The car was as described in the ad. It required minor cosmetic repairs They also added $2,995.00 to the price of the car for preparation and delivery It did not include the remaining new car warranty with the free schedule / wear and tear maintenance

Dealer tried to add a $2995 "dealer prep fee" to the cost of the vehicle and their documentation fee of "$497.88" was excessive in my opinion. The employees were friendly and I would have purchased the vehicle had the removed the dealer prep fee.

Worst dealer ever. I called and spoke to vlad. I stated I was an out of state buyer and wanted to out a fair offer in on this car. Vlad said he would review with his manager, then called me back to say they accepted it. I went up there Saturday to pick the car up as vlad said they never accepted my offer... after talking to vlad and the manager they didn't want to let the car go. I decided to walk, then they came running after me saying they will accept and wanted my downpayment. This is a crappy dealer that I want no parts with. Stay away and save yourself the headache....

This dealer penalizes you 10% of the price for not financing with them. Also they penalize you if you do not buy warranty with them!?they charge you $2000 to prep the car for you. Horrible horrible horrible

Buyer beware! The inventory is impressive. The price of the vehicle I was following dropped. When I went to close the deal I was told that there was a "dealer prep" fee of $4K but that I could purchase their 4 year extended warranty for $3,500 and that they would waive the dealer prep fee. Ultimately they honored the advertised price without addition but the reniged on redemption of a $500 coupon they mailed me. The staff was very friendly and helpful but the dealership policies are suspect. Do your homework, read the fine print, be ready to push back to get the deal without add on. Good luck.

The internet sales person never called me back from Friday, it is now Thursday of the week after. I said I was interested in purchasing and had my own financing, could she work up what my monthly would be. I sent her how much taxes are in my state via email and never heard back after she responded it had been busy and she'll get back to me. How crazy is that? I even sent a follow up email trying to move forward before end of business and nada. I was ready to purchase initially, but now there is no way if they are that messy from the beginning.

It was disappointing, the price is used like bait, they reel you in and insult your trade, which I knew the value of before going in. this is the kind of place that want's to wack you over the head and if they can't do it they don't want your business. Sad world we live in to know that people make a living by taking advantage of other people.

Terrible. Drove 2 hours only to find the car literally COVERED in hail damage. Left in less than 5 minutes upon arriving. Seems like a sketchy place.

Good Car. I didn’t like customer service. I didn't get any response on my email so I was forced to call them. Manager was absolutely unhelpful. I was disappointed and was going to find another dealership, but I got a call from Kacim. Since then all was great. My car delivered on-time and it has excellent condition. I’m happy I had a deal with auto holding ah.

Good trade in experience. I used autoholding to trade in my old car. Got really helpful, friendly and honest service from Ashley and the team especially when I had such a bad previous experience with the industry! BEWARE: they advertise low on CarGurus but end up saying you have to pay about $4K in "dealership fees" when you go there whether purchasing with cash or financing. Took way too long to get information I wanted. Manager was rude and arrogant. Didn't care about anything else but himself. You will NOT be paying the price you see on here, GUARANTEED.

Excellent experience! I fully support this business model! I think it's a great idea and I enjoyed online shopping for my car. But there were a few minor issues that should have been caught during the inspection. I think the inspection/certification process should be more rigorous, especially since the vehicle prices are non-negotiable and the return process onerous, if you're not close to a facility. That said, Auto holding ah was easy to work with regarding these issues, they were solved without a fuss.

They Had a beautiful regal gs for sale for a decent price, I traveled 79 miles to go see it. When I got there salesman knew nothing about the car couldn't explain anything to me. When I opened the hood the car was missing engine cover and the intake box ( a vital piece if you don't want your motor sucking in dirt and road debri). Told them I wanted these replaced before sale, they agreed to put on some cheap after market cone filter. I said no I want factory spec. They said it would take a few days and they would call on Wednesday or Thursday to confirm it was complete and so I made an appointment for Friday to test drive and possibly purchase. Dealer blew me off and never called. It is now Friday and I have no idea if what I wanted was repaired or not and I'm not wasting another trip up there only to be given the run around on this car. Dealer doesn't seem to care much about it's consumer or the condition of the vehicles they sell. Also not very moving on the prices they have. Do Not recommend. Sorry

I bought a Mercedes Benz ml350 2008 from auto holding on March 23 2017 and the person I dealt with was Michael. he was very nice and answer all my questions. the shop was also clean they have really nice cars there.i had a few problems but nothing to major. it took five weeks to get the title to my car but as I stated before that was not a problem....the only problem I really had with auto holding is 3 days after buying my car ..the check engine light came on i called michael..email him and sent him a picture of the check engine light on ...they never called back .so I paid almost $ 13.0000 for the car in full ..and had to put more money into the car so the check engine light would go away ..because I could not pass inspection with a check engine light on ..i just wish dealer ships were a little bit more honest. people work hard for there money and if they were a little more honest i guaranteed they would have happier customers ...my car is running great now and I'm so happy

Fine. We had a deal with auto holding ah. We bought a car. It was pretty good deal. Unfortunately our car needed some fixing. We talked to Kacim our sales manager and he solved all our problems. This was nice but it does mean that one has to organize a proper inspection before to sign a contract, otherwise, it's for your own!

Don’t waste your time. Asking price was in line with the rest of the market, but when it comes time to discuss pricing, “The reason we price our vehicles so low is because you have to buy a $4,000 warranty with it to get that price.” As I said, online sticker price is in line with the rest of the nearby market. It’s a scam, people. Go elsewhere. I ended up buying the same vehicle the same day without any of the nonsense this place spews at you.

First visit, was told the car I inquired about online was available, I got there and it couldnt be found so another car was shown to me but I felt the mileage was too much even though I test drove it. So I chose another car with less mileage was not offered to test drive that one but was told to add it to my car insurance policy and pay my downpayment. They pulled my credit which triggered a fraud alert which I cleared up asap and was told itd take UP TO 48 hours to go away. I was told theyd check every 12 hours to see if it went away and if i get approved. 24 hours later I called to see if they pulled the credit report and they didnt bother they were gonna wait the full 48 hours but i said to pull it. They got back to me an hour later saying they pulled it the alert is clear and theyre gonna start working on my application for approval. A manager calls me to let me know the bank will call me. The bank called while I was on the phone with them didnt leave me a voicemail and it was after hours so i couldnt call back. The bank nor the manager called me the following day either so i called to check on things they said i was good to go im approved but couldnt tell me any details about the loan. Mind you im coming from upstate new york to their dealership over an hour away $20 plus in tolls each way altogether and said ill come in for my fiancee to confirm the car is ok and sign the paperwork because he works long hours in new york. We both came in couple days later after confirming everyday with corey that im approved i just need to come in sign the paperwork and get my keys. He argued with me im approved when i doubted i was because he couldnt tell me any information about the loan terms or the lender. I said please dont waste my time gas or money driving all the way there if im not approved. Im moving and im coming over an hour away spending over $20 in tolls to get to you please have everything ready. He insisted no come youre all set everything is good to go. Just for us to get there and be told the banks are closed we cant do nothing right now because they cant see your report if theyre closed ill refund you your downpayment you can look elsewhere over the weekend if you dont get anything come back monday. Im like why did you have us waste our time gas and money then like i said everyday please dont do that be ready you guys said i was approved and good to go. LIARS or just dont know what theyre talking about

The dealer refused to sell me this car at the price advertised on this app. There were no disclaimers about price on their ad. Although it's a retail app, they tried to claim it was a wholesale price. They wanted close to $3k additional with zero justification other than "so that we can make a profit." The fact that the car had been on their lot for almost a year at a much higher price should tell you all you need to know about this business.

Didn't even know the other cars that were in inventory when I asked about more options. Didn't even entertain of me leaving a security deposit so I can finish a deal the next week. Terrible place

If I could rate them a "0", I would. This was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had in a car dealership. This place was a "bait and switch" place, offering a car on CarGurus for one price. We offered to purchase at that listed price, but they insisted that the list price was only an offer price. They wanted me to purchase a 3rd party insurance to buy the car, even though the car was still under factory warranty.

Not so great. On the phone I was told that the price listed on CarGurus.com was a number that they "work with". They offer that "their" price includes a handling fee, one that is "about $3,000, plus other dealers fee's and service charges. I'm glad that I didn't go there in person, because it would have been a waste of my time. Sure, the car is beautiful, everything that I want..but, the price stated here isn't what is being offered by the dealer.

Maybe if you walked in to buy a car it would be the ticket, but out of state buyer's I think needs help. I really wanted to buy a vehicle from this dealer. It was a 6 hr drive so very doable and you get a nice drive back to enjoy your new car. The lack of communication caused me to miss out on the vehicle I inquired about. The manager is very arrogant guy. The salesman was all pleasing and good to talk with. For a $19k vehicle priced on internet, they were selling me the car at almost $25k out the door. Before you go there make sure you ask them about their dealer fee and document fee. They told me that the dealer fee was $2,000 and the document fee was $495. I just walked out.

The car that I originally wanted was not advertised correctly. Had almost 6k additional miles, and did not have the specs listed. Looked at a newer model, both cars were extremely dirty when the salesman knew I was coming down to look at it. Made a lot of false promises regarding financing after I did the credit application online prior to coming. I ended up paying almost double monthly on my car note. STAY AWAY! I should've known the reviews on other sites were legit. I will be refinancing with my bank with over have the interest rate in a few months. Again, go elsewhere.

Bait and switch. Salesman took advertised price and added a $2495 "dealer service charge", a $995 "preparation charge", and a $495 "documentation charge". Tried to make me feel like I was getting a deal with his "final offer" only $1000 above advertised price. Walked out.

The dealership responded within minutes of my request. The service rep. was knowledgeable. Although I had a good service, make sure you read the fine print. The listed price does not cover any pre-maintenance perform by the dealership. The additional fees will not deter you from buying. The purchase car was in pristine condition. The vehicle match the description. My overall experience was very good.

For anyone who wants an upfront deal- this is not the place for you! $3000 "prep" fee added onto the top of the non-negotiable asking price- plus all the other "administrative" fees- expect to pay $4000 more than their asking price!

Went there to test drive the 2013 volvo xc90. They played common dealer tricks saying the car is being test driven by someone else. And put me in an hour long wait. Eventually when I saw the car, it has been sitting in their storage lot all the time. The car wasn't in good condition either. Traction control was giving an warning message. Engine oil was below minimum level. And car itself drove like a 7-8 years old rather than a 5.

This dealer as well as the four others I visited for this car buying experience are not honest. They quote you a price, but when you come to make the deal, they ask you for thousands of made up fees. I end up buying for a private owner, much easier and straight forward.

Very poor service ,had me drive to their office and after trst driving the car and sitting for hours while they have other people look at the car that was willing to pay more tell me i was not approved for the BMW but willing to give me Infiniti m37. After promising to deliver the car the next day and having me change my insurance over to the m37 they were no call no show ,after numerous calls i was told they don't know what happened and tried to offer me the BMW which i refused .Went to Planet Mitsubishi the following week and walked out with a sweet deal on a better M37. Do not waste your time trust me they are not worth the headache.

they call excessively. they have high fee's of service. I just want to buy a car if you say 10k the I bring 10k plus sales taxs. anything else I want to handle for the reduction of cost. maybe I just don't have mondern day sales experience but I think if I want to buy something then I should be able to do it this way.

This dealer is the worst! 1st of all they tried to give me $2000 under what my truck was worth then the tried to add on a $3000 dealer prep fee on top of the sticker price of the car that I was going to buy. These crooks also wanted to charge me $1000 on top of the dealer prep fee if I wasn't going to use their finance company. Stay far away from this place. On top of all that, the Russian manager got real rude and upset when I asked him about the $4000 in fees on top of the sticker price of the car. They are real shady!

Great fun to haggle with this crowd of car enthusiasts. I could not reach what I thought was a fair price to fill the gap between my trade-in and their asking price... and matters got worse when add-on fees pushed the price up an astonishing $2,500 above the web advertised price. But I had an enjoyable afternoon looking at their collection of high-end cars and talking shop with the friendly, accessible and amusing staff. (Nothing like Russian humor--and everyone there seemed to be from that country--to while away an entertaining afternoon. Most enjoyable.) Wish I could have done a deal with them. But I guess I'm as stubborn as they are!

The salesman was cool. Worked hard to make a great deal on a car. The finance guy made a huge mistake on the paperwork that would have cost me $1500 if unnoticed. The issue was corrected, but the whole thing felt shady.

The salesman was very nice ..... until he viewed my credit score. they did everything WONDERFULLY, I will say that. open the all the doors for me. ask about my day. I felt very appreciated for the thought of choosing them. But all efforts stopped colder than the winter of 83. anyway once my credit score is back up to par after these student loans clear, I'll try my luck again

Excellent customer service. Stuart was so helpful and down to earth. He let me know exactly what i needed and found something better for me when my 1st choice was sold. He was patient and addressed all my concerns. He also made courtesy calls to make sure i would be coming in on a time that was convenient with my work schedule. He deserves a raise for being professional and exemplifies what a true salesman should be. I am going to refer all my rich European and Asian friends to him. More dealerships should have sales reps like him. He should be a manager.

I called the company to see if the car was still on the lot. I was informed that the car was sold the day prior. Therefore, I did not have to drive to the company to be disappointed. I looked online and noticed that the car was still listed for sale.... warning call company before driving to this company because they do not update this site when a car is sold...

they are the rudest and most disonest people i ever dealt with,some russian that claims to have been in the United States 20 years, with a huge attitude and as stupid as they come. I bought this car. It has been a week since. I am happy with the purchase. I drove the car back from NJ to PA and then to MD the following day. Beautiful ride. This dealership has some beautiful cars. The cars are reasonably priced. The salesmen are friendly and treat you well. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that I'm waiting on some paperwork. I brought a family member along, who has owned several mercedes; he plans to return to purchase his next one there. Satifying experience. I highly recommend this dealership
