Wow, I wish I could give this place a big fat zero. I went in twice. The first time, I had to wait over an hour for someone to help me. He came over and immediately asked me what I wanted for a car payment. This was even before he asked what I wanted to look at. He finally brings out a car for me to drive, and it is filthy- trash on the floor, straw wrappers in the cup holders, and what looked like boogers on the windows. Keep in mind this vehicle had the "cleaned" sticker on the window. Then he leaves me in the car, telling me he has to tell his manager he's leaving. He comes back 20 minutes later smelling like an ashtray and carrying a coffee. I drove the car and left. I saw a RAV4 on CarGurus a couple of days later that I wanted to try. I contacted Boch and made an appointment. I get there, and low and behold, they can't seem to find the car. I try a different RAV4 and hate it. I ask him to try a Highlander, and he walks me to the lot and tells me to pick one. I pointed to three of them. He comes back with keys for one, and tells me he can't find keys for one of the others and can't find the title for the other! I test drive the one he had the keys for and like it a lot, so I ask him what the asking price is. He gives me a price of almost $2500 over what is listed on their website, but I keep my mouth shut for now. They come back with a lowball trade in for my existing car, and I'm able to get him to come up $500. I then tell him that his other price is wrong, and he starts arguing with me. I ask for my own keys back and he goes to see his manager "to see if we can offer the web pricing." Of course he tells me that they'll do me a big favor and honor it. I offer less, and they will not come down more than $500, and the car was overpriced. This goes back and forth for a while and he keeps asking me what I want my monthly car payment to be, and I keep telling him I'm paying in cash. I tell him I am not letting them run my credit for a loan I do not want. He tells me I only have to pay it for three or four months, and keeps giving me the "we gave you $500 off!" I kept telling him that it was going to be over $200 to finance for three months and I wanted to pay cash. Then he tells me they won't honor the web price for cash. I repeatedly ask for me keys back, which took nearly another half hour of me asking for my keys, and them pressuring me to finance, and being very rude and pushy about it. Long story short, I was on the receiving end of ambivalent service, the old bait and switch, and endless amounts of bullying and being treated like a moron. I was there 3 hours and left empty handed. I bought myself a gorgeous Acura MDX today from another dealership. (For cash) Boch can take their shady tactics and their financing, and I think they know where they can put it.

Terrible - they quoted me a low price and confirmed it over the phone. Then when I arrived ready to buy they said it was a typo and would not honor their price. They completely lied to get me in the door.

Everything about this dealership was horrendous! Disrespectful, unprofessional staff, and abysmal interdepartmental communication. BEWARE they may look like the best deals around but they will try to force you to finance with them to their benefit. They were a huge waste of time for me and I would suggest steering wide clear of this place.

Why one star? This dealership misled what they offer on Cargurus and honestly on their own website. In period three days we have been communicating with sales specialists and manager regarding a specific car, such as get more pics of interior of the car and traveling distance to the dealership. So managers sent us pics and we drove to the dealership ( 1 hour and half from my destination ) after three hours. Upon arriving we received bad news that specific car is unsalable because of technical repairs. We asked why that wasn’t stated 3 hours prior to the visit, The manager named Bay and sale associate Bishawn tried mislead us with unacceptable explanations stating “that was a poor representation of our reps in past three days “ and offered something nothing close to our plans. I called it SCAMMERS. Luckily i have emails, screenshots, voices messages and pics, but Unfortunately I can’t attach any doc or pics here. Closing statement: Boch dealerships will never have my business. Thoughts

Bad experience all around #1 do not not take down payment on truck#2 was not happy my bank had Preapproved me #3 no negotiation on price of the truck #4 test drove truck after hood latch for engine would not open#5 sales person not customer friendly #6 next day I got email on price update on the truck , price of truck had increased by five thousand dollars , wasted two hours of my life as mr Boch says come on down never again

I when to see a rav4 2016,and first thing they tell you,not negotiable and you have to use our financing [high interest] right there you feel you want to leave the place,than they show me a very dirty car when I star play with a dirty car they decided to show another this one needed breaks and discs and they told me you buy the car as is because cost to much money to fix, this is 2016 cars,they send me a email asking my opinion I told them my experience never got a answer, that is a no no place to me,good luck,bad experience.......

This dealer scammed me in the same way as many of the other reviews. For your sake, please believe these reviews. I did not at my own expense. The price of a car dropped into my price range online and I made plans to have a friend drive me out over an hour to the dealership. Before leaving, I called them on the phone and verified that the exact stock number I wanted to look at was still available. The woman on the phone verified the car details with me and assured me the car was there and still available for purchase. Just over an hour later when we arrived, we checked in, a man came over to assist us and immediately started talking about a different car than the one I had called about. I stopped him, made him write down the correct stock number, and after trying to tell me I had the stock number wrong, he opens his top drawer without hesitation and pulls out the ONLY piece of paper in the drawer and says "oh you mean THIS car? I just sold it yesterday". I immediately ask why someone confirmed the car was still available and explain the efforts I took to get there. He unapologetically continues to try and pitch me on a car $2,000 more expensive while also not listening to what it is I am trying to look for and despite there being a number of other cars on their website for only $1,000 more expensive that I knew about (unless they didn't actually exist). I walked out because I will not do business with anyone who disrespects my time to that degree. But the price was dropped AFTER he claims to have sold the car meaning they dropped the price to lure people in and pitch them on more expensive cars. With business practices like this you cannot trust what you are getting and you are not respected as a customer. I urge you to take your money and time elsewhere because there are respectable dealerships who will not treat you this way.

Tried making a deal on a Sunday and we were $500 off. They called me on the following Monday and we made a deal and I told them I would go by on Tuesday afternoon to finalize the deal. They called me Tuesday morning to confirm and I said everything was still on. Got a call back from them a few hours later when i was on my way and they told me they had sold the truck. This is the worst dealership I've ever freaky with. I will never buy a car from any Boch dealership and will never recommend them

This dealer is in my experience was just terrible. We didn't talk with the salesman for two seconds before he was "qualifying us". Lots and lots of pressure and for me I Would never feel comfortable doing business at this dealer.

Went in on fathers day from Brockton....looked a a truck.....sales staff was so pushy..they even called me later at my house on father's day to see if I wanted to buy the truck....I agreed to buy the truck..I called Monday morning to see if they wanted a down payment....they said no..."we will see you tonight."...meanwhile they called 6 different times to make sure I was coming!!!! And sent my son an email conferring they would hold the truck till I got there.... I agreed to buy the truck after I got out of work at 5...picked up my son (the truck was for him)...was 10 min from my house and my son calls me and tell's me they sold the truck to someone else!!!!!! 1/2 an hour before I could get there they sold the truck to someone else!!!!! There is no honor with this dealership. . Money is all that matters....do not trust them...there word and writing means nothing ...when I tried calling mgrs..they went home for the day.. (yeah right)..so no one was in charge? ? I will never nor will everyone I know deal with this dealership ever again!#!#...I will blast them on every review board I can on the internet...I will make it my life's purpose to let everyone know how horrible this dealership is!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews for this dealership before I drove 45 minutes in the rain to see this car. The car itself was in good shape from what I could tell, but the sales person and atmosphere made it impossible for me to buy this car with any confidence. I called and scheduled an appointment to see this vehicle so there is no excuse for the sales person to not have been prepared. I asked very general questions about the car and Ford's durability and the sales person instead responded that "it's not a Toyota, because Toyota's hold their values, and Toyota's are the best cars". I was given no information regarding the car I was actually test driving. When I asked what the expectations were for this Ford model the sales person read directly off a piece of paper the model was really sought after by consumers so "they must be doing something right". I also spoke with the manager and he said "all cars are great". These people are not qualified to be selling vehicles if they can't speak for them. Truthfully I drove down ready to more or less purchase this vehicle and instead was scared away because of the lack of knowledge and expertise from the sales people. To make matters worse both sales people I dealt with kept asking me if I was "ready to pull the trigger" even though they had given me no information. Overall the experience was extremely frustrating and almost surreal.

This car dealer was the most unethical, unscrupulous business I have ever dealt with. We found the perfect vehicle, and because we were 150 miles away, we asked to give a binder. They said No, but they would make sure the vehicle was there when we got there. We left immediately after the phone call and drove three hours. We arrived, they showed us the vehicle on the computer. We gave them paperwork on our trade-in, we took it for a test drive, and when we returned, they said they sold it to someone else! We were shocked and upset to say the least! They said whoever puts down their money first gets the vehicle. With sneers and lack of any concern, they actually tried to sell us a higher priced car. They are either a bait and switch, or just immoral creeps. Honestly, this was so upsetting, but in the long run, it's probably better this way. I'd hate to help them prosper when they treat people this way. By the way, we have excellent credit. It wasn't about us. I have since heard stories about them. I should have read further than the first 8 reviews....

They have great cars for a great price. The sales people are not knowledgeable, and as soon as you sign the paperwork the dealer treats your car carelessly. Our car endured damage between us signing the documents and the car being registered. Dealer said oh well

The car we went to see at Boch actually got sold to a customer just before we arrived. The salesman offered a few other possibilities but none that met our needs. The salesman was very easy to work with and he tried his best to find a fit for us. Just wasn't to be.

I would not ever consider a purchase from this dealership. Was given the runaround multiple times, by 2 different sales reps over the course of 3 days, then blown off entirely. I wasn't allowed to consider 3rd party financing, the vehicle was a year old yet they had no FOBs for a 50k truck. It also required another 8-1100 of aftermarket work that they washed their hands with and said "that's not our problem". The trade offer was 4500 below what I ended up receiving at a different dealership. 4500???? Really? You're a greedy group of sleazy salesman that epitomize why people hate buying a vehicle. This is my warning to you now, don't go here.

I have to say that I have never dealt with a more reputable dealer. They went well beyond what they really needed to to make me very happy about my new truck. .I would recommend them very highly to anyone.

Car had potential electrical problems. Sales person was horribly weak with no personality or knowledge tospeak of and the sales manager while friendly with arrogant and gave no appearance whatsoever of wanting to earn your business and basically came across as you need me I don't need you - which is too bad because we need to buy two more cars in the next two years

The prompt response via email was accompanied by a clean Car Fax, at my request. The price, when I arrived at the dealership, however, was $15,788 ($200 higher than Car Guru's listing), and the car was NOT an Eco Plus. It was a Toyota Corolla Eco. Orlando, the salesman, was decent, but I resented the way-too-slick "manager" and the dealership's bait-and-switch game. I bought the car, regardless, at too high a price for a 32,000-mile vehicle, only because it is difficult to find a 2014 Eco in our area. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone -- and Ernie Boch is my "neighbor" on Martha's Vineyard.

Be careful with these guys. They want to force their financial institutions on you and be very careful with what you sign. Take a picture of the document you do sign. I put a $900 deposit, sign the paper it said I had given them the money. Then they came back with the same paper stamped paid in full and said the only way to pay it in full was by taking a loan with them. I had come ready to by. I had an agreement with the sales man. My credit union was issuing a check with the for the price they gave me and at the very end they changed the agreement. I voided my transaction and got out of there. Seriously, they are a car dealer mafia.

Overall nice experience. They held onto a old car, which was traded in and intended to be auctioned off, for me to stop by and see. I appreciated that they gave me the opportunity to see it. However, it was a bummer that they weren't willing to budge from the exact book value on a car that was traded in and to be auctioned off. Was considering to take it out of the lot with cash. Would deal again if I was in the market for a new(er) car.

This was the WORST car buying experience we have ever had. After contacting the dealer on the Car Gurus site, our phone rang almost immediately. We made an appointment for the next day to see the car. Meanwhile, two other associates from Boch emailed us, trying to get our business. We went to see the car, and fell in love with the car, took it for a test drive, and made our decision. We noticed a few things wrong with it and mentioned it to the sales rep. He said he would have them look at it. We went to the desk to do "paperwork". He asked if all went well, would we sign the paperwork TODAY, we said yes. So, now he goes to get the Sales Manager........the rudest man I have ever met. He was very intimidating, and insincere. He too, asked if we would sign TODAY, and we, again, said yes. We told him what we wanted to pay for the car, including our trade-in, and wanted the minor things fixed in the car, and he said, "Let me check to see if we have the TITLE for this car". He came back and said they didn't have the title.....which means, the car could not be sold TODAY! On February 10, I replied to a survey from Boch Toyota, telling them what happened during our visit, and no one ever contacted us. Maybe, if it was a GOOD review, they might have contacted us! I also replied to one of the sales reps that emailed us, when I first submitted the request to see the car. After calling several times, still no title. Finally, three weeks later, we went to pick up our car. Upon inspection, I discovered that the vanity light that I told him about when we test drove the car, three weeks earlier, still did not work. He thought it was just a bulb, but it turned out to be a possible wiring problem, that WE would have to pay for! NOT GOOD! Our sales rep, got a Sales Manager, Ian, and he was very kind and compassionate. Although he couldn't do anything about the light, he satisfied us enough by giving us floor mats for the car. Unfortunately, my husband fell in love with this car....had he not, we would not have bought it. We will not, EVER, do business with Boch Toyota, NORTH or SOUTH again. We wouldn't even take the car there for service. Apparently, they do NOT care about the customer!

One car when we went to look at was $3K more than when I saw it on CarGuru the previous day. The other car we went to test drive, and the salesperson took over hour talking to us before we could drive the car. Yes they had 37 Camrys but only two were good prices. What a waste of time, despite living local I won't shop there again. Prices aren't good. Buy a used car you have to finance it as they won't wait until you get bank check or finance it through someone else. Velocity pricing is not advantages to the customer.

It is an ok experience. When we buy car from a Dealer .. we pay him extra to take care of stuff which we don't expect when buying from private party. Over here Dealer kept on saying that we have done safety check and whatsoever is required from safety angle we certify that for all other issues .. its a second hand car .. so expect that to be there. I am with a dealer & paying a premium to get all other issues also fixed .. but alas :)

Horrible experience. 1. Sketchy on line help. Every answer involved coming in person to dealership. 2. Made appointment to look at specific used car that advertised a great price, got there, waited 45 minutes. Finally, I waved over our saleman, and he told me they couldn't find keys to the car. I left. 3. 3 days later, salesman called. They found keys! When can I come by? I looked up on line--price had gone UP by 1300. Guess keys cost extra at Boch. I gave up even looking at the car. 4. Add to all of this maybe 20 emails, phone calls, texts...they assail you with contacts. Sales are all commissions, so sales force are like hungry sharks. Horrible, terrible, irritating experience.

I called spoke to a great sales person on a Monday and stated I would be by on Saturday with my husband. They proceed to call and email me 4-5x a day from different sales people not Adam who I actually would by from and spent time talking to. I respond to an email saying you are emailing me 5x a day on top 5nphone calls a day. I will see Adam at my appointment saturday please leave me alone. The phone calls proceed to 3x and emails continued. I won't be going there. It's bored line harassment

Lied to several times and still ( one week after picking up the car) have unresolved issues. Issues include an active recall, no inspection sticker, a deep scratch that was supposed to be fixed, a blown speaker and a filthy interior. There was still garbage in the center console.

I would recommend these guys. I was about to walk out without a purchase, because the truck I went down for was sold in the short period (I trust it was not the bait and switch- these do not stick around). Then Sean O'Brian, my sales rep made one last inquiry on whether the truck was a sure lock sale. As it turned out the other buyer's bad credit killed the previous sale. The process was not as quick as I would think it should be on the paperwork end. But the end result is that I go the vehicle I wanted, a rare find, due to Sean's willingness to go the extra mile. That means a lot these days. Talk to Sean.
