I called Tuesday during my lunch about a used truck I seen online. A young lady on the phone put me on hold to check on the truck I called about. After a brief moment she returned and says (yes, this truck is still available). Do you want to come in and test drive it? I said I am currently working and I live 1hr away. I told her I would call her back. I needed to see if my wife was available to drive out because if this truck drives as good as it looks I am going to buy it. About a half hour later I called back and confirmed that me and my wife would drive out. I told her it would be 6pm before I could make it in. She said no problem. Ask for Pete when you come in. ...I get to the dealership after a hour drive to find out that this truck was sold Saturday. Thats right Saturday 3days before I called and she double checked that it was available. The used sales manager says they are sorry and they are going to make it right. He then drives a different truck up and says this is pretty close in miles but 1 year newer. Then leaves to have a salesman tell me this truck is 6 thousand $ more than the truck I drove for an hour to buy. I said no. He said sorry... That is how this place maid it right.... No one even tried to compensate me for the hour drive, wasted trip and gas. This is classic bait n switch. This dealership is exactly why I hate buying from dealerships. They are snakes. I suggest you take your business to anyone else.

This dealer is a scam and others need to know. I asked them if they still had the 2010 Hummer H3 alpha. I've been looking for a long time for 1. I told them I would take the vehicle for $25,900. All of a sudden he said the vehicle had been sold. He then told me that if the deal fell through that he had he would call me back. He never did. That was two weeks ago. I looked on car gurus website today. The same vehicle is still listed. You should know who you're dealing with because it is a scam.
