I had a very young salesman. Cesar Gutierrez , he was knowledgable and very professional. I felt comfortable purchasing from him. My grandson loved the truck. It was a truck that he wanted an S 10. so he was happy. Hopefully it will last him a while.

The e-mail I sent the Dealer after my visit: Well they didn’t have the truck I was dealing for. They said GM hasn’t released it yet. They showed me another truck that was dented and smoked in with twice the miles. Then showed me a very nice truck just about what the original truck was like, ok but oh this one is $53,000? That’s called bate and switch! Now if you can get me the truck you and I were Dealing on and it gets released, please call me and deal straight up with me on it! Helpful. Thought the price should’ve been negotiable but they have no haggle pricing. I looked up the KBB for this vehicle and it said 11,500-14,000. They had it priced towards the higher end of that scale and with all the scratch marks on the paint and some noticeable scratches/marks on the inside I thought the price should’ve been closer to the $11000 price point. Of course they lowballed me on my trade in, but I feel like any car dealership is going to do that. As we were trying to come to a deal I got an email saying they had sold the Jeep I was interested in. Overall they were friendly and helpful though.

The salesman did his job, but my husband of accused of taking the down payment that one hour earlier we have gave the financial guy. Then gave us the wrong temporary tags for the vehicle and it took two weeks the gives us the paperwork for the purchase. So, I will not recommend or return to this dealership.

The dealers sort of pressured me into making a sale when I told them I was just looking, but was interested in a car they had, they tried to get me to buy that same day & I just kept saying I’d have to think about it and review my other options & I’d come back after the weekend, since the car I looked at was dirty and full of dog hairs anyway since they hadn’t detailed it yet, but was definitely going to purchase. They seemed annoyed and the manager said they’d contact me as soon as the car was ready for me to take another look at and make a decision, but they never contacted me. I would’ve definitely got that car if they had taken the effort to reach out and if they didn’t seem so pushy & annoyed when I just kept saying I was looking.

Working with the dealer was overall a good experience. Salesman was pleasant but lacked knowledge on vehicle being sold. Vehicle ended up having a couple of items that didn't work and could have been identified if salesman was more knowledgeable on the vehicle he is selling. The selling process takes a lot of time but I haven't been to a dealership that this isn't the case. We would buy from this dealer again.

AutoNation North deliverd a terrible experience. This 2017 Wrx has been in an accident that is not reported to CARFAX. The passenger side rear door has a bunch of bondo and a terrible paint job that is bubbled and orange peel. The whole car was covered in over spray from the “repair” that was done. I was told there was slight “fish eye” on the rear quarter panel from the factory paint job. This was not the case. Buyer beware

they quoted me $6395.00 which I felt included the service fee as was shown in their literature, which said,"Dealer delivery and handling fee of $599 included in quoted price." The fee was added after the Quoted price. We did buy the car. I started checking it out after we got home and found out the cruise control didn't work. All the tires were under inflated, windshield had an impact chip in the line of sight, the power steering fluid was below min. They should have serviced the car before delivery.

I flew from KC to Denver to pick up the car after they assured me there was nothing wrong. When I got there, they asked me to sign a hail damage waiver--even though the car was not on the lot during the storm. The back window was broken and the top was replaced (not from a hail storm)--this only came out when my wife found a piece of glass. They had not reported the repair via VIN # and so it didn't show on the Carfax--and they asked me to sign saying I had the latest Carfax report. (They have since reported, but only after I brought up the issue). I ended up working with different people, 3 sales managers and there were issues with their check guarantee service not working with my bank---and before I flew there, I let them know I was writing a personal check. Very shady experience, with multiple sales people, not sharing complete information and no follow up from the General Manager. He reached out, asked for feedback--I shared my story and I gave him seven days to say at least something before I shared my review. I wanted to give them a chance to help me understand why my experience felt so unprofessional. Based on my one experience and what felt like hiding the top replacement of the car and signing 'material damage' paperwork--I cannot recommend this dealership. The General Manager, Nathan, seemed interested in my experience--even if he couldn't earn my business-- but that must have been an auto generated response as he has not reached out in a week--nor did the original sales people after we left. I've purchased about 30 cars in my life--this AutoNation experience was the worst, most dishonest experience I've ever had. I'm out two plane tickets, a night in a hotel and a wasted weekend that was supposed to be a fun experience picking up a great car. Very Disappointed.

My first visit to the dealership was checking out several cars - I drove 4 with the salesman. He was very accommodating. There was a vehicle that fit my parameters at another dealership about 10 miles away. The salesmans' manager made an appointment, we drove there and that dealership wouldn't let us see the car...so we drove back and by this time it was very late. I was very very upset that I took the time that ended up being a big "too bad for you" from one dealership to another - I went home. I came back the next week and looked a few more cars with the salesman. There was one that was priced a bit high, 2010 Acadia, and we finally negotiated a price and I purchased it with a few after-sales conditions...the headlights to be cleared or replaced (they are very foggy), the windshield to be repaired so the crack and divots were not interfering with the view (or replaced), the engine to not pull as it idled plus a few other minor items. All but the first two are completed - nearly a month later and I've had the windshield repaired but not to my satisfaction and no contact on the headlights. Additionally, I told the salesman AND the two finance people I worked with (yes, I had to come back to complete finance because they misspelled my name and address) that I would be using MY credit union (giving them their name) for financing but that I would let the car dealership see if they could find a better rate. INSTEAD they sent my loan off to MY credit union....because of that I lost 2% off my finance rate, costing me +600.00 in finance fees! I'm not happy and would return the car if I could....Once the salesman let go of getting the sale, I've received a few emails but all without any resolution (other than the scheduling the windshield). There should be some Quality team in place to make sure follow up is complete. I will continue to get the items repaired that were promised in the paperwork during the purchase.

Jesse was our sales person. He did a great job of making sure everything was fine and how we wanted it. Very respectful of our time and the drive we had (3 hrs), super cool with our family, and followed up a few days later with a phone call. He filled up the car for us before we left, which seems like a given but this is the first time in the last 3 cars I've purchased that a dealership has done this! Thank you, Jesse!

I could be a used car salesman!!! I purchased the vehicle from Automation North but I recommend that you do your homework and get a preapproval loan documents prior to car shopping with these folks aren't verry knowledgeable about there products and will push high interest loans at you even if you have good credit, just know that going in and you will be good to go! Very good dealership. I spent alot of time driving the vehicle and they even had a small off road area to drive it. The vehicle was fully loaded and honored the price they listed for it which was lower than the price currently shown. But i decided it was still too expensive and i did not need all the luxury stuff. The color of exterior and interior were not my first choice.

Salesman Alec Brobston was with us from first contact to final sale. he and his dealership worked very hard to place my wife and I into the car we wanted. I wished the pricing was better but I understand we all have to make a living. Great Job by all.

Unethical, and Dishonest. Negotiated a deal for a car that was already sold. Didn't have the decency to call me to cancel the appointment for inspection and final paper signing. Salesperson sets up an appointment and doesn't even show up, I left him a message and an email....no response again. I look at online reviews and this is very common for their sales and service department. Go slam you fingers in a door, it will be less painful than dealing with this circus of clowns!

The internet manager there called me to let me know the Jeep I wanted was there and he sent me pictures. When I drove all the way out there he went to look for keys and discovered they didn't actually have the car. It only takes a little due diligence to make sure you have a car before having a customer come all the way out there.

They Called me in the moring on Monday told me to come down to look at a car I wanted, so I drove down there and they tell me they sold the car on Saturday...I asked them why did you guys call me this morning and say that you had the car, The dealer looked at me like I was stupid, and I showed him the voice mail I got early that moring from a MANGER, after that they told me there was a different one at a different location, they wouldn't tell me where this car was, the dealer wanted to talk numbers before I even saw this random car they "said they had" over all this place is a joke they might have some decent cars but horrible sales people they only care about making a deal...I usually don't complain but I feel like the public should be aware of this dealership

We loved everything about our experience there except the length of time it took to get the paperwork ready to be signed once we agreed to buy the car. Over an hour and a half by the time it was all said and done. But very friendly folks! Would use them again.

Not a good experience. Was told the car 10/31 was no longer available. Car was still on the Internet (car gurus) and in the Auto Guide as of11/7. As of 11/13 the was still on the Internet and in the Auto Guide. I call again and was told the car was sold. I still do not know if the car was for real. Will not buy any car from Auto Nation. One star.

Purchased vehicle unseen. Trusted salesman to provide all photos of damage. He did not. Bumper damage front and rear. Seats repaired and dyed. Fender scratches. Bead mat severe damage. Nail in left rear tire shoulder- needed tire replaced, Rear sensor damage, all could have been shown in photos. Would not trust dealer to buy unless in person. Then take to a reliable shop for inspection. If had not wired money, paid for flights to dealer, would not have purchased vehicle. Have 3 day return but live in different state. Had to take vehicle to body shop to fix all.

No one "noticed" spots on the headliner that came from the factory. I did. It looked like a can of coke exploded on it. I said i will not take delivery with the spots on it. They said the detail guys will clean it. I needed a week to get my monies in order. A week later They wanted me to take delivery and then bring it back instead of ordering the headliner and getting it installed for me prior to delivery. They had 5 biz days to get things in order but tried to pass it off instead. Nope. I'd rather wait than buy what is essentially a factory recall on my particular vehicle. $55k deal and they can't treat me for a second like I matter, get things right etc. typical dealers lack of respect for their customers. Hence the name "Stealerships"!

I recently started looking at SUV's to replace my current vehicle involved in an accident. I requested information on a vehicle from AutoNation and received a quick turnaround response from their rep - Brooke. Brooke has been great.. She answered all my questions and provided all information on vehicles I was looking at. Brooke has not been pushy, or in my face about buying... I explained my situation and when I was looking to purchase another vehicle. Brooke has followed up by providing pricing information for vehicles, info on shipping etc.. OVer the coming weeks I expect to deal with Brooke regarding the purchase of my next car. Great experience so far. Thanks Brooke 5 Stars
