Having purchased several vehicles in my life, I have dealt with many dealerships. Dealing with Bob Swope Ford is, by far, the best experience I have ever had. I emailed them about a truck, got a reply, shortly afterwards. I asked a few questions about it, and got quick replies to those. I was not hassled, about coming in. They did ask, from time to time, if I could come in, to look at the truck, but they weren't rude about it. The conversations that I had with them were all nicely worded. I had a unique situation, that I thought was going to put off my being able to get a truck for a few more weeks, and when I called them to explain what was going on, they quickly came up with a plan to help work around it. So, as of yesterday, I own a 2014, Ford F-250, King Ranch, and I couldn't be happier. I would send anyone to Bob Swope Ford.

I’m still shopping, but they have been with me every step of the way. My questions have been answered in an honest and straight forward manner and they are still working with me to find the car that’s perfect for me. I’m sure that I have tried their patience but they have gone out of their way to try to help,

Ad said price was $47,809. Dealership said price after Zplan and rebates was over $57k. No thanks. You know that pig won’t fly.

I have included a disclaimer, following our conversation yesterday, stating that official pricing for this specialty vehicle can be found on our dealer site. You do have substantial savings with your Z-plan pricing, however the costs of the Rocky Ridge package is in addition to the base price of the truck. Purchased vehicle. Sales person was nice and friendly. Was not impressed with the business. People handling the paperwork didn't seem to have it together. Took two weeks to get it taken care of. I lived out of state so everything was handled by email. Love the vehicle even though they asked me if I wanted anything to be taken care of before I picked it up. Nothing was done. I'm fixing it all my self, which is fine.

Not good: Kelly average trade for my car in good condition is, $3889. They were only offering 2k. Wrote the deal up and the salesman had the sale price on the new truck at 56k and some change. Their ad had it clearly marked at 53k and some change. Walked out.

Very over-stated used car inventory. We drove over 90 minutes to see one car in particular. It's description did not mention the broken windshield, "smoker's car," fallen headliner, or bald tires. No one called us back from sales when I requested that they do so during my internet chat. They were not prepared with other cars for us to see while we were there. Spent most of our time waiting for them to search their inventory. Our sales associate, Jordan, did his best but he had a poor support system. There are a lot of car dealerships in E-town. Suggest you try these and skip Swope.

Very Disappointed in this Dealership. They went all out to get my business. But after the papers were signed and I got home with Ford Mustang. There were some problems with the car that I thought that Bob Swope should have made Good. So I called and there attitude was totally different towards me. And I was told it will not be taken care of. They told me the day I asked them before I purchased the car about there warranty. I was told they do what to make there customers come back. Will this one WILL NOT FOR SURE. I was told they can't do anything about it. Took the Mustang to be Serviced I was told it hadn't been serviced in a long time. Oil was black and nasty I saw it. And the worse thing was the tires all 4 are Dry rotted. They did a Tire Health Scan on them all 4 tire except for 1 had 1/32 tread left and passenger rear 0/32 tread it is gone. Very disappointed and upset with this dealership they had bound to have known about those tires. The major problem I have is a drove that car back to my house 2 hours with that tire in that kind of shape. Running majority of the time 70mph. Very disturbing to me. I sold them a car that was in know shape like they sold me........ If this is how they do Business I want know part of it. SAD

Found car, I had interested in for several months at Bob Swope, had good experience with this dealership, and have been enjoying my 2015 Fiat 500, 1957 edition, it drives like a dream!!!!!

The car we eventually wind up buying had some short comings. The mileage was almost 5K off. The car was dirty they never cleanee it properly. They never provied my wife how to instruction on the bells and whistles. My wife had to come back for another visit they said they would provide her a loner that didn't happen. The vehicle itself is fine thus far but the actions of the staff would not allow me to reccommend the dealership to anyone.

The vehicle as showned on the internet is not as it is listed. Pictures dont show the cracked right fender, they don't show the rust under the hood and the front bvumber damage. No heat in the rear for my kids and no radio.(they did offer to buy a new radio but no heat) But on the internet everything is there. It's one of the worst times visits I've had. I drove almost two hours for nothing.

A very pleasant experience. The salesman was friendly and attentive. There was no pressure from anyone and I was allowed ample time to try the car out.
