The service and how they do business is horrible. After multiple interactions with this dealership I can say that as a fact, not an opinion. They provide immaculate information on pricing to lure customers in, which is a shady practice in itself. On top of that when you actually try to get a deal started and request more information on the vehicle they completely disappear. You will then get a generic message from them 2 days later asking if you’re still interested and repeat the same cycle 3 more times. Whoever is running sales there needs to either be replaced, or read some books on how to run a business.

Best vehicle buying experience I’ve had. Ed Flingos and Kit Patel were more than helpful and made everything smooth and easy with the purchase. I told them what I was looking for and there was no hassle or pressure with any of it. Couldn’t have asked for a better vehicle or all around experience. Had Prius priced at 6300 plus tax, tag & title. I offered $5500 walk out the door price & they did not accept. They have since dropped price to 5800 plus tax, tag & title. I walked away from the dealer, since they did not accept my offer. They were nice but stated they couldn’t accept bottom line of 5500.

Very poor experience! Price listed online was $1000 less than what the salesman brought out on the buy sheet! He claimed he had done some research and was giving me a great deal and had a discount listed for what was posted online! I made two offers that I felt were reasonable both were rejected and met with negative body language and criticism by the sales staff! Another salesman who I thought was a manager but I guess he was just the manager for the day explained He could not come down on the price at all! I was well prepared to buy the truck I just wanted to counter offer and for them to come down off the price a little bit! There’s always room for negotiation and any deal. I drove over an hour to get there and spent an hour and a half arguing and was met with nothing but excuses and poor customer service.

The body wasn't in as good a shape as the pictures displayed. Overall it was a decent example of a 2003 model, but not "superb" as advertised! The salesman was attentive and helpful by sending me pictures before I drove 250 miles to make a serious purchase. Disappointed, I did not make buy this car.

After checking out the vehicle I was interested in and contacting The Critz dealership in Savannah, Jesse S. contacted me right away and made a real impression as far as knowing the background information and previous history of the vehicle. The vehicle was exactly as described on the website. He was a pleasure to deal with as were the rest of the people I met there. The vehicle had been detailed to the max, full of fuel and Jesse showed me some of the features of the vehicle. The financial advisor was great to deal with as well and made the finalizing of everything a breeze. They had almost everything set up for me and I was in and back out with my 2017 Honda CRV in no time. I was extremely happy with the service from Critz and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality new or used vehicle!

The vehicle we were contacted about and set up an appointmet to see had actually been sold the day BEFORE the contact was made. We drove an hour one way for our appointment only to be told the vehicle was sold and they didn't have any other ones based on our criteria to show us. Very POOR customer service.

It was somewhat of a "perfect storm" in that the vehicle was sold late Saturday night and you set the appointment the next day with our Sunday Business Development vendor (we contract with them for Sunday phone coverage since we are closed on Sunday) who has access to our inventory, but were unaware that it had been sold. By the time our sales representative was aware of the situation Monday morning you were already here. We are in the process of making changes to our process to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Dealer contacted me and told me about the car. Gave me a price. I gave him my trade in info and he came up with a bottom line. It was above what I wanted to pay. We discussed options and came to terms. The sales person brought the car and all of the paperwork from Savannah to Hilton Head for me and made it easy to do business with him.

Made initial contact with me about a vehicle and asked some questions to help expedite the process since I was going to drive over 3 hrs away to see it. Waited 2-3 days with no update on the process, called to verify my appointment and the sales manager tells me the vehicle is on hold to be picked up and said the sales rep was supposed to call me and let me know, but I received no response. Bad communication between management and sales rep. Good thing I called to save myself the trip.

The car had bald tires and guy say they couldn't change and had no flexibility on the price and when I looked at the car again online the price was cheaper than the price he tried selling it to me for....And he said that same excuse all salesmen use," we only make a couple hundred off of the car,we can't go any lower". Instead of being greedy just do good business and sell the car your making a profit because it was a trade in and it's no way they gave the guy who traded it in 20k+ for the trade in amount, I have a few cosmetic deficiencies and a cracked dash and they were trying to give me 10k for my trade, that's 4k+ lower than the trade value on my vehicle, not to mention the guy rolled his eyes when I told him I had to give it a day to think about it. Poor customer service.

I took a look at the service history on the vehicle you were considering and it was a former service loaner with less than 10,000 miles so I'm not sure why it would have bald tires. Since it was a CPO vehicle BMW requires that we have a minimum 7/32 of tread depth which means essentially 70% tire life. I was told a used car was available and booked a test drive for Saturday because I lived 2 hours away. Found out the car was sold 5 days before I was even given the appointment. This is not a good way to conduct business. I was very unhappy.

My experience was very interesting. While the salesperson was knowledgeable about the GL he seemed more interested in up selling me a newer model than the GL I inquired about and selling me an extended warranty. In fact the warranty was pushed even before I had an opportunity to sit in the car. In addition, I've received a set of email messages from the Internet Sales Coordinator that seem to just be automatically generated despite replying to the Coordinator regarding my initial experience. Plus when I try and contact the Internet Sales Coordinator by phone the number provided doesn't allow me to leave a message. This was my first experience with Critz and I have to say I am wondering if they are selling cars or just extended warranties.

I was very please with the friendly and professional attitude that Mrs. Victoria. Victoria was my initial sales consultant. Unfortunately, we did not complete the deal before she was scheduled to leave on her vacation. She directed me to Justin Johnson another sales associate. We were able to finalize the deal on the 2015 GMC Sierra SLT the very next day. Justin even delivered my truck to my front door in Charleston SC. Now that's what I call service after the sale. I'm very please with the staff at Critz GMC.
