This van and one other had carfax on them, the Nissan had 1 owner, price was firm on both, I drove 140 miles to look at them, just to get told they neither one run, and the Nissan one owner hadn't run in over 2 years, they used it to pile parts inside, this dealer should pay me for a 7 hour drive, and my 60.00 I burnt in gas.

The SHO engine and tranny was covered in salt deposits, rusted under carriage, the radio didn't work, the heat was on 90 degrees and wound not turn off nor turn down, there was dents all over the back end as if it was repeatedly backed into something, the tires were dry rotting, the rims are all beat up and the Salesman didn't know anything and tried to lie about a car i was looking at at another dealer by showing me a 5 page printout of a Glossary, stating that all those things was wrong with the other car. I left and the other SHO was in perfect condition.

Justin contacted me within 15 minutes of when I requested a call back to let me know the truck I was interested in was still on the lot. After we hung up, he texted me immediately with directions to the lot and let me know what time my appointment was. I got there, and although Justin was in the process of finalizing a sale with another couple, he put me in good hands with Sohel. The truck I was interested in was just not the truck for me, but they listened to what I wanted in a truck and found one there on the lot for me that turned out to be perfect. I ended up with an 09 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew cab Hemi 5.7L V8. The truck had low miles, less than 70k and was in great condition. They worked tirelessly with my finances and made sure that I drove home in a truck that my wife and I fell in love with. They really have an impeccable team there. There were no empty promises or lies just to make a deal. What they said to the customer was exactly what happened and I appreciated that as much as I appreciated the vehicle itself.

I called the dealership talked to a salesman and agreed on price, 2 days later I'm driving a rental car from Louisville to Lexington to pick the car I call the dealership again to make sure everything was ok, but the gentleman I talked told me to take the nearest exit because the car had a bad transmission and not drivable!!!

Didn't seem like they wanted my business. The salesperson was seemingly bored and rattled off canned responses without giving me answers about the vehicle. All they wanted was for me to come in and talk. That raises a red flag for high pressure sales.

The salesperson I dealt with was really wonderful, if not for her my review would be much lower because besides her, everything else was not so great. I was told only as I had nearly arrived that the car I'd called about did not run. After arriving, they would not really work with my financial situation and did not have a very good inventory to choose from within my budget. At one point they told me they had a certain car I would have been interested in, but then after looking for an extended period of time they couldn't find it. How they lost their own car is beyond me. Besides the very friendly salesperson who was doing her best (she could not help that the rest of the dealership didn't have its stuff together) it was a very frustrating experience.

The 2016 Tahoe with 6,000 miles advertised had been wrecked even though the Carfax was clean. The dealership had no idea that the Tahoe was even damaged. If we would not have noticed we have payed for a $51,000 vehicle that had been wrecked. It shows they did not even inspect the vehicle before trying to sell it. I would not recommend this dealership.

Told me over the phone my wife could finance the car. I told them we were upside down on our trade before we went to dealership. I also told them we couldn't put any money down. We drove 45 minutes to get there only to find out that they could not get my wife into a car without at least 2500.00 down. An overall shady experience and will never return.

It doesn't impress me when I take the time to send an email through Cargurus asking a question about a vehicle, and instead of receiving an emailed answer to my question, I receive an email, a call, and a text within 15 minutes of the time I sent my email, all asking when I could come look at the vehicle, and all completely disregarding my question. On day 2, when I finally answered the call, I was asked yet again when I was cooking to look at the car. I let my thoughts be known regarding the fact that I would at least like my questioned answered in some form before I agreed to anything. The dealership agreed to find out, and call me back. They did call me back soon, but it was to Lee me know the car had been sold. Glad I didn't make the drive to Louisville to Lexington beforehand. I know you're in the business of selling cars, and I appreciate that, but when I ask a specific question as my initial form of communication, I expect that question to be answered before negotiations are even considered. I believe most buyers would agree.

Incompetent liars. Had no clue about three car they were trying to sell me. No negotiating on the price. So hope you're fine with all the scratches and dings when you look at their price.

The salesman was not knowledgable about the vehicle. Too many people to deal with before we got the final numbers. After paying cash over and above the trade the demeanor of the salesman changed. Seem like to me they were rushing us out. Something's that should have been done to the car like servicing it-changing the oil, rotate and balance tires and replace the windshield-wipers were not done. I had to remind them to clean/detail the vehicle before we left and had to show them the floor mats. But my sister does like the vehicle once I got it straightened out by my mechanic(at my expense).

Car was not in condition to be sold. After driving 45 minutes there to only find the car had mechanical issues. It would be one thing if i did not scheduled the appointment. They had almost 8 hours to check the car over prior to my arrival. Salesman insulted my intelligence with sales pitch and techniques to pressure me into purchasing the car. I would think twice before recommending.

Salesman did a great job explaining the 2011 Honda Pilot but the sales mgr wanted to give me 2500 under my "clean" trade in value while paying top dollar for the Pilot which was rough inside and out.

These guys got back to me really quick after I inquired about the vehicle. Did everything they told me they would do when I got there. Test drove, loved the sales people. Got a great deal on the car that I wanted and they got me approved when I didn't think I would be able to buy a car at all!!! Highly recommend giving them a chance!!!

Horrible experience... I wanted to write the worst review of my life. But this site does not accept it. This was the most horrible experience I ever had with any car dealer. I am sure you don't wanna deal with them. There are multiple other good vendors in Lexington. Still if you feel you do not have a choice but to go there, then I would recommend, take all the details of deals and payments options, come home, calculate and I am sure you will not go back to them ever

If the was a negative rating these people would get it. Lied about the problems with the BMW 530XI I was looking at. Tried to sell me the car knowing the navigation system was broke. Had the paperwork ready for me to sign and attempted to push me into the car before fixing the issues with it. After I declined to sign until the issues were fixed I never heard from them again. I even called them back. Shady people there!! Buyer beware!!!!!
