When you only want to no about the vehicle that you required about and not anything else that they have on there lot and they keep telling you that they have a lot more vehicles on there lot you are not interested in anything else. You are not going to go there in because you feel pressured

My experience was bad. I worked with a guy named Steve who was arrogant and angry. I tried to negotiate a price for a used car on the lot and he got offended and gave me major attitude. Not sure what business model is successful if you can't handle someone trying to make a deal. He sternly stated that the price on the internet was the lowest it could go, but then a week or two later dropped the price again. Their only goal was to get me to drive 3 hours to see the car. I would have thought that they would have been used to dealing with people not in the area. Funny because I buy Honda's and I know folks who live there and I've been telling them to stay away from Casey's. Then I had another sales manager call me and I told her about what happened and she said that she would have someone else call me back other than Steve and I didn't hear anything at all. So there is your review. Their motto must be "suckers wanted"

Before we post our prices we do a great deal of research to make sure we are putting competitive prices on the internet, the obvious reason is that if we are not competitive customers wont come in. Carmax is a one price dealership for example as well as grocery stores, retail shops etc.. We do allow our managers to make small adjustments to the online price based on various factors, an example of one of those would be the type of trade-in a customer has, There are times we adjust our prices either higher or lower based on market condition just like any other retail store, our managers know abo

This experience was a bit frustrating. I worked with 2 different people. The first gave me a price that was below MSRP, but when I asked for an "out the door" price he did not reply to me. The second person asked if they could help and I asked the same question. Again, no reply to my email. They were responsive, until they weren't.

The expjierence was horrible. My time was wasted. I was told to bring my check stub and reference paperwork back and i would be approved for a vehicle. I also but down money as part of that agreement only to find out i needed a cosigner. The program i was supposed to be on help people with Credit issues. Didn't work for me. The sales guy was rude. He was offended u guess because u asked hin for a statement saying if the financing doesn't go through that i would get my down payment back.

They contacted me. I arranged to speak with someone in person then I drove the truck after checking it out. I liked what I saw and having only one previous owner was a plus. The former owner did a good job in maintaining the truck. Howard & Bill were great to deal with. I purchased it! Everyone was courteous, respectful and caring. They have followed up with me to ensure I was happy with my purchase and extremely happy with the customer service. No pressure... listened answered all my questions/concerns.

Advertised a Honda CRV for $14,500 and test drove it. Went to the office to make a deal on the car and the manager said they made a mistake listing the car at that price and we were $9000 apart in price with my trade in. Wasted 3 hours of my time and driving 50 miles to see the car. Then they call me a few days later wanting me to come look at another one. Really? last thing sales person said to me was "It was not my fault." I do not recommend.

Good, for the most part, kind of felt sorry for the salesman as he kind of was in the middle In the price negotiation. But overall a great car at a reasonable price if. you work at it.

The rating is terrible drove 100 miles to find out vehicle had been sold after rep had called me to make sure I was coming. I looked at another vehicle there went to test drive would not start,gave them one more chance for another vehicle they could not find the key until 20 minutes later. Would you buy a car from this dealership?
