I was contacted in a timely manner, but my sales guy Daniel was not the nicest person to deal with...I have a 2016 Chevy Tahoe with leather seats and only 10,500 miles that I was looking to trade in and the most he could give me was 33,000...I called and shopped around at other dealerships and they are giving me 35,500-36,000 on my Tahoe and he insisted that my Tahoe was valued at 33k...I spoke with my bank and they told me the retail on my Tahoe was 41k and that I should take no less then 36k on a dealer trade...I contacted him back about a week ago on a different vehicle and wanted to give them another opportunity to earn my business and he never responded back to me on a vehicle that I inquired about

My sakesman responded to us on a Sunday which was awesome since they are closed in Sundays. Honestly, I appreciated it even more because we found out where the Land Rover was located and went to see it on the lot that night and moved on it to purchase it on Monday. My salesnan did an Awesome job every step of the way while going through the process of buying this vehicle. We truly appreciated all his help!!! Thank you so much BMW for the Awesome salesman.

On Wednesday morning, I drove from Austin, Texas with full intentions to buy the Honda Accord EX-L 2015. I am really disappointed in the staff especially Pedro and Todd. While we were trying to negotiate the price, they seemed frustrated and showed anger and didn’t take the necessary steps to make the deal happen. Dealerships are suppose to make deals happen! The day before I stopped by at the dealer ship, the price of the car was listed at $17,900, so I made the offer of $16,500 but neither Pedro or Todd were willing to work with the price or took the necessary steps to at least talk to their manager. Following early morning, I got an update on the price which had been reduced to $16,900? So right away, I emailed Todd saying i was interested in the car. I had an early morning meeting for work so I couldn’t call but when I got out of the meeting, I called right away to Pedro, he laughed at said, "I am actually selling the car to someone else for $16,500” like he had some sort of a grudge against me. I could have bought that car if they went out of the there way to contact their manager regarding the offer but they didn’t do that. I am really disappointed in their service. Don't go to this place! Negotiation and Making deals is not what they do. But I didn't let them ruin my day, I stopped at Culebra meat market and had the best breakfast tacos.

The price was 1,000 less about two weeks ago. Spoke with one dealer on the phone and gave me to another salesman once I arrived. The car was listed as no accident but had been in an accident before. There was a paint chip on the door the salesman stated he could use a paint marker to cover up.

I sent a verifiable 14 contacts to them before I got a reply. I am from out of state so it's not like I can just pop by and see the car. They want to talk which is not uncommon with salesmen, but since I am from out of state I want everything in writing, so I don't fly out to pick up the car with any miscommunication. They have been a struggle to deal with. 14 contacts was a struggle. I offered them the price they had advertised, offered to send them a deposit, booked a flight and hotel room UNDER THE CONDITION all was in writing and no surprises. They have made it clear that they don't like out of state sales and they don't like putting things in writing. I am about to give up because it's been too much work.

The salesman that we dealt with was not very helpful and borderline rude. The car was dirty (it was on it's way to make ready though) & had a big cracks in the windshield but he simply stated they wouldn't fix it bcz it was "as is."

While I was there heard a sales associate describe a customer as having no money and a waste of time but atleast the baby was cute. Couldnt belive we heard this about another custoner. Upon negotiation over price the salesman returnes and states the car had issue's. We left thinking ok that wasnt the car for us. Upon checking updates on cargurus noticed they had raised the price. Other reviews has them doing the same practice to Houston flood victims. Dont ever buy from this dealer and please share on social media.

Dealer was very responsive. Went in to see a highlander and they explained the value direct program... These are not inspected thoroughly, not quite good enough to sell at a high-end dealer, no negotiating the price, etc. The highlander was already sold at auction when I arrived. The salesman was nice and I test drove several cars. None of them interested me :( I wouldn't go back unless I was ready to move into a luxury vehicle that they give you their undivided attention on.

I had done a lot of research on the car I wanted prior to going to the dealership. When I got there the saleslady spent all her time convincing me what a bad car I had chosen and tried to sell me something out of my price range. She really made me feel like a charity case and made the whole thing much more stressful.

After I initially inquired about a vehicle, this dealer raised the price $1,000 over night. I had explained to them that I was a victim of Hurricane Harvey in Houston and that I needed to replace my car I had lost. When I called to ask why the price was raised they proceeded to tell me that it was because they believe they can sell their vehicles at a higher price due to the amount of people in Houston impacted by the hurricane increasing the demand of vehicles. Instead of helping people out in a time of need, they decided to take advantage of people in a time of need. I would never deal with this dealership again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

Our experience at BMW of San Antonio was friendly, professional and fair. We had been through several dealerships that had left us very defensive. The pressure tactics were beyond offensive. It was an absolute joy to have meet the members of BMW that sealed out deal. I will recommend them to everyone!

On three different occasions, one salesperson failed to return my phone calls. When I finally connected with him twice, he did not provide the information I asked. I felt that this salesperson could care less if I bought the car. He fits the stereotype of a "used car" salesperson.

I received a computer generated email from the dealership asking if I had any questions. I responded back and said I just need to know if this vehicle is still available at their dealership in San Antonio and if $12,000 was the correct asking price. Never heard back from them.

I went to see the vehicle and found that the dealer wouldn't be performing an inspection, which was fine. I told them I wanted to bring a friend who could inspect it for me. The salesman, Daniel, was very friendly before then. Once he knew I wasn't going to buy the vehicle right then, he became very short and a little rude. I tried to overlook his sudden change, but when I contacted him later to let him know I had not been able to reach my friend yet, he let me know the car had sold. I responded letting him know that was the chance I was willing to take for my daughter's safety, but would still be looking. I never heard back from him again. I don't appreciate high pressure salesman. My father owned a dealership for many years and I am well aware of the pressure tactics. I would think that a dealership that specializes in high dollar sales and luxury vehicles would have a little more class. I likely would have returned took at other cars, but not after this.

Travis contacted me and everything went extremely extremely smooth with him and the finance company. I definitely recommend this dealership, travis as well as the rest of the staff were amazing. Contacted thus dealer twice about some used vehicles. They replied super fast. Actually went to look at one of the cars. Just did not buy as was not what I was looking for, but still nice cars..... This dealer went out of thier way to show thier cars. I was very impressed with thus service and I did not even buy the car. I was never presumed and treated . respectfully. I definitely recommend anyone give this dealership a look if buying new or used. I bet you'll buy if they have a car you like. Salesman I encountered was named Coach..nice gentleman!

Test drove on a Monday. Asked to run numbers over the phone, and was my understanding we had a deal. Then radio silence. Then found out the next day the car was sold the previous night by someone who already started the process on the previous Saturday. Huge waste of time

The dealer I worked with was friendly but when I tried to offer them a little less for their $40,000 overpriced vehicle, they turned me away and pretty much said what you see is what you pay. If the vehicle wasn't overpriced I could understand but the same vehicle different color is available for $5k less. Not a terrible expirence but definitely not a 5 star.

Spoke to a sales rep on the phone, I was inquiring about the car, he kept asking me "okay so you are going to come in and buy this car today?" No my husband needs to look at it as well "okay so once he looks at it you are are going to buy this car today?" I told him he was rude and unprofessional and his sales pressure was over the top and I wouldn't be working with the dealership. Really sad since I wanted the car! Get it together BMW of San Antonio!

This was the first out of three s5(s) I looked at in the area. Someone approached me right away when i arrived. I have to say the level of service and care my sales advisor and manager gave me was excellent. I didn't feel pressured or rushed . It definitely gave me confidence in my purchase with them. The finance advisor made me feel even more comfortable with my purchase. I received a follow up call from my sales advisor after my purchase. I would recommend to family and friends.

I was [still am] interested in the 2013 Maserati GranTurismo - as advertised it has hail damage but agent would not take photos and send to me. I had explained that i was over 700 miles away and rather than making a wasted trip realistic photos would have helped my decision to inspect or not. He did not even respond. If BMW of San Antonio wants to sell a car they should at least accommodate a potential customers wishes - at the very least respond. Extremely disappointing!

Really good experience, the best service I have seen since I moved to San Antonio. Gerardo De La Garza was the name of the sales person, he was very courteous and polite. Everyone helped me and were very professionals. Due to credit issues I was not able to get a car, but as soon as I fix that I will return to the same dealer. What I like the most in this dealer over others I been to is that they helped as much as they could to get me into a car. Their service was not based on my credit score. Thank you all at BMW of San Antonio!! See you again someday

Dear BMW of San Antonio, I am replying to this email for one reason, someone needs to know what's going on there and how I was treated and the lost sale of 2 vehicles for you! I emailed my interest to you about the black Toyota FJ Cruiser you have for sale. I wrote that I have cash money and I was very interested in the vehicle. When I finally got a return phone call I again explained that I had cash to pay for the vehicle and that I was headed to San Antonio on business and would be in to your dealership. I was told that the vehicle was creating "a lot of activity" and that it was being shown to someone else that might like it. Really??!! I have cash and I'm on the way! Is that how you really treat your customers? Needless to say I moved on. Now, today, I get an email telling me the vehicle is still available if I was interested. Really??!! Let me tell you what you missed. I paid cash for an identical vehicle in Dallas and while we were there my wife bought a vehicle too! So because of your callous attitude you missed out on the sale of 2 vehicles.

I called to ask if the vehicle was still available, they said "yes". So I drove to the dealership and asked to see the vehicle. Well we looked for the truck for about 15-20 minutes and when we did find it, it had a flat so I wasn't able to test drive it. I received a call on friday to let me know that the tire was repaired. I told the salesman that I will leave work early to test drive the truck. I came home to shower and received a call from the salesman and he mentioned to me that the truck disappeared but he soon found out that the "check engine light" came on so they decided to take the truck to a Chrysler dealership to diagnose the problem, which was a good decision on their part but I left work early for no reason.

Awful. Car was misrepresented in ad and salesman acted as if he had no idea but I am sure he did. History of car was listed as known in ad, but dealer denied this in person. Outside pictures were not shown because "they hadn't had time" but inside pictures were posted. Outside of car condition was awful, that is why no pics (imo). Car was listed as having passed 140 point inspection when in fact the inspection hadn't been done.

I purchased this vehicle from Houston over the phone and online. BMW San Antonio FedEx'd the documents and I drove down a few days later. The answered all my questions and took extra photos. They inspected the vehicle and even replaced the windshield at my request, all before I got there. This is modern day online car buying.

This dealership was even more than I had expected! The salesman we worked with, Josh Green, was very polite and informative and we got a GREAT deal on a used BMW X1 . The environment in the dealership was excellent, very clean and had complementary snacks and drinks. I would definitely recommend BMW of San Antonio!

They responded quickly. Only problem was the car was listed as a platinum and it was a base R design not what I was looking for. They were great to deal with.

Dealer made an appointment with me to test drive the car. The salesperson was aware I would be driving 98 miles to see the car. When I was only 15 minutes away the salesperson called me to tell me the car was sold. What a waste of my time and gas!

I actually purchased another vehicle from there. Car was in superb condition for a great deal. Pretty much sold itself. Dealer was there to shake hands and point to the finance dept. First car I've ever bought. He did give me a bottle of wine, thanks for that.

When I tried to make an appointment I was told they close at 7 so they make last appointments at 6. I thought that showed lack of interest in wanting to sell cars. I then went with a check literally in my hand to buy a car and they would not budge on they price. The combination of these 2 experiences tells me that this dealership makes so much money that they can turn away business. If you are willing to work on their terms and only their terms, I highly recommend them to you.

I bet they treat you well if you are ready to spend $60k +. If not don't waste your time because they will waste yours. You will wait around a lot while they help other customers. They might as well stop selling preowned vehicles. They sure act like they don't want to.

BMW of San Antonio sales staff were all very helpful before the sale....but after the sale is a different story, I've called and left messages four different times with the salesperson and with the finance person I dealt with and no one has called me back to answer my questions.

the salesman that took me for a test drive didn't really care if he sold me the car or not . I then bought a another Porche Cayenne in Dallas Tx. BNW used car dealer should only have sales people who really want and need to be there.

Great service from Josh Green who literally went to Houston himself to make sure the deal was finalized. It was a strange deal because my brother and I had my mom's car to trade in, which required Josh to get a signature in person from her. He not only came in on his day off to meet me, poor guy then was required by his boss to drive to Houston for the signature. Through out the whole time (only 3 hours start to finish and that includes the time they spent figuring out how to take a car from someone other than the titled owner), we were treated with respect and friendliness. Beforehand I joked with my brother about testing whether the BMW Experience extended to used car buyers. Turns out, it's no joke! Go get Experienced with Josh Green at BMW of San Antonio. You can thank me later.

They tried to sell this vehicle as an F Sport, even though it did not have the F Sport grill, the F Sport steering wheel, or the F Sport pedals. Even the VIN showed that it was not an F Sport, but, since someone slapped an F Sport badge on the side, they marketed it as such. I called Josh, who admitted it wasn't an F Sport and updated the listing, but then I called Sergio who stated adamantly time and time again that it was actually an F Sport. I realize they aren't experts in Lexus vehicles, but at least be honest about what you're selling.

Sales person not familiar with inventory. Continued to contact me about a vehicle that had been sold. Made no attempt to help me locate a similar vehicle. I contacted a different dealership and was pleased with the service.
