I did some of the work online to speed up the process. Then I sent a
message to Buckalew asking how much were they willing to come off of
their price. Their response was "nothing". And I felt like the trade-in offer
that I received on my Avalon was too low. The manager said they had only
had the car 11 days on the lot and were not williing to come down at all on
the price. First time this has ever happened to me. Very dissapointed.

the overall rating could change to a five, because we are still working on a
deal. the gm of this dealership even contacted us to help work out a deal. i
have never had that happen before, and i have bought a lot of vehicles over
the years. highly recommend this dealership.
