I spent hrs in other dealerships without getting anywhere. All the sales tactics and the back and forth games they play are absolutely terrible. I called Maund toyota and talked to a young salesman named Justin De La Torre. I told him about my experience at other dealerships and that I did not have time to play games. Negotiated price over the phone went in and signed papers. Straight forward without any deception. I got the truck I wanted for a very fair price. I recommend getting Justin at Maund Toyota. Justin and Maund Toyota have a customer for life.

I set an appointment to check it for a test drive ... They couldn’t find the car ... So I setup an appointment... They sold it the same day .. I got an text or a call ... I ask him when we trying to find that ... And have the nerve to blame the mechanic... You should know your inventory before you have to sell online

When the price was requested they did not reveal the price but set up a test drive appointment instead. When I showed up for the test drive the car had already been sold to an employee before it was even available for my test drive and they did not bother to notify me that the FJ was not available. Ended up being a Wasted trip.

If I could give them no stars I would! Spoke with a sales man and gave him my numbers upfront since I’d be driving a great distance. He told me they’d make it happen. I drive in on Saturday with check in hand only for them to completely disregard my email and txt exchanges. The car has been on their lot for 236 days! They have discontinued the Venza due to poor sales. This dealership is in a small town with minimum traffic so you’d think they’d be able to make a deal. They are losing money on this Venza hoping to get full price. A wise dealership would know when you have to fold. I guess that’s why this car has and will continue to sit.

If you want to be told an not heard then this is your place. It’s the perfect quagmire of having to talk to 4 salesmen in a harried pace while being lied to. Just make sure to get your keys and ID back so they don’t convieniently walk off with no escape. Clowns.

Not very professional. Salesman was arrogant and condescending and when I was negotiating price they raised the price of the vehicle by $2K. Would never do enter into business with them again. When you think of the worse attributes of car sales, this was my experience here.

The dealership is not honesty take care of the customers. Every each says something different. After being 5hour there finally they started talk about price and the price does not match the cargurus. Not happy.

My sales rep was professional, polite, and courteous. The dealer process of back and forth negotiation was no better than any other dealer in that I had to deal with three different people before I could get an agreed price. It's a battle of attrition and who can hold out the longest. Best part of this dealership is Prinz the sales rep.

This guy was helpful once I got there. He blew up my email before to the point of irritation. Also, I don't like that they aren't willing to let you drive multiple cars while you're there. It's almost like they try and bully you into deciding on one before you can consider another. Very annoying.

I received TEN emails without any response on my part. One was condescending. Another told me what time my appt. would be (I never set one up). I ended up blocking them from all email. Obnoxious and aggressive. Maund will NEVER be a consideration!

I was treated like s snot nosed kid even tho I'm 39 yo. There was no negotiations what so ever and the price of the car was $24900 when I went there. Apparently it's been lowered since than. I offered $23500 but they refused. Bunch of hypocritical jerks. Will never go back. I did pick up a 911 the following Monday from another dealer in San Antonio.

Always told me to call on his emails, but never gave me his number. They send emails already written that never answer you questions. I ask for a certain car and I was always gave different cars to look at.

Bad business practices and they advertise different prices on different websites for the same car. I was contacted relentlessly for days and days about coming in to look and test drive - this made me look elsewhere where I ended up getting a better, no pressure deal.

The worst business practices I've ever experienced! Super high pressure sales. They tried intimidation, shame, condescending attitudes, lying about interest rates and every tactic they could to FORCE me to buying TODAY! AWFUL experience for just going in for a test drive. It's amazing they're still in business.

Nice vehicle. Took a day and a half in order to get the vehicle in our possession. They drove it to us but it was 9:30 pm so our final inspection of the vehicle was in the dark. When we found something that needed to be addressed, they said "they didn't notice it " so we would have to pay for it. Although we have comprehensive warranty and it was obviously damaged before we got the vehicle. Not good business.

I just went in there to test drive a particular car explaining that I was just looking right now. Before I could leave the salesperson stated that she would have to tell her boss that I had an emergency and had to go. Then another guy follows me out to my car trying to get me back in the showroom. I would never buy from dealership who is so apparently desperate to sell a car.

The listing they offered on car guru was all wrong. The actual car was a WHITE 2007 Solara Convertible with tan top, tan interior, which coincidentally exactly what I was searching for and couldn't find. They advertised a silver convertible with black top, also their ad stated 18,700 miles and the car actually had 48,000 miles on it. They did lower the price SLIGHTLY because of this, but it was not honest advertising. I was glad it was white (which is what I really wanted) but their ad was mis-leading on both color and actual mileage.

Incredible inventory and a "no hassle" sales style. They focus on making lifetime customers, not just a one time sale. Very impressive! I bought my 2010 Prius there and was pleased with every aspect of the transaction.
