Sale man was pushy and rude. I test drove a car with top of motor off no a/c and the undercarriage in the back seat. I wanted to see the car after it wwas road ready the sales man was rude and Told me if I didnt write the paperwork and pay now I wont get the car nor have the car fixed and detailed. He then said we'll aince u dont want to pay cash now then the car would be put at end of line and wont get fixed them I said well I guess I will wait for it to be fixed then he said rudely well ur wasting ur time and u probably wont buy it if u have to wait for it to be fixed. Who says that to a paying cash customer!! Then I said I want my husband to see it as well we scheduled an appt for Saturday and that night he cancelled it and said ita been sold. He wasted My time and the way he treats ppl is unprofessional and unethical - He should be fired. Period!! I will never recommend any1 to this dealership! 5 thumbs down. The dealer contacted me and I set up a test drive. The truck was nice but one of the air conditioner vents wasnt working. The sales man wouldnt budge on repairing it, saying the price was already to low. In his estimation this was over a $300 repair! He also mentioned twice that their prices were so low that they sold 350 cars a month. Terrible customor service if you ask me. It appears they are all about the numbers instead of customer service!!

WORST dealer I spoke to out of at least 15 or 20. They bait and switched me on the price by over $1000. Liars and thieves. Not at all trustworthy, and tried to tell me that standard options on the car were "options" and the car had "extras" when it was all part of the package it came with... You have been warned! These guy oooze sleeze and stereotypical "used car salesman" tactics. Get a car from ANYONE else. I would have bought a car from these guys if they were not liars. I liked the car they had, but could not do business with these clowns. BEWARE.

I emailed to ask if they had the charging cord for a Ford Energi. 3 nonrelated emails later I had to ask again. They said they had the car. Aaked me to come in. I made a them a offer on the car. The next email response was that the car sold. Click bait. Shop some place else. I am sure they will have a snappy excuse.

Very disappointed!!! Went to purchase Mercedes CLA250 with money and insurance in hand, come to find out the car had a recall on steering column, causing air bag to deploy. Now would you leave the lot knowing an accident could happen at any time? Why wouldn't they fix the problem first?? Very stupid of them!!

I will not be buying another vehicle from billluke. I did purchase a truck from them but it somehow became an all day even. The sales man was obnoxious. Nd to top it all off when I took delivery I got a quarter tank of gas and was told they were not allowed to add more. I spent 30,000 on a used truck and I don’t even get a full tank of gas.

Charlotte was very helpful in getting me the out the door cost. Explained everything. Was planning on seeing it when I got a call by another employee that the car had sold. I was contacted again a few days later and told the car had not sold but as hat the shop for some work. I appreciate the communication (it was excellent) but this was a car I definitely wanted to see. By then I had already found anther and purchased. Three stars for disorganization, 5 stars for communication.

Don't waste your time playing games with these idiots! They are a very deceptive dealer! The price listed on Car Gurus is only good if you finance the car through them. I wanted to pay cash for the car but paying cash would have bumped up the price by $2,000.00 dollars. They suggested that I finance the car through them and then turn around and just pay it off to save the money. If you bring your own financing they do the same thing. I guess it's all about the financing kick backs they get.

I was somewhat impressed with the friendly service, nice salesperson, nice test drive... but when it came to the real business of purchasing a car the tables turned. The advertised price $18500 became $22500 because we were cash buyers, the car did not have options advertised, they blamed cargurus for listing thing not on the car. The final strike against this so called dealer the trade in price they quoted was insulting to anyone with the slightest automotive knowledge. BILL Luke Tempe can keep there ungentleman dishonest dealership I do not want to participate.

Dealer was responsive but when detailed pictures of the vehicle I was interested in were provided there were scrapes on exterior doors, interior carpets were dirty, and was told it came with only one key fob, I would have to purchase a send on my own for $300. Plus, to place a temporary hold on the car I would have to put up a non-refundable $1500. When I registered my concerns as an out-of-state buyer, all communication was ended.

Overall I had a very positive experience buying a used car from Bill Luke. Travis was a very helpful salesmen; even though he had only been working there for a few days, he had years of experience in the car business. He explained several things about the dealership up front that cleared up some of my initial confusion, and might be confusing for anyone. For one thing, the prices listed on the internet already include a $1000 discount for using Bill Luke's financing. You may use your own financing but then you lose the discount. Another thing is that these are already the lowest prices and according to the car I was looking for, it was in fact the best deal overall, even including using the in-house financing. They had very low fees compared to other car dealers I have bought from. It was very helpful for Travis to explain all of this up front. I like the no-haggling thing, myself. They also have a 48- hour no-fault return policy, and a 3 month/3k mile bumper to bumper warranty. The used car I purchased, a BMW i3, also had a warranty that carried over from when the car was new, and Bill Luke offers a fairly reasonable extended warranty. The Gap insurance was quite reasonable as well. I am thankful to Travis that he involved his manager on any question that he wasn't 100% sure of, instead of just telling me what I wanted to hear, and the manager was very prompt and attended to every question diligently. I only took off one star because once we agreed to buy the car, it took quite a while to complete the sale. I think if the car is 100% digital, the sale probably should be as well.

The internet sales manager was very friendly and reported to us they were having a great end of month sale and would probably get a better deal on a car we were interested in so we drove 400 miles round trip to meet with Bruce for a car that had a missing mirror so couldn't be taken home that day. Bruce reported that the car price would not go any lower and the car would go to auction a few days later so disappointed we did not buy. We saw an add 2 days later they had dropped the price of the car. Very disappointed in the process!!!

I recently had the best car buying experience I've ever had. These guys are amazing. Both Erik Strecker and Doug Moore made an all day event unfold and end in under 3 hours. I say 3 hours but it was closer to an hour and a half for the paperwork etc part. I'm talking from test drive at 1 pm to leaving the lot in my new GS 350 F-Sport a little after 4. Everyone was extremely nice and courteous, and for moment I wasn't sure what country I was in. We will need another vehicle in about 3-4 years and I know exactly where I am going to go. If you are interested in having a good time when buying your next vehicle I cannot recommend this dealer enough. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

They all were unbelievable! I have purchased many vehicles in my day. The salesmen, (even those not assisting me) made sure I was being taken care of properly and were all so very helpful! My salesman, Horea, was the best I've ever had! No pressure, explained everything, answered my questions and concerns, he is the cream of the crop! Chip in finance got me in and got me out. They represented the vehicle as accident free when clearly the vehicle had been in a major accident. The paint on the rear bumper didn't quite match the car, the panel gap on the rear hatch was a quarter of an inch larger one one side than the other, there was an obvious drip in the paint in the drivers door and the left front fender was completely misaligned. The dealer responded quickly but they had over an hour warning that we were coming to look at the vehicle but when we arrived, the vehicle was still sitting behind the service department and VERY dirty. The salesman drove the car through their wash quickly when asked because we wanted to see the paint color in the light and that is when we found all the evidence of previous damage. Overall a very disappointing experience with Bill Luke Fiat.

I was very interested in a jeep they had so I made an offer over the phone with the internet salesman he said we won't lower the price because the jeep will be going to auction and then a week later on your site the jeep was a $1000.00 less. So they did reduce it. I guess they don't want my business.

I called and made an appointment to see the Mercedes. About an hour before the appointment they called me and said the the manager had sent it to the body shop to fix some minor scratches so I couldn't see it that day, which was a Friday. The next day, Saturday, I texted and asked if it would be back the coming Tuesday for my wife and I to see. No response. On Monday, I texted again regarding a Tuesday viewing. John said he was off for a few days and would have to check with the body shop. I thought it odd that he would be off on the weekend when I would think that is their busiest time. I told him I had found another Mercedes that I was viewing Monday afternoon and I wanted to make a decision on Tuesday so I really wanted to see his. Tuesday morning I texted him and he said it was still at the shop and that he didn't know when it would be back. I informed him that I was taking my wife up to see the one I viewed on Monday. Around noon we are on our way to see the other one when we get a text from someone else at the dealership that theirs is back from the shop and John just didn't know it. Then John starts calling and said the yes it was back. By then we were not comfortable with them and bought at another dealer without ever actually seeing the Bill Luke Mercedes. I also feel that Bill Luke is playing games with pricing. If you have good credit and are using your own financing from your credit union they add $1,000 to the price. So this Mercedes says $29,000 but for me it was$30,000 because I already had my own financing and didn't want their financing.

This was a great experience. I was contacted promptly after my inquiry when I went in I was helped immediately by James Woods. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. During the test drive he made sure to explain some of the features on this car that are different. The whole purchase process took less than 2 hours from arriving to signing papers. James was great. During the test drive the car started making a beeping noise. He took it over to the Mazda service department next door to find out what it was. Ended up that the convertible top was not completely put away so it was just a warning. While he was filling up the gas tank he noticed that the gas door was bent and arranged to have a new one put on. I did have to bring the car back for that, but that visit took about 15 minutes. They also gave me a good price on my trade in. And their showroom/waiting area is very nice with popcorn, TV and even a charging station for cell phones. All in all, an excellent, no haggle experience. I highly recommend them.

The dealer contacted me right away and we talked about the vehicle I was looking for. They had several 2015 Expeditions in stock. I set up a date to meet the salesman on the following Wednesday. The day before I went there I was contacted by somebody at the dealership to tell me that the vehicle I was looking to purchase was at the Ford dealer having some repairs made and would not be available for me to see at our appointment. Well, Bill Luke Fiat is a 3 hour drive from my house so I told them I would look at another 2015 Expedition they had in stock. The salesman I met with (Andrew Trejo) was great. He should me a comparable vehicle with the equipment I wanted, for $1,000.00 less, but it had more mileage on it. I did by the vehicle and they gave me a fair trade in on my 2012 Nissan Xterra. The time it took to purchase the vehicle seemed excessively long (over 3 hours) for what it was, purchasing a used vehicle with no haggling. That was the only down side to the whole experience. I would purchase another vehicle from them again.

I was deeply disappointed with this car dealer. After traveling 40 miles to their dealership and after confirming my appointment to see a specific van 15 minutes before I was to arrive, I was told the van "was just sold." They then tried to show me other cars. This was a classic bait and switch experience. And to top it off, I called the manager to complain and she was nothing but rude to me. Never, never again. Stay away from this dealership.

The sales person was friendly and patient. The facility was clean and comfortable. Loved the finance representative. I liked that the prices were no haggle and there was no pressure to buy or upsell.

This was by far the best car buying experience I've had in the 53 years I've been driving. The salesman John McCready was great, no pressure at all. Sales manager Steve Sprute went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied. Rick in the finance dept. was also a great guy that explained everything to me. We purchased the car for a great price and drove it home in about 1 1/2 hrs. after starting the paperwork. I would recommend Bill Luke Fiat if you want a good and fair deal with honest people.

Very unprofessional. Made appt to sign paperwork for a vehicle and they sold it out of under me. Even after they ran my credit report which was great. Non negotiable, never got strait answers. Beat around the bush on any questions I had.

The Internet manager contacted me promptly and provided all of the information he had on the vehicle. I made an appointment to come in on the following Wednesday, but found myself close to the location and time available on Monday. I located the car on the lot and was approached by John McReady, sales guy. I told him I had called about a car in the Internet and he took me inside to find Adam, the manager that had contacted me previously. Adam was not in on Monday so John pulled the car up and I took it for a test drive. It was exactly what j wanted and the price was excellent. John was a helpful, entertaining and nothing less then a gentleman throughout my car buying experience. The finance guy Josh was fantastic. He looked at my credit report and noticed I had a relationship with a credit union. He asked that I give him about 15 minutes. When my husband,and I entered his office, he had the deal all set up with the credit union at a fantastic rate. My car buying experience was hassle free and I enjoyed it. I don't think i can say that about anywhere else I have purchased a car in the past. What you see, is what you get at Bill Luke...check 'em out, I'm glad I did.
