I’m going to start off at 3 stars and here is why. I contacted these guys early afternoon to look at a car. I needed some more information and the salesman said they were slammed so it would take 20 minutes or so. That’s no problem. He got back to me in good time with my info. I then called back and told them I was on my way to look at it. I got there 30 minutes latter and they hadn’t found the car yet. I waiting there for 20 minutes. I was in a rush at this point because I had other stuff going on. I was the only one in the store so it’s not like they were busy. They found the car eventually but couldn’t find the keys. I went and took a quick look at the outside but have to come back in a couple days to test drive it and such because they never found the keys... I’m not sure how that could be possible... I’m hoping when I go back in things can be a little more professional.

The salesman, Alex, asked how soon I could come look at the vehicle. I wanted more information before driving 35 miles. This same dealership had tried to sell me a Jeep that had been through Hurticane Katrina years earlier. I asked him to check to make sure the vehicle had not belonged to a smoker, confirm that it was a local trade and asked what issues their mechanics had found. When the salesman got back to me later that day, he informed me that the vehicle “had not made it through shop” and there ended our conversation.

Horrible customer service! I was interested in looking at a certain vehicle. I called before making my way to the dealership to confirm vehicle was up and running since it would take me over an hour to get there. I was told the vehicle was running perfectly fine. Finally, once I make it there the battery is dead and they need a certain type of key to get the vehicle running which they did not have. WASTE OF TIME!!!!

I have never had a worse experience with a car dealer. Although we were assured that the dealer was negotiable on the price of the car when we called, that wasn't the case when we sat down to discuss the purchase. The manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated so badly.

Don't contact them!! They will harass you argue with you keep calling and emailing you. Horrible experience. This guy Lauren argued with me about the price when I say how much I will pay for a car that's my offer accept or don't. This guy wants to argue after I hang up on him he keeps calling and emailing me.

I had a very pleasant experience with the salesman I worked with, nonetheless, once you step in the financing office everything changes. The financing officer lied his way through adding a very expensive service contract. Once I got home and did my own calculations, I found out that he had taken me for several thousands of dollars. Service contracts are cash cows that the financing officer gets a commission selling them. The very next day, less than 24 hours of my purchase, I spent the whole day trying to contact someone, anyone. To my surprise, there are no email addresses listed on their website. In the age of electronic communications I find that very odd and questionable. Anyway, by the end of the day, the finance officer found few minutes to call me. It was basically a blackmail call that went like this "if you cancel your service contract your rate will go up by 3%" My whole car buying experience was ruined. I would stay away from them. There are other options in the area.

Online price was $21,971 however when I contacted them they asked how I was planning on purchasing the vehicle, I had told them cash. They responded by saying that the deal was for finance only and offered to sell it to me for $25,500 and were trying to talk me into financing. The car has been listed on CarGurus for 252 days. You think they would be eager to sell at this point, considering that it's just depreciating in value. I would have been willing to pay more if it was listed for more, but they advertised it for thousands lower than what they were willing to consider. It was a disappointment and a waste of time.

I sent a question to Dave T. at CJDR about a car I was interested in. I received a reply back right away; he also sent a complete history on the car. Everything checked out fine, so I went in for the test drive. Dave was very helpful, he didn't pressure me into buying, which I don't like. I had a very good experience and left there driving home in the car I went in for. Thanks Dave and CJDR. Sincerely a satisfied customer.

Did not call back with Information as they stated they would. Were not willing to talk price over the phone. If your going to have an internet car site you need to be able to talk pricing without making the people come to you. You should be able to get pricing over the phone. Dealer also insisted on using their financing even though I told them I had my own. All around not a good experience.

Did the search & initial credit app online. The ONLY thing we didn't love was that there is no way to designate who you are working with when you submit the app online. Ours was given to a random salesperson & the car we wanted was sold out from under us while our sales rep was waiting for the app (that was given to someone else). The dealership had an option and TOTALLY made it right! We got a great car at a great price! The financing was super fast & easy.. we drove almost 2 hours to this dealership just for the deal we got & id do it again in a heartbeat!

Forget about reaching a Finance Manager, DON'T GET A SERVICE CONTRACT. Was told plates would be sent through mail and not to worry about it. Didn't receive plates in mail so I'm without a car. Live 100+ miles from dealer. Car was worth it but avoid this place if you can

I live in Alaska, I needed a new truck, so I had to buy one sight unseen, just pictures and words. I talked to Chris Wilkinson over there. He told me what the truck was like, and after talking to many other dealers I decided to get the one from Town and country. I ordered an inspection with a company called Lemon Squad, They came over for an independent inspection. The day they arrived was Chris's day off, half way threw the inspection another dealer came out and told the inspector he had to leave. basically they just booted the guy out. When I heard of this I call Chris on his mobile phone, he told me that no matter what he would make it right. The next day he had the inspector come back out at his expense and finish the inspection. I would highly recommend the Lemon Squad for anyone in my situation or that doesn't know any thing about vehicles. The truck checked out just as Chris described it. I am only talking for Chris, in the episode that happened on his day off, I was shoved off to another dealer, Mike, he seemed like a hardball type of person, trying to be tough, change the deal...In the end Chris held up to his end of the deal, His word is as good as gold. A Deal is a Deal. I dropped a star because of Mike, but would defiantly buy another truck from Chris Wilkinson
