Eric the salesman was great. The sales manager was terrible , took an hour waiting to get a price on a trade in....wanted $3000 + my truck to trade out. I didn't accept deal and got an hour back home and said they would do the trade even up. Will never recommend this dealer..

When I first emailed Browns Internet Sales Manager it took him/her days to email me back but when I got in contact with a sales person the emails were responded to promptly. They should check there emails a little more often. They were over priced on a car that I could have gone 2 blocks around the corner to buy for 1000 less. Sorry Brown's this was my first time trying to buy a car from them and they blew it.

I show in our customer management system that the reason you never heard back from us was because the email submitted was an invalid email. The phone number provided was also invalid.
