My overall experience at Berman Infiniti was great!! They contacted my right away and got me in the same day to test drive the car. The car was listed at 17,900 but the dealer said that was an error and it was actually 18,000 but they still gave me the hundred dollars off as was listed on CarGurus!! Everyone there was very helpful and a great group of people to work with!! I definitely recommend buying from Berman Infiniti!!

The internet sales person was a nice person, but as the deal was going through and the credit hit was made I was informed the car was sold to someone else. I would think if a car is sold over the internet all checks would be done to make sure the vehicle is available. I called to check on the status of another vehicle, that vehicle is unavailable. The dealer did not provide any other options after the second call.

I was in contact with two of their online sales people regarding a specific car. A few days later I requested they verify it was still in stock as I would be making an hour drive in. Not sure I was actually talking to a person or an automated message but I was informed the vehicle was still there. I then made several attempts to contact the two sales people throughout the morning to request the vehicle be placed indoors as it was raining out, with no answer via phone. Assuming the email was sufficient confirmation I made the drive and when I pulled inside their lot I drove around to look for the car. After not seeing it I called again and left a VM stating I was there. A minute later the online rep calls back and asks me to come inside. I sat down with a salesman and given the bad news that the car was sold minutes prior to me walking in. A car was sold on a rainy Monday morning. The salesman was clearly embarrassed and tried to show me other cars in their inventory. I left angry.

The price they advertise is not the actual price. Went in thinking that I would only have to worry about doc fees and taxes additionally but they also have a reconditioning fee that made the $8500 sticker price jump up to $10000. They’re slimy because when they did the trade in for the car they would take off that much to get it fixed. I would not recommend buying used cars from them.

Dealer contacted quickly however I scheduled a test drive and was called the morning of with a cancellation because they claimed to had allowed the previous owner the loaner use of the vehicle while they made repairs to his newly purchased vehicle from them. I was told they would contact me back when his repair work was done and the vehicle was back however the vehicle has been removed from your site (obviously sold). I feel like I was lied to and for me that’s a quick turn off from being interested in purchasing anything from them. To have a for sure sell and then let the vehicle go out as a loaner is in my opinion bad for new business.

Dealer indicated car was in great shape upon arrival and walk through review of my own discovered several problems with the car overall condition was poor. There's an additional $1250 "recon" fee on all deals. This allows the dealer to advert a low price for the "looks" . They did disclose when I called.

The salesman was great and worked with us to get the payment we wanted. After purchasing the Jeep, we found the removable tops where all scratched up. I was not happy about this and reported it to the salesman. They are working to get the tops repaired, Even after buying the Jeep they are still standing by what they sell. A great place to buy a car.

The dealer lied to me about the reason the car was back on their lot after only 3 months. The CarFax revealed the car had been sold by the dealer just 3 months prior. I was told the previous owner couldn't afford the vehicle. But, the dealer had forgotten the previous owner's paperwork in the glove compartment, which included the previous owner's telephone number. After a quick call to the previous, short-term owner, I found that the vehicle experienced electrical problems and the buyer actually traded up because the dealer wouldn't refund his money. The dealer chose to lie directly to me about this car but wasn't smart enough to remove evidence of their deception. Poor practices that are unacceptable. Obviously more concerned with their bottom line than client satisfaction.

You never know how good a dealer is until you have a problem. About 2 years ago I bought a CPO M37. It is the best car I have ever owned. I am from TX but my company is in Chicago land so going to Berman's was not a problem for me. After about a year I discovered that I had an issue with the car, not your normal mechanical issue a very complicated situation. Although it took some time Berman's worked with me and Infiniti to come to a resolution that worked for everyone. Berman's didn't have to do anything but they did even though I live more than 1,000 miles away. I recommend Berman's to all my Chicago land co-workers.

After driving 80 miles, I found out that the dealer wanted to add on $1,200 for a maintenance/preparation fee, which they said was not listed on CarGurus, because of the CarGurus policy of not allowing it in their advertisement. I was very disappointed and did not buy the car that I planned to buy.

Before I begin, Michael was very helpful, respectful, and patient with us. He's a good man and a good salesman, though I wish I could say the same for the business. We came from over an hour away only to find that there was $1,250 charge ON TOP of the sticker price (which was NOT advertised on CarGurus, and was not mentioned ANYWHERE in the description in any way shape or form). The sales manager pointed out that it was written in a tiny font, at the very bottom of the dealer home page, and embedded in a large paragraph full of copyright statements. This was absolutely unacceptable, to have a charge of over $1,200, just for it being a used car, and having it "in the fine print." That's dirty business.

Just bought a car here. After the deal was already done, they let me know there was only one standard key and would not give me two normal keys. Disappointing to buy a car and then find that out. Its a small thing but I would have expected more from a reputable dealer.

If i could put 0 star i would Found truck priced at 20999 on this site called dealer to check if truck was still at dealer they said it was but price was 26999. I told them it was 20999 on this site and that I wanted to buy it for that price and they told me it had never been priced that way and they would not sell for that. The next day I was called again buy sales man I told him I was not interested unless they would sell for 20999 that I had found it for this sales man said he could see where it had been advertised for that but they marked it up because they where lower than everyone else. I told him if it was priced at 20999 once than it could be again and I would buy it for that. The sales man refused and handed me off to someone else who told me he did not mean for it to de priced that low. Later that night I contacted manager told him about experience and told him I was going to write this review unless he did something to make right. He told me he did not feel he had done anything wrong and try to tell me I must of mistaken his truck for different one.

They have a $999 fee that they add on to the price of the car that is not obvious on the carguru site. This is to make their asking price look more attractive, but as other people on noted in previous posts it just makes the prospective buyer irritated. Other than that I am satisfied with my purchase of the 2013 Infinity G 37.

Yes. The Dealership was GREAT!! Mary in I.T. followed up very quickly A.S.A.P. when I requested more info, right along with the salesman Gregg. Very pleasant family atmosphere. Willing to go out of there way to please you any way they can. I highly refer this dealership and why I gave them 5 stars. It was a okay experience, i ended up not buying from them but the test drive was great the guy that attended us was super friendly but when it can down to business they they would not negotiate considering the fact that we drove two hour to see a car that wasnt there even tho over the phone i was told different. Another thing that was disappointing/unprofessional was that the finance director talked negatively about other Berman dealerships as an attempt to persuade us to buy from them but overall it was a learning experience.

This dealer lie to me. They put this car there for sale for $11 thousand it was a Nissan Altima2016 but when I got there they said that car is sold. They use this car to make me drive to the dealer and then they try to sale me a different car with more miles on it and more money. That's why this dealer sucks. Imagine this car still for sale on cargurus.

DON'T DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!Called dealership and lady sales representative told me car was available .I told her I live 100 miles away to make sure it was available . Called while on my way and states there is a $1275 charge for used car interior warranty including oil change and car wash for 4 yrs and I was willing to negotiate still. I was pretty close to the dealership and called again and said car was sold but have another with 6 thousand more miles for same price and agreed to see it and manager called me stating to get car ready for viewing and when I got there another manager told me car was not in dealership and has same car different color even more mileage and was 2000$ more and can't give it to me for the same price . Manager did not apologize and asked what I drive and told him it was an Infiniti.I spoke with another manager and told him about the incident and like this is no big deal.Shame .

Advertised 2016 qx60 as having the premium package. I asked them to send me pictures and I could see that rear bumper didn't have the stainless guard that comes with the premium package. I questioned it and they said Oh yeah, it doesnt have the premium package. That saved me a long drive for nothing.

The list prices were good. The used cars were in nice shape. They were responsive to my request for information on the vehicle we saw online. They called within 10 minutes of me putting the request in. Once we got there, we picked the car and sat down to talk pricing. On the deal sheet, they tried to add a bunch of fees and get us to finance through them even though we already told them we had financing through the credit union. They had a $995 fee for reconditioning, ok fine. Doc Fee was $449.50. Then they tried to charge us 22% sales tax AND $885 in "government fees". After threatening to walk several times, they finally got the sales tax down to the legal amount of 7% for Indiana. They lowered the doc fee to $149.50, but would not remove the government fees. I've talked to other dealers since then and they have never heard of "government fees" I would come with cash or don't come at all and watch for unnecessary fees. It's sad because they will never get my business again. They could have earned it for life if they had just been more honest and transparent. Sorry guys. You blew it!

found a car on their website for $11,999 however that turned out to be a cash price only and that the car was an additional $3,000 more for financing it. No where on their website states this and no one at the dealership ever told us. We discovered it after we sat down to sign the papers. After several conversations they finally gave us the car for what it was advertised for. Be careful when buying from this dealer that you are getting the car for what you thought it was.

This dealership lists all vehicles almost $1000 under its actual price just to get you to inquire. Then, unlike any other dealership, you are expected to pay the listing price (non negotiable) plus a $995 "reconditioning fee" before tax, title, licensing. There's no getting around this, on any of their vehicles. They also had salespeople trying to play on you with words "the price of the car is 22k, but if you put 3k down, I'll give it to you for 19k" This is worded to make you think they are discounting the car, but in reality they are financing 22k & only try this to get you to increase your down payment and get past negotiating--to try to get you to think that they gave you the car for the price you want, but in reality you'll only have paid more on a more expensive vehicle. Don't deal with these people. Oh, and the way they read the carfax to you isn't exactly what it looks like on paper, so have them forward the full fax to you rather than take their word for it over the phone. Cheers

over all experience was good but their Attention to detail left me disappointed .I test drove and purchased a 2015 Altima and before the test drive i noticed the drivers rear tire was almost flat so i told the Salesman that before i purchase this car u need to make sure the tire doesn't have a leak as this will be my wife's car and i do not want her to have any problems.The day i signed the deal i asked that tire get checked out salesman said "sure it was just low on air your ready to go?. then of course three days into owning the car my wife said rear tire is low checked the pressure and it was low must be a small leak or something. I have not contacted them yet but its disappointing having to to waste my time to get it fixed when it should of been done the first time.I went back a week later and they fixed tire in 30 min and i was on my way .Nice recovery

The only thing which disappointed me was that they expect purchasers to pay for cleaning and detailing etc a car they are selling, which they bought from someone else. It's an add in to the price listed. I want an out the door price. It's not helpful to have s site listing what others paid if, in the end, you add a thousand or more to that price, not counting tax title etc. its the dealer prep and some other add on. If I sell a product do I charge the buyer for making the product presentable to the buyer? No. When you own something, it's problems are your problems. I gave the seller a good rating because he spent time reviewing other cars I had researched prior to purchase. I purchased the car because 1) I liked it, 2) It was a fair value, 3) They were willing to negotiate half of the add on costs down. I did explain my view about resenting to have to pay for their problem. If they had not reduced that cost by half or more I would not have bought it, no matter how much I liked it. I almost did not buy it. It was quite iffy. They do give you a pretty key holder. There was some difficulty finding the second key, but they did.

They had it listed "like new". It had rust on the body. A rust hole in the exhaust I could put my fist in. It was listed as a longhorn but was not. Sales Representative lied about not knowing where the vehicle was from. It was a Canadian truck. When I offered them a a reasonable price ( first offer 7and the second offer 3 thousand under asking)since I had to fix the exhaust, brakes, rust issues and tires they wouldn't come back with a counter offer. They said this is a good price. We give the best price and wont go down any. So needless to say it was a wasted 5 hour trip.

They advertised the car as a premium model. We found out after we bought it that is was a base. So buyer beware We drove 4 hours to get to the dealer But even though it was a great price. They were very nice to us Mary did a great job very honest and concerned about the customer. That convinced me to put a deposit on the car right away Greg the Salesman was nice and so was sales manager Financial guy interrupted our sales guy upset about keys. It was very uncomfortable for us. Sales manager yelled at the financial guy in the middle of finalizing the deal. As a result we did not have time to get the extended warrantee and had to do do it at a dealer closer to home. They had a great buffet at the dealer which was nice I just felt really bad that they advertised it as a premium and it wasn't.

Terrible experience. I contacted the dealership on 7-19-16 and actually spoke with the owner Charles. I explained that I was very interested in a BMW they had for sale but that I could not get down to the dealership for a couple of days and asked Charles if I could put money down on the car to hold it. Charles said that putting money down was not necessary and that they will hold the car and take the listing off of the internet. On the next day I spoke with Greg of the dealership as I had more questions. At this time Greg tells me that they are in the middle of doing a deal for the car that was supposedly on hold for me. I explained that I spoke with the owner yesterday and that he promised to hold car for me. Greg then tells me this: You would have needed to put money down on the car!! I explained that I was the one who offered to put money down but Charles said it was not necessary. Greg apologized and suggested I keep searching the internet for another BMW. Thanks for nothing!!!!

The car was not great, manager was loud and used foul language. Not a good experience at all !!

Very fast communication from this dealership. Although I did not purchase the car I was looking at due to a sale prior to me calling back, they kept in contact and presented other choices. If I find another vehicle on their site I would have no second thought of calling them. The communication included a sales person and a manager.

I bought the car they listed on this site! They responded quickly, we're courteous, and gave me a great deal for my trade in. I brought my new car home and noticed a flaw in the body of the car that I hadent seen at purchase. They were quick to resolve the issue. I would recommend this dealer to others.
