ssr,2004, I have dealt with a lot of dealers, bought a lot of cars. many out of state, but this dealership is by far one of the most honest ,fair. I had a expensive problem with a car that was bought and delivered, paid for. then I noticed the problem. I called the dealer, he said we made a mistake and we will take care of it.and they did no questions, check in the mail. I'm in nc they are in md. this is unheard of most of the time if not ever .when I want another truck or car this the first place i'll check. if anyone needs either one car or truck ckeck out cherner bros. first you will not be sorry. not enough stars for my experience. thanks boys, albert

The vehicle I contacted the dealer about, had an accident in it's history that they did not disclose. I paid for a history report to find this out. The person who contacted me rejected my claim, so I provided the detailed information regarding the accident. They ended up selling the vehicle to someone else, and as far as I know, they did not update their website. Additionally, I had made a previous offer on this vehicle, which was originally rejected. My offer was specific... "Out the door offer". When he contacted me, he essentially called me a liar and that I never said out the door. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that he didn't hear me, but to call a customer a liar is unacceptable! Wish I could give them negative stars!

I contacted them about a vehicle via email and then received a reply stating the vehicle was gone, approximately 24 hours I received another email stating there was a mistake and the vehicle is still at their lot. Aside from that they are very friendly and not too pushy

This is mom and pop's store located in old town Kensington, next to railroad track ... reminds me of old American movie. Very friendly, helpful and I feel I can trust them. I tried their Matrix but unfortunately the price is still too high for me.

I was contacted, was asked to come in to test drive the car, I get there and they don't have a key for it. Had to walk two blocks to look at the car with no key.

Not very good experience asked then to not run my credit without discussing with me 1st after they realized I wasn't goona be abke to get a deal done they ran my credit anyway I was pissed. Plus not very inviting atmosphere

The dealer got in touch with me in a timely manner. When I told him I wanted to go ahead And purchase the vehicle but I would need them to bring it to me because of our business hours, the salesman said there was a couple marks and bad spots and he sent me a few pictures. When the driver got here(it took them over 3 hours to get here), the van looked bad. The hood was a different color under neath and I asked if it had been in an accident because it wasn't the original hood. He told me know. I felt bad that they drove all this way, had all the paper work ready, so I bought it. The next day when I started looking over it, there were so many more problems. I took it to a local body shop to see how much it would take to fix it, he said in the thousands, that someone had wrecked it and tried to fix it themselves. It is a work vehicle for us, so I'm only fixing the roof( because it is already rusting) and just fixing part of he roof is going to cost me $1000. I'm going to have to just deal with all of the other problems. So this is a lesson learned for me not to go by pictures from a salesman. I'm not happy at all with this dealer and would never deal with them or refer to friends.

I have ms as a result my credit was damaged significantly because of the accumulating medical bills as I awaited disability. Despite this they got me approved for the car I wanted at a great interest rate they also worked with me on my down payment. They come highly recommended

I am a 56 year old male, who has bought a few cars in his lifetime and Cherner Bros. Auto Brokers, Inc. has been the best buying experience in my whole life! I have not gotten the car yet. It is to be delivered site unseen. But the process has been wonderful. I have spoken to at least 4 different people at the dealership and all have been great. Friendly, helpful, informative. They have made buying the car from out of town easy. Information passed back and forth quickly. Just hoping the car is as pretty in person as the picture depicts. Update: The car came in and it is gorgeous. Looks perfect. Sounds incredible. Steve, Stewart, and John could not have been nicer or more helpful through the buying process. I feel lucky to have had such a good experience. Everything was so smooth and I was over 700 miles away. Thanks gentlemen. Continue to be awesome.

Extremely nice, honest, and helpful family-run business. They let me take the vehicle by myself for a test drive. They were very willing to work with you in all areas of buying. The truck just wasn't for me, but they were!! I definitely recommend.

Superior sales service. We needed a replacement vehicle and the Cherner sales staff had us in the vehicle we wanted and out the door the same day. Additional guaranty service at delivery was noted to be scheduled. It nice working with an dealer with a history of great sales and service in the Washington Metro Area as does Cherner Bros.

Everyone at the dealership was really easy to work with. Upfront, no hard sell. We had purchased another vehicle over the summer and I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with bait and switch dealers or salespeople who didn't treat us very well in general. I knew what I wanted, and drove out with my car in about an hour. With our other vehicle, there was a lot of back and forth before we had the keys. I've recommended them to friends who are looking for cars and would consider them again for another car in the future.

I 'm very happy with my purchase. The dealer was very professional.They delivered the car directly to my house They process was vary simple all i had to do was sign the paper work give the delivery guy a check and he and his wife and dog was on there way back to Maryland.

Went to look at a used van and arrived around 11am. I called ahead and told them I was coming. I seen no one to great me and no one in the office either. Van did not show as I did in the pics so I left. They called an hour later to see if I was coming still, I replied" I came already and left"

I had a nice experience at Cherner Bros. The sales staff were friendly and very helpful without being pushy. My visit had a relaxed feeling to it. All my questions were answered. I went ahead and bought the car I was looking at and the process of buying the car was itself also very smooth. I would definitely reccomend them!

Dealer responded right away. He was super nice and not high pressure. I ultimately found a newer car with less mileage from a private party however, I would absolutely feel confident buying a car from these guyd!

Contacted this company by email and instead of being civil and making a counteroffer as other dealers have. I received some ridiculous tome from a salesman about his reasons for being in the car business and a ridiculous price comparison that bore no resemblance to the one in the ad. When I made it clear to him that he had just lost a potential cash sale with his foolishness he sent me a number of rude and harassing emails. It amounted to stalking. I believe these people are disturbed and that is putting it nicely!

Dealer contacted me immediately and was available to meet me whenever I wanted. I scheduled for the next morning. Carey gave me the keys and let me drive it for as long as I wanted. The car was in great shape and priced competitively based on my research. I asked if they could adjust the price because I felt I should, but didn't expect the price to change since it was already priced on the low side. The only thing that I wasn't expecting, but it was clear as soon as I showed up in the store since they have it posted on a sign clearly: mandatory dealer processing fee $300. But, since they priced the car so competitively and made the sale easy, even with the processing fee, the price was fair, so I purchased the car. I also appreciated that they saved me a trip out to pick up the plates; they mailed them to me when they received them from the MVA. Completely satisfied customer. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had a very good impression about them. I actually drove twice the car, the second time because I heard a vibration in the rear part of the car. The dealer came with me in the second test drive and was very helpful.

Quick response. Polite, answered all questions. Unfortunately way overpriced. That car should not sell for more than $22k. I will be flying down to Atlanta to pick up the same car only a different color and less mileage on the chassis with a complete engine rebuild for 18500 next week.

The associate was nice and the vehicle is clean and in good condition. I only have one problem with them. The listed options for the car I purchased were not all there. The explanation was that they list, like a template, of options that are typical for the certain car. So, if you consider Cherner Brothers, be sure to check for the options. They might not have what is listed.
