking and half a block down the road the BMW begins to jerk. Then the lights on the dashboard comes notifying us that the transmission was going out. WOW...!

I called about this prior to driving. The salesman said it was in great shape. It ONLY came in with a oil leak that was fixed the rep told me. I sent my son out to look at it... Wrong! The outside drivers rearview glass mirror, was completely knocked out.. the black bumper had bad paint issues and curb rage on all wheels. Honesty gets you in better places.

Vehicle was advertised with a little over 102,000 miles on it and when I got there and had about a 104,500 on it. It also had damage to the windshield that was not depicted. Salesman was more concerned about what was on his phone than answering my questions or being involved in trying to sell the car. Air conditioner would not cool in the middle of December. They did follow up with the dealership and get back with me the next day but the issue was not resolved so I chose to walk away from the car.

Real Range Rover owners would not go near this disaster calling it a Range Rover ... Strip the Range Rover of its Air Shocks and put coil shocks on it and still call it a Ranch Rover , no way, it’s no longer off road, what happened to the 18 inch off ground to go off road, get stuck in MUD and it over, priced 04 for $10000k , what else has this Range Rover been striped of.. no thanks keep it, And dealer Never called back .

We did a lot of work to this vehicle and if you are familiar with these vehicles you should know how subjective the price is. Spoke with salesman William Turk. It took a day or 2 for closure. I was offered the vehicle as is, no discount. I was very interested in the vehicle, but I don't believe in paying for vehicles without some type of a discount. After discussion, Turk was adamant about price, and tone seemed a little strong.

They have a large selection of vehicles and a friendly, knowledgable staff. There are a lot of cars that are high mileage but they do offer a 2 year maintenance plan that is included. The two vehicles I test drove were high mileage luxury vehicles. Due to age, mileage, small superficial damage, slow pickup, I passed on both. Jay and Leo were very down to earth and were not pushy or aggressive which was nice. They do get a lot of vehicles every month, so just because I didn't find the right car for me that day, doesn't mean someone else won't. Overall, the staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend that you check out their inventory online and go test drive the car for closer analysis of whether its the right car for you. They are easy to work with. Thank you. :)

My friend liked this car, so he emailed them inquiring if they still had it. They responded after they closed saying they still had it, and i took him the next morning right after they opened. An employee said they sold the car the previous day (even though they emailed him after they closed saying it was still there). A week later, the car was still listed on CarGurus, so I emailed them offering to buy it. They emailed me back saying, "It is still available for purchase and we would love to get you in to see the vehicle and get you on a test drive." They are either using cars to bait people in, or they are to incompetent to check to see if they have a vehicle. Either way, it's just as bad.

My wife and I stopped in last weekend, Saturday 6/17/17 to view the 2005 BMW 6 Series 645i Convertible. I quickly noted damage to this vehicle. Rust lies under the pain at the cab side of the trunk lid. There is damaged trims in the vehicle. Not all electronics work. I was first told this vehicle was clean and clear title. After some further discussion was told it had been in a wreck, then was told it was a recovered stolen vehicle. A question to ask would be "Why the 3 different stories?" I drove the vehicle and did not find any major mechanical issues or sounds. But the extensive items I found, I simply was not interested when I found another on Gurus for less than $1K more that was so similar, but not all the issues. I returned the key and simply said, "Thanks, but it has too much going on for me and I don't want to deal with all that." The rude salesman said, "We have a service department here, we can work it out." I said I didn't know that I wanted to do that and started to leave. Salesman said, "What did you expect for the price we are listing?" I said I had seen another in much better shape than in theirs for close to the same money. He wanted to argue, became rude, and said I didn't know what I was talking about. I assured him no disrespect and I sure didn't want to argue about it, and because he continued wanting to argue, I told him that I would prefer not to deal with them, regardless of price, that I didn't deserve that as a potential customer, and walked away. I waited until today to write about this experience. I did not want the cloud of anger that bothered me a week ago affect my recounting the experience. Guys, I wish you well. I hope my feedback helps you going forward.

Usually I never write a review on service environments. The dealership reached out to me per phone call as well as responded by text stating they have the car I was very interested in seeing. I told the salesman I would be there the very next day on my off day. The next day I went "no car" I was told a "a man just took it for his wife to see if she like it" I wasn't called before hand to confirm appt or afterwards to know if they purchased or not no follow up no sorry for the inconvenience "nothing" I have purchased several cars before but none in Texas this is my first experience here and the dealerships I have encountered make you feel like you need them they don't need your business or really care. Very disappointing.

Per what the salesman told me, dealer did not seem to be interested in negotiating the price of of a vehicle that according to CarGurus has been on their lot close to a year because the price on the vehicle is already competitive. If it was, that vehicle would not be in their lot still.

Dealer has an auto email service setup. I had to go out of my way to try and get information on this vehicle. I sent several emails and spoke to the online sales rep on the phone to make and solidify my plans. I flew into Dallas for the day to take a look at this vehicle, at my own expense, and it had all of the sudden vanished. Once the vehicle was located it turns out that the vehicle had been sent into the shop for maintenance. I wasn't able to go look at it because the shop technician wouldn't be available. My question is, having prior knowledge that a customer was coming to take a look at this vehicle wouldn't you try to make it available? I talked to the owner who was very apologetic but seemed to think that I wouldn't have the chance to buy this vehicle even if i saw it, stating that the vehicle had DME issues that are in the process of being resolved. I'm a fairly patient person and would have made an arrangement where they could have fixed the vehicle before I took ownership. I wasn't just there looking for a vehicle for me though I had two customers that where looking for other vehicles that this dealership had listed, but my initial reception and deception turned me off to doing business with this dealership at all. The treatment that I received was less than respectable. So, I recommend that if you are trying to do business with Dallas Auto Direct, you should probably take some time to look at the fine print on the contract. I can't believe that I'm the only customer that has ever had a bad experience with these folks. Thankfully my story doesn't end poorly. I flew to Washington, dealt with a respectable dealership and got the order filled that I went to Dallas for.

I was buying my first car when I came across this dealer. I didn't end up buying the Acura only because this dealer has such a wide range of cars. They literally have a car for everyone. The manager, Jay, worked with me to find a car that was within my price range and was at a fair affordable price. I had been to several dealers in the past weeks and this is the only dealer I went to more than once. Overall it was a great first car buying experience.

Responded quickly then sold an issue ridden vehicle saying it had no problems. Horrible experience. Avoid like the plague. If you buy from them anyway, take the car to a mechanic or you'll be out several thousand dollars in repairs within a few days. Don't buy the warranty, complete waste of money.

These guys were very friendly, answered every question with honest answers about the vehicle including some of the electrical and mechanical parts that needed to be fixed. I live two and a half hours from the dealership and they stayed upon for me to get the vehicle. Was after 9:30 when I drove off with my vehicle, they closed at 6 that evening. I would highly recommend this place if your looking for a used nice vehicle that's way below blue book price. I wanted to stay and look at every car on there lot. Looks like a car show!!!

Went to see a car they have. Talked to their Sales Manager Nael. Very nice guy. He answered all my questions. I didn't buy the car so far since I am still doing comparison shopping. We'll see how this is going pan out.

They called me back in a timely manner. I visited the showroom and test drove the car. It wasn't exactly what I wanted but the facility and staff were helpful.

Got there and the car battery was dead along with missing grill piece. Not wise as I was a cash buyer. Nice polite people though. Just need to raise the bar.

Also, batteries will die if a car has not been turned on for a while.
