Worst experience I had to my entire shopping experience. I drove an hour and a half, and the car wasn't even there they found it in the service Bay. After a five minute phone call to the manager who wasn't there they found out that the check engine light came on. I had talked to him all week and he knew that we were coming Thursday. They wouldn't let us test drive the car and inconvenienced us after a round trip a 3 hours from Dayton. Never do business with this account. Very unprofessional disorganized and overall incompetent. Run don't walk away from this dealership. Being sarcastic I threw out a ridiculous figure as I was leaving that I would give them a price out the door tax title and Licensing. More or less to just be a smart alec and they called me on Saturday 2 days later and told me they accepted the offer. Hell no. That car's got issues and I wanted nothing to do with it

Went to lot, was met by one of the salesman. He was very helpful. Unfortunately the didn't have the van that I wanted. They did move vehicles out of the way so I could drive it. Just wasn't what I wanted. Salesman did his best and I appreciate that.

We purchased a vehicle here in early October. Staff was okay, however, not very accommodating to out of state buyers. They would not hold the car for 2 days with a $500 deposit. They required a full wire transfer of the purchase price (we paid bank fees of $25 for the transfer) and we purchased the vehicle sight unseen based upon Jim's description at full asking price. Yes, it was a decent price (in part due to high mileage) and the color combination that we wanted. When asked about the body condition, dents, scratches, etc. Jim said there was a small dent on the driver's front fender. This small dent turned out to be body damage from a previous accident that was not repaired properly and furthermore, the windshield wiper fluid resevoir (located near the dent) was cracked and does not hold fluid. The battery had to be replaced and the brakes repaired, as well. The biggest disappointment was that we were without use of the vehicle for 3 days because the title took so long to get to us and the tempory tags expired. The dealer was apologetic for this mix up, but offered no consideration. One positive was that they found a second key and mailed it to us (postage due $1.67) as they only put 3 stamps on it. To be fair, we believe that our experience would have been much better had we been local buyers.

Looked and drove vehicle had a terrible vibration at highway speed and told salesman. He told me that they would take it to a shop and get back with me. I am still waiting for that call. It has been two weeks.

Sold me a car for little over 6600. And as soon as I got a few miles away, abs,vsc,brake and tpms lights came on and for that price shouldn't of been anything wrong with the vehicle so now I have figure out why they came on and fix the car so means I'm putting more money in it which I shouldn't be. Not only that I'm having a kid in a month which is why I got the vehicle. People are crooks and don't care about the customer just the money. I will not recommend them to anyone.

I have to say the guys here are wonderful! They were nice, knowledgeable, and didn't pressure me into buying. They wanted to make sure whichever car I got was the right choice. I ended up buying the Mini Cooper as a work car and I LOVE it! It's great on gas and had the leather interior with heated seats. Not to mention it's a Mini Cooper and who doesn't like them!!

I've purchased a total of 8 Automobiles from College, the first purchase being in 1998. and I've always had excellent customer service. I always compare the condition, year, mileage, and prices of similar vehicles at other dealers with College, before purchasing. College is my go to company for a family back-up vehicle.

Never contacted me, not willing to negotiate on used cars! Agressive in contacting you vial email or phone, but once you put an offer they don't like, they ignore you rather than negotiate and work with you.

sorry about that.  My job as manager is to assure internet pricing and price labels match.  If they didn't, that was my error.  Rest assured, the correct price generated to our online posts matched our inventory pricing.  I will also do better deleting sold cars on my day off.

Jeff and the rest of the staff at College Car Company treated my wife and me extremely well. I greatly appreciate all of their guidance during our search for a new car. We ended up with the exact make and model that we had set out to buy at a surprisingly reasonable price. Overall, it was a great experience.

The dealer never responded to me and after 4 days I call called them only to find out that they sold the car I was interested in that day. I never got the chance to look at or make and offer on it. Poor business practice.
