Manager was really nice... The only reason I'm giving a bad rating because the finance manager was very rude to my husband and try to add extra charges on my contract. After I read the contract I felt he was trying to add extra things on the contract to get money in the car salesman pocket. After this happen I felt they was dishonest and they kept me in the dealer for eight hours... I will never buy a car from them ever.?

Dealer called back but I had a bad experience buying a car in VA and trying to get it registered in MD. Out of state was not an option I chose to repeat. The prices were better in VA though.

We ended up purchasing a car from DARCAR and the sales person was real nice. I guess, with some bad luck we were not notified that the title was not available and instead were told to get the car inspected and go to DMV. This is only a human error but costed me 3 hours in DMV line. This is why I rate them 4 star and not 5 star. I think the sales person was very supportive and overly polite.

Well the car o looked at had too much damage. The one I wanted was too high. And when I waffled on a price. The dealer said it had not passed inspection. It was a fair deal. It after that I have to say I don't trust them much.

Very poor customer service, Representative was incompetent of answering questions about numerous vehicles, EVERY vehicle on the lot had a failed inspection sticker, I reached out to them before they reached out to me and when I told them I wasn't interested via text the rep by the name of RO replied "Please do your research in the future before you click on links. I'm not selling you a car all I was doing was setting up a test drive. I'm sure you have enough common sense to figure out if it's the car for you or not."

Purchased from this dealer but took an extremely long time from start to finish. They did not seem to be very well organized. I sold cars for many years and was astonished by the lack of communication between sales and finance. Finance should have had all of my paperwork ready to go prior to me going into the office. Finance had nothing printed out ahead of time and kept putting incorrect information on my documents.

I contacted DARCARS via an internet inquiry on the car 6 minutes before the dealership closed, and I got a call back 6 minutes later! Eric, the salesperson took the time to answer all my questions regardless that it was now "after hours", then sent me a follow on text message with the address, and their webpage (smiley face included). I drove out to see the car the following day with my children, and Eric and the staff were absolute saints with my over tired daughters as I signed all the paper work. I give the staff 5 stars! My ONLY small complaint was when I picked up the car the following day it had a fog light out, and the door that covers the gas cap was broken. I bought the car in the dark, and thought the door had vents on it (like a sporty-looking door), but didn't realize it was broken until I got it home and gave it to my husband as a gift on Christmas morning. I live 2 hours from the dealership, so it will not be easy for me to bring it back. :(

The car trunk hydraulic did not work car was in minor accident you could tell somone rear ended the car the driver side key hole was damage also the key remote wss not working sk basically i couldnt lock the car. Also the magnum also had damage on the passenger side front fender. Dealer wss only willing to take 500 dollars off price of the car. They are horrible

Sales rep not very good. Didn't know what they had in stock. Appearance was poor...looked like he didn't care how he looked. Also, vehicle was in poor condition...damage on quarter panel with rust. Could tell someone tried to fix but did a poor job.

The sales guy, Allen, was rude and mean. He tried to sale me the car right when I got there before I test drove it. Before we even talked about the quality of the car, he asked how I planned to pay for it multiple times. When the time came to test drive it, I couldn't test drive it on the road. I had to do it in their small crowded lot full of cars. The car I wanted to test drive was a manual, so driving it in a lot would not tell me if the car drove well.. I will never be returning to this lot ever again. If anyone ever asks me about the service there, I will only have negative things to say.

How does this company stay in business? I visited the dealer to test drive an SUV advertised on CarGurus after contacting the salesman by phone to let him know I was coming in to see the vehicle. The SUV was a mess! Both the driver-side front door and back door handles were broken off so we could not even get into the vehicle from that side. The rest of the vehicle appeared to be a mess also. So it was obvious that this was a bait and switch situation and I consider it unethical to take up my time when they knew the vehicle was not salable . Then while there I noticed a BMW that looked attractive but was told that it just came in so couldn't be driven because it needed a state inspection. I agreed to come back the next day. When I called to make sure the vehicle was ready I was told that it "passed inspection with flying colors and was ready to go." So I drove back to test drive it. But when I got there the car would not even start. STAY FAR AWAY FROM DARCARS!!
