Quick response but the certified volt had a cracked head light and scrapes on the bottom plastic side shield . We walked away from that car and are not planning on gong all that way again.

Mark Conrad e mailed me back literally before 8 am the morning after I submitted an inquiry. Treated me and my fiancé nice. Was not able to move forward on the purchase but not for any reason on the dealerships end. Very good dealership and representative.

Salesman was very nice but when I showed up vehicle had no gas in it even though I called ahead and let them know I would be stopping in to check out the vehicle. Also tried to low ball me on my trade in value by not taking into consideration options I had on my trade in vehicle.

Professional and positive experience. I felt extremely valued as a customer. I went to see the car; it was in great condition for the price and the low mileage. Was looking for a commuter car and I bought the same night. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and courteous.

very polite sales person (alisha) .contacted me, we has a pleasant interaction . the problem was wigderson Chevrolet in parsipany new jersey was advertising a brand new 2016 with a 6 cylinder engine for about $2000,00 more . with this being used and 20% of the warranty gone a price in the low 20's would have made it worthy my while to chase it to Maryland but she noted it had been well priced. But I want to thank you for the very pleasant way it was handled

I put in a credit application with an offer of 2000 down . I was then told I needed 3500. I rejected. I was then contacted saying to come in with what I had just to be told they had just sold this that same day , But offered me one at a price for 28495. Of course the payments would be higher. My time was highly wasted. Alisha , whom I had been dealing with over the phone , had me deal with someone totally different then herself.

Giving a poor rating solely for the problems after sale. No remote key at time of sale or original key; took 6 days after purchase to have this. Then, I had to make an appointment to get remote programmed as I live more than an hour from bob bell in bel air and it costed $75.00. Low tire pressure on rear tires light came on as I am driving home from dealer. Gas tank not filled by dealer at time of purchase , caked on brake dust not cleaned on wheels after being requested by me to be cleaned. Smelled like stale smoke in the car even though car not owned by smoker; lead to believe someone at dealer smoking around the car when it was being "cleaned". The lack of attention to detail was very dissaponting to say the least.

Salesperson was professional and helpful. All paperwork was accomplished with very little effort from me. Towing package was not included on truck even though the webpage stated it had one. Dealer added towing package without charge to me in very short waiting time. They are great to do business with!
