The salesperson called me. I explained that I was seriously interested in their used Mercedes GLC. I'm in Washington, DC and asked if I could take the SUV to Mercedes of Manhattan for a pre-purchase inspection when I arrived. I was told I cannot take their car to have it inspected, but their own mechanic can inspect if for me. Yeah right! #redflag I passed on that deal.

1.Good communication. Spoke with internet rep Myra.. She was great up until the day, I get a voice message that the car is no longer available. My first rule of thumb never buy a car in the same borough you lived. I broke my own rule, because of the price and miles on the vehicle. 2. I get a voice message on the day of that the car is no longer available. I called that bait to come. I spoke with Myra on the phone and she assured me she had a few more 15-16 Outlander's on the lot with low miles. 3. Myra told me to ask for Denny, when I got inside with my wife, and sister, I ask for Denny and was told he's not there today. 4. A different sales person took us to a use lot but they only had 2018, asking for $20,000 plus. I showed him the other two cars 2015-2016 with stock #'s and he could not located them his system. 5. Overall impression: I will never, and I repeat never visit Brooklyn Mitsubishi. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Spent 1 hour in traffic to see the vehicle. Called ahead of time to confirm it was available. Got to the dealer and they didn’t even have it in their system and they tried to sell me a another more expensive car.

Dealership was unwilling to negotiate price. That’s unheard of. I made an appointment to see truck and after driving 2&1/2 hours to Flatbush Brooklyn the truck wasn’t even ready for a test ride. It wasn’t even in the dealerships lot. We had to jump into a car and drive several minutes to where dealership holds their overflow inventory. Then we walked threw this muddy lot trying to locate the truck. Upon inspecting the truck it had a huge crack on front windshield & the front hood would not open to inspect the engine. Sales guy had to use a pair of Pliers to open hood. With all that being said there was absolutely no Leeway on the price. 2 thumbs down

Wow! I wish I'd read the 3 prior reviews. WHAT A SCAM. They charge 3k ON TOP of their listed price. No call back from a rude girl named Dominique who lied a said her guys called me. I had to follow up 3 times just to get the ball rolling. Asked for out the door price for 2 days and finally got it. $3,000 higher than advertised. Their ad says, "No Games, No Gimmicks, No Hidden Fees. The price you see is the price you pay." couldn't be further from the truth.

When you call them to make an appointment be aware that they will secretly change the pricing to a higher amount online before you come in without you noticing just to get more money knowing you were coming for the pricing you seen listed prior. They are liars and a crooked company. Stay away!

If you go to this dealer expect to pay a lot more than the sticker price. I saw a car that I liked online asking price was $21,890 after wasting an hour drive to get there and going over numbers with the manager I was told there was a mandatory prep/reconditioning fee of close to $2,000 plus taxes, title and registration which brought the price of the car close to $26,000 and that was before even going to the finance dept. Dealership should have added price of prep/ reconditioning fee to sticker price to give you a more realistic price of car but I guess this is their ploy to lure people in with an unrealistic number. Went to another dealership that was honest with their numbers and now own a new vehicle and couldn’t be happier.

Great price on site turns into a $3000+ scam. After waiting all day for the mandatory certified service to be done, it turns out the only thing that was done was replacing the battery that didn’t have to be replaced. Oil not changed. Car was “washed” by what must have been dirty rags. That alone took over an hour. Now I get to go to a car wash to get it cleaned the right way. They didn’t even put air in the low tire. What a absolute horrible experience. Never again. -5 stars!!!

After coming to an agreed price (spoke to some very rude staff in the process of this) I was told a deposit was placed on the car the day I was suppose to pick it up after calling to confirm. However, i was told if I would like to purchase the car I could do so at the asking price. 1. If that was true then shame on them for willing to a car with a deposit. 2. If it was a lie to get me to come in and purchase for their asking price then shame on them for such shady tactics. I ended up purchasing the same model corvette with less miles in better condition for less money. And now I've been called 2x by their employees saying they see that I've made an appointment to come in and see the car. I explained to them i purchased from another dealer and I was told that car has been sold. They responded by saying the car is still at the lot and for sale. Now,the price had to be lowered even more than what i was willing to pay. So, this dealership lost a sale due to terrible business ethics

I sent the original email inquiring about a pre-owned GLK350. The replied with come in. I then replied about warranty pricing and never got a return email. A week later I called and spoke to a very rude receptionist. I asked her for salesman and she said he wasn’t in so I asked if she could have him call me back the following day. She then said the vehicle I was interested in had a deposit but to come in anyway because it is a first come first serve dealership. That’s nice, a customer has a deposit on a vehicle but they are willing to sell it from under them. The following day came and no phone call from salesman and I am writing this almost a week later and still. I call. Stay away from this joke of a dealership. Customer service is horrible and integrity is lacking. My rating is a 0 stars.

1). I originally came to this dealership on October 8 to purchase a vehicle. First and foremost, we arrive and are told the vehicle has been sold. I pull out my phone to write a review but the salesman them finds the car being SERVICED! Now, why would you list a car that isn't ready to be seen by customers?! Ugh 2). Okay... I need a car right? I drove over an hour out of my way to get there right? The salesman shows me another car... not too crazy about it but it seems under mileage and seems like it's worth a shot. So on October 8, I attempt to begin the purchase of the car... only to be told the lien release is needed before the car can be sold. -_- Ummmmmmm... why is this car being listed if it's not ready and able to be purchased? Beware Brooklyn Mitsubishi Searched the internet on CarGurus to find a 2015 Volkswagen Passat Sport and located it at this dealership. Contacted the dealership several times to verify the car was still available, was told it was. On the day of my departure I called again to verify if it was still there, was told it was. When I arrived I was told it was sold on Columbus Day. Needless to say, I was pissed. In addition afterwards, I re-checked CarGurus and their website and the vehicle is still listed. Very BAD TEAM CUSTOMER SERVICE. Be wise and AVOID this dealership!

They kept contacting me about coming to see a car i was excited they said it was there . When i got there it wasn’t there i felt like because i was a women he was taking advantage he was showing me cars that wasn’t in my limit then kept pushing for a brand new car i told him no thanks . While i was waiting in the showroom i received a call from them saying hi are yu coming in to see the car i said yes i wanna know if the car is in stock can yu make sure she says yes it’s in stock are yu going to come in today i said yes I’m in the lobby she got quiet and a male friend came because i asked him to talk to them and then they started answering questions . Basically don’t go there ! They will try to get you to buy something else yu not looking for !!!

It was ok. The prices advertised online are NEVER the price of the car. I was told the price shown is "dealer cost only" and then they add another $2000- $3000 to the price. This seems to be the prevalent practice with many of theses dealers, at least in my area. A bit disconcerting.

I went to see this car and i was totally disappointed. The car has a bad paint job it originally black. There was pieces of this in the trunk that the sales rep didn't know where they belong to. The back seat divider was stuck and the sales rep had no clue of how to get it unstuck. There was a tire sensor lite on the dash board. I made an appointment and everyone was very nice but the car wasn't what they advertised but they was very confident that they would sell it as is and also wanted to charge me to fix whatever was not working properly. I declined and left the dealership. For all the rave reviews they claim they have i expected much better.

Made an appointment, spoke with secretary on way to appt, Drove an hour to see car, was not allowed to test drive, they were unwilling to negotiate on price at all, then after my wasted visit.... the secretary calls me 3 hours later to ask if I am going to be able to make my appointment after I already went in. Salesman was yelling at people as they walked down the street to come and buy a car like he was selling cotton candy at the circus. Dealership is a joke. They have a nice inventory, but only an uninformed, uneducated car buyer would ever buy from here. Laughable experience.

I went in to get a car listed for sale, i called the day before and the morning of to see if the car was there and they said it was. I drive an hour to the place for them to tell me that they sold the car 3 days before. Then since we were already there i looked at other cars. I found one i liked and gave the dealers my information to process the car, we sit there for about 4 hours with an infant for them to tell us that that car was sold too. Worst service ever, very unorganized and careless. Dont buy a car from them!!!

Was working on a deal for the jeep a to find out that they never had it in stock. Then a couple days later they lowered the price on the website so I called to see if maybe they made a mistake by telling me it was sold. To this day it's still for sale on the website at even a lower price. The worst thing about this dealership are the receptionists. They are rude and cut you off mid sentence. I have to say I was very disappointed with their service. I called and spoke with Katie. She was very u helpful. She explained to me that if I bought the vehicle flat out in cash it would be the original retail price which does not make any sense since the car has been used. Also she stated something about interest rates applying. I was willing to buy the car fully out the lot as I am student and attending college out of state. It’s sad. I even asked for her manager to call me which never happened. It’s sad how dealerships can loose a customer. But their lost was my gain because I found another juke. So thanks for all the help

Terrible ! They should be wearing masks in that place. Went in looking to make a deal and this so called dealership refused to budge from their price. Then I ask the totally rude and disrespectful manager to let me know how much it would be for me out the door to purchase the vehicle. So he says tax, tags, registration. The number he gave me seems kind of high. I say what does that entail. He says tax, tags, registration, and then says $1500.00 for their bogus so called reconditioning fee. I walked out as soon as he said that. Bogus fee to rip off customer and line the dealerships profits.

Inquired about two vehicles one was sold before I got there and the other took forever to be found when it was found I was told that it was in the service area. When I was lead to the vehicle in this area of the warehouse the vehicle had major damage from an employee backing into another vehicle resulting in the back bumper being split Damn near in two. The driver side had significant damage and multiple scratches....Smh and i was then told that they didn't have to show it to me in this condition they could've just replaced the damaged bumper and lied about the rest of the stuff by offering me a carfax....lol yeah ok I'll take my business elsewhere..

I saw the truck advertised on car gurus with "good deal" rating and a price in my budget. When I contacted Brooklyn Mitsubishi and told them I was interested In the truck (on a sunday) I was sent all the info from the dealer. The next day i went back to car guru's to review the truck again, I noticed the price of the truck had increased... significantly($10,000). When i contacted the sales team with a questions as to why it was increased? I was told they do Internet specials and once the deal is gone.. its gone. And they would not honor the advertised price that I first contacted them about. Very dissapointing.

I read the 2015 Rogue amenities that were listed and looking at the photos. I did not see them. I spoke Nancy and she was unable to confirm my questions. She sent me another link and I still did not see anything different in those photos. I have decided that the vehicle does have the amenities I am looking for and I need to move on. I spoke to a woman and Nicole about a Infiniti G37x Coupe set a date to come view and test drive to potentially buy the car.... she called me Saturday to confirm that and see if I was still coming , Once I got there we met briefly then had to search a lot and warehouse to locate the car.... These guys work hard and it shows. They worked with me to make it worthwhile. I had done my research proper to walking in and knew the car I wanted. I was a tough negotiator, but they worked with me til the end to provide a deal I couldn't refuse. They treated me with respect and were professional throughout the entire process. This is my first used car I've ever purchased. They took the time to explain everything and walked me through everything. It was definitely a pleasure and I thoroughly enjoy my new car. Had quite a few email from Myra and Angel after I put in a inquiry for my vehicle. But.. by the time I arrived the car was sold. I was buying it for my mom but she did not know it was for her. So when I made a big deal and said out loud that this is scam, my mom sat me down and said “ look around , see how many people is here, you think you the only one buying a car.” I realize I was being a jerk. It was Saturday and the place was packed. Then the manager approached me and before anything I apologize for being a jerk. Jay then explain to me the car was sold due to “special sale”. I told her I was surprising my mom with the car and she said “ I will go above and beyond to help you with the surprise”. I said prove it . I picked out the GL 550 and then submitted a credit application. Got approved but needed more down. Was hopping $3000 would get it done but was told that $5000 would get me where I want my payments to be. Made sense. Told him I can do $4000 , George made it happen for me. My mom is very happy with her Benz, thank you Brooklyn Mitsubishi for making this happen. Went to buy a Infiniti and drove home in a BENZ. So in the end , I would say it was a easy process. All I had to do was “give a little and gained a lot in return”. In conclusion I am saying “your buying a car guys, if the car is sold (please don’t be a fool like me and over react) cars are sold daily.! People would write a negative review so fast but what about when something good happens ? So I’m positive. THANK YOU BROOKLYN MITSUBISHI !

I wish there was a negative star. This car was a bait and switch. Online ad was posted for a car which had 44000, under manufacturer warranty for $34500. When I visited them they wasted 1 hr looking for this car couldn't find it and showed me two cars both over $37000 over 50000 miles, which is out of warranty. Now they also expect to sell you $3000 of aftermarket warranty. They have tons of good short non descriptive reviews but only few bad ones which are unfortunately the only real ones

Worst experience ever. I got a call back from someone named Nicole and had several conversations throughout the morning with her before heading out there. In each conversation I confirmed the price and asked about any hidden fees, dealer fees, additional fees, etcetera. She assured me that besides tax and registration fees, the advertised price was the final price I would pay. So I head out there, drove 5 hours to get there and find out the car is not even in their lot/showroom. It was in their warehouse. So we drive to the warehouse and the car was not even wiped down. It was parked next to a table that had several pans full of used oil. So close that we had to be extra careful when opening the door so we would not knock them over. I asked the sales guy if we can move it forward to a better spot so we can get a good look at it and he said no. Anyway, I still wanted to take the car for a test drive and he said I would have to fill out the finance application first. I said I don’t need financing, that I would be paying cash. He said still, you have to fill out a credit app before test driving it. This boggled my mind. I was offering cash for the car and they wanted me to fill out a credit application. So we head back to the dealer’s lot to speak to a manager. I told him I want to take it for a test drive and what the final price was. To my surprise, it was another $2100 on top of the advertised price to which Nicole assured me was the final price and there were no hidden fees or surprises. And I still had to fill out a credit app before taking it for a test drive. Bottom line: Classic bait and switch scheme, price is not what is advertised, you cannot take it for a test drive unless you fill out a credit application. Cash is apparently no good at this place. This seems to be the norm at most NY Queens/Brooklyn car dealers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

I emailed them about a 1013 BMW 5 series 528i x drive with 18,300 that was listed as a great deal on Car Gurus. A sales associate contacted me to say that the car was available and in "pristine condition." I made an appointment to see the car that day. When I got to the dealership, I was told the car was sold and shown a car that was $7,000 more expensive. I was furious about this bait and switch and complained very vociferously to the manager. (5 days later the BMW is still listed on Car Gurus). I was then told that they were not playing games and that they would show me great cars. I was then shown a Honda Civic Ex-L 2016 with 8,000 miles listed at $17,500. It was a nice car at a good price and so after some back and forth in which the salesman agreed to waive $2,000 in "dealer fees" (the only dealership that I encountered that charged these exorbitant fees), I agreed to purchase the car (with a knot in my stomach, as I had little faith in the dealership but didn't have more time to keep looking for a car). When it came time to sign the papers, the dealer fees had been tacked on to the car and I was asked to sign off on a $19,500 loan. At this point I lost it. I was ready to rip up all the paperwork and walk out. I was at my wit's end with the games I had endured from the moment I walked into that dealership and was not willing to pay $2,000 in "dealer fees." They agreed to waive the fees and I paid $17,500 and I did purchase the car but I left very nervous and worried that I had gotten screwed in someway that I didn't even know about. I've had the car for five days and it seems ok and it's still under warranty so I think I'm ok. We'll see... When dealing with this dealership, be very careful.

I inquired about the 2014 BMW 640i Convertible and the dealership immediately contacted me not even 5minutes after inquiring .. I spoke with a woman in Customer Service named Atyana and she listened to everything I had to say first before addressing my questions. when we couldn't find the car I came to see (and was told was available) we went from the lot to the warehouse, wasted my time looking for it and it was in the end mislabeled as a higher trim level, back at the "showroom" that felt like a prison visiting room, they kept me waiting when I asked to take a test drive in another car just to come back and tell me there was another person in line waiting to drive the car (there wasn't), when I got fed up and told them I was leaving and wanted the sheet with all my info back the salesman told me I'd have to speak to a manager. waited for a manager. he gets there, tatted up latino guy, aggressive, asking me why I want to leave not like a question but like a provocation. I thought I was going to have to fight him. I finally got my info back and left there, mad as a hornet, having spent and hour and half and achieving nothing. this place is ghetto from start to finish.

I would like to give this dealership 0 stars if I could. We made an appointment to look at a used car on their lot for 11am the next day. We had to drive an hour and a half to get to this dealership. We were told the car would be ready when we arrived. We were there a few minutes early and the car was not ready. First we were told that it was in a warehouse and they were going to get it. Then we were told that one of their employees drove it home the night before and it would take an hour for him to get back to the dealership. They wanted to try to work out a finance deal while waiting for the car to arrive. The finance manager wouldn't budge on the price. He agreed to lower the price by $500 and kept asking for more money down. The car never arrived and after about an hour and a half we left with no car. We never even got to see the car. I would never go back to this dealership or recommend it to anyone.

The ad failed to mention a $3,000 required down payment pLUS a dealer fee of $799. She was also rude. Even so, I sent my nephew down to see the car (I'm buying it for him.) He traveled 90 minutes to get there, only to find out the car had a MANUAL transmission. Total waste of time. The ad was totally misleading on many counts, but the advertised price was a total scam.

I contacted the dealership twice in a day and confirmed that the car was still available right before I left and drove 1 1/2 hours to go see it. When I got there they said the car had "just" been taken to an auction and they offered to be show me other vehicles or to help me find one that "met my needs". This was a classic BAIT AND SWITCH. I was extremely dissapointed by this dealer's misleading practices.

My sales rep Mohamed, worked with me throughout the whole process & made the whole experience a comfortable one. Their sales manager Chris discuss some concerns I had & answered all those concerns. Their financial manager got me a great deal through MCU. They have a lot of cars on their lots & good deals. Thanks guys

The dealer was slow to respond to requests for information (contract) so we were unable to make a deal. Additionally, they asked for security deposit prior to providing an actual Invoice or Contract which I think is not ideal. I did not enjoy working with this dealership and will not look at their other inventory regardless of the price.

I didn't get the car I originally wanted, but I got a car that will last me. They took car of me and my sales person Jonathon stood by the whole way. For my third car I think this was best car buying experience I had so far.

they are hidden charges on the contract of 3000 dollars that is not told to the customer then they say they going to negotiate the price and the prices never negotiated you guys are a very poor in business
