Ok people. Very straight forward though. I didn't purchase from them because they were too straightforward. What would have changed my decision would have been less mistrust towards the customer.. several times they clearly expressed a willingness to help,(like they actually did express several times), yet actually following thru with help. They sorely lacked that. I clearly stated in a few emails what I wanted,. Those were words like a feather that didn't land anywhere. Even though they reached out again, it was always their way. The economy has always ran on good deals amongst two parties, not one way deals. I appreciate their will, didn't get results. The apprentice saleswoman got the point that I was trying to clarify, so I hope the store will benefit from my suggestions. I wish them the best,. As I saw better potential if they hurdle the humps theyre caught in,.. by listening closer to the customer.

The first contact actually wasn't there when I showed up. That was disappointing. And the gentleman that helped me out was okay. I thought that the car was a bit high but I bought it because I thought it was a great commuter car for me.

Worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership They had an add on the Internet for a car for 46495 when I got there after an hour and a 1/2 driving they told me it was a mistake and told me it was 49999 old switch and bait

I was told the vehicle was in stock. I called back a few hours later, while on my way out there (as I had a 30+ mile drive) to notify the girl I spoke to that I was on my way. She said she’d have them get the car ready. She called me back within minutes to let me know it had been sold. But a week later it’s still listed for sale. ‍♀️

I was helped by a young salesmen named craig i believe, he seemed helpful but didn’t know much and was going way over his head for monthly payments,i would not recommend this dealership,you can tell how greedy they are and just interested in making money/ripping people off. The dealership also seems to have a poor inventory as well as poor customer service

We bought a used 2018 Nissan Frontier SV V6 Crew Cab with very low miles for a very good price. The sales person we had was not the one we had made the appointment with. However we were very pleased with Andrew Hall who was the person who handled the sale, and would recommend him to you if you go to this dealer ship. We used Car Gurus.

Be aware buying a used car they will charge $695 LoJack and is mandatory fee, even is the vehicle is worth $2,000 and if you don’t finance through they dealership they will add $500 to the vehicle price

I was contacted within a few hours of seeking info on their cars. They posted the available cars and the next day my wife and I went to check them out and test drive the one we liked. We went home to think of the cars and the different financing available. Went back the next day & was schooled on operating the car, & bought it . This dealer responded very fast . I went to look at 2 trucks they had there . Nice looking and low miles plus great prices. However, I didnt buy either one because when I checked under the truck....the chassis ,shocks, and differential cover were all rusted. It was a 2012 truck. So I walked away and bought another truck from another place.

The dealership contacted me several times without being annoying inviting me to their store. I arrived unplanned and spoke to a salesperson. When I spoke about what I wanted, I was immediately told that it would not happen. I left without further discussion. I was literally there less than 10 minutes. I was appreciative of the honesty but a little surprised by the unwillingness to suggest an alternate offer. I purchased a similar vehicle later that date from a different dealership.

I can see how that might have come across as unwilling to earn the sale, but really the reason for this is that we try to make our customers feel comfortable by allowing them to shop our vehicles in peace, without getting pushed around to doing something they don't want. I'm sure if you had spent a little more time on the lot, a sales person would have started to offer some alternate options. We have over 500 cars in stock and if you are only there for 10 minutes, usually time alone is appreciated so customers can browse.

I call ahead of time informing the sale rep. that I was on my way to look at this car. I was excited and looking forward in test driving this car. When I arrived, I see you sales personal charging the battery on the car, I also noticed how dirty the car was. Hand prints every where. My excitement when out the door and now I wondering if this car was going to be a lemon. Test drive was okay, but I notice the stability control lights were on. When we return and park the car, I tried to restart the car back up again the car would not start. The sale personal tried to assure me that they will have the car look at. Did not offer a new battery for the car. They going to continue to charge the battery to see if it hold a charge. With all the issue with the car they still would not negotiate on the price. They said they make their money on the quantity of sale they do that way the price is so low. Guest its quantity over QUALITY for them.

Called and spoke with Erika. I asked for a out the door price for one if there vehicles and she said she was really busy (on a Thursday) and that it might take one or two days to get back to me. I think they were frustrated because they wanted me to come down to the dealership. If you’re interested in driving out to Corona this dealership is for you. If you have a question you want answered over the phone don’t bother calling.

I am still in the process of determining whether or not I will get a van with them, but love the approach they took with me in allowing me to determine my needs without pressing for a decision or calling me everyday. Because of that I am leaning towards them getting me into what works best for me.

Terrible experience. Car was not available to look at then they brought out a car that was priced $1000 more. When we told them that we didn't want to pay that much they brought out a different car that they told us was priced lower but it really wasn't. We walked out.

The overall experience was great! I applied for credit knowing that I had a BK. Colin and Kari worked to try to get me approved, but the rate offered was out of my comfort level. I was surprised that after informing Kari and Colin I respectfully pass, they expressed empathy and did not reach out to me again to pressure me into buying anything else. From past experiences, other dealerships do not care about the human element and or struggles one goes through and only look out for their bottom line and try to bring in to buy a lower price point vehicle. I see that approach as gaining a sale but not a long-term customer. In the case of Auto Gallery Mitsubishi, they indeed have a vision of gaining a sale but more importantly gaining a loyal customer for life. I have to admit, the distance from my home to Auto Gallery is more than 70miles away, but I was willing to make the drive because of their excellent vibes and business approach. That being said; I will buy my vehicle early next year once my bk is lifted.

Nice and friendly saleswoman. I end up not buying the outlander because of the 3rd row wasn't adult size. My son play football and I needed adult size seats with leg room for my car guess, when going to watch my son play so I ended up buying a SUV at another dealership. Excellent customer service. I do have to say, their used cars seem to be from a car rental business. I test drove the Ford Focus. The over all driving experience was great. The car did have several dings in the body on both the passenger and driver side. The driver side tail light casing was broken near the upper part by the trunk, one reverse taillight was out, the ceiling was dirty and the rear brake pads needed to be replaced. Over all, I guess this is expected since it was once a rental car. Customer services was outstanding here. I would give customer services a 5 out of 5. As far as the "used" cars, I would give then a 3.5 out of 5.

This dealer is complete garbage! I drove over an hour to see a 2012 Subaru Forester for $13,998. The car was in great shape, I was ready to sign and buy it on the spot. However, the sales lady knew nothing about cars. I told her I already have my financing from my Credit Union, she responded by saying, "oh if you have your own financing they are going to add $500, It doesn't make sense to me, but I just wanted to let you know." Next we wait for 30-40 minutes for Larry to come over with his offer. while my wife and I were waiting we checked the dealers reviews on yelp, many yelp reviewers mention that the dealer tries to add $500 for a theft insurance called "Phantom Footprints". When sleezy Larry comes over with his offer he starts to mention an extra insurance plan and I interjected. I told him I read their yelp reviews and I will not be paying an extra $500 for "Phantom Footprints." Larry responded by telling me, "Well if I take the $500 off for Phantom Footprints, I'm just going to add it to the listing price, so either way, your going to pay an extra $500." I laughed and said "no". He abruptly walks away and comes back about a minute later, He says "Okay, how about I buy a good review from you, I'll take off the $500 for Phantom Footprints." But he is not willing to negotiate the sticker price. Larry tells me that he just saved me $500, I responded by saying, "You did not save me $500, you added $500 of garbage, then when I questioned you, you took it off." So long story short, they don't negotiate their listing price, either way they will try to charge you extra for having your own financing. This dealer is the definition of someone trying to "Nickle and Dime" you.

Inquired about a vehicle and they set me up with an appointment to see it. Drove two hours for a car that they advertised completely wrong. No idea what car they had taken pictures of since I had gone to see a Mazda CX-5 and was shown a Mazda 5 Van when I got there. Made the trip from San Diego so will not be returning again unless it's the deal of a lifetime and they can assure me it's the vehicle advertised .

Jose was awesome! Not pushy, just a good quality human being. Saw the car on Monday, negotiated a little, got interest rate down, closed and drove home with a great car on Wednesday night. Only draw backs were the detail guys weren't great, didn't remove some tree sap, which I specifically ask if they could remove. Also, they didn't fill up the gas tank...Spent 28k, would think they could fill the tank for you. Finance guy tries to sell me an extended warranty...When I told him I had the 4 years left in the factory warranty he said I was wrong. I told him to get his facts straight, he left then came back and said I was right. My advice, do your research. Know your stuff, you will have to lead a little, but keep it classy. I liked my experience overall.

They were quick to respond, but are very pushy when it comes to trying to run your credit. I already had financing and was told "Why not" when I said I would prefer not to have another hard pull on my history. Their prices are firm, even if the car has been listed for almost 500 days.

This is where I ended up buying the SCION for $17,998. I want to be fair because there were some issues that consumers should be aware of: 1. They dropped the ball on communicating to me everything I needed after I travel a long ways to get there. I made it clear, I wanted to be finished by phone, text and email and they still missed. I forgave them and moved on after a day, but certain things need to be communicated more effectively so that transactions in the future can run more smoothly and customers feel more appreciated. 2. Let it be known, that this deal started to take place on a holiday 7/4/2016 and I got there to find out The do NOT ACCEPT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS WITH CHIPS, AND THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS. Hopefully, they use the experience with me to make some changes that will help the business in the future and not to harm their business at all. 3. None of these things were communicated until I took the long drive expecting to drive away with the car and since the financing was already i place. No one wants their credit pulled twice in one day. 4. Chip activated credit and debit card machine were supposed to be in place in October 2015, They don't seem to even know or even understand this which could land them in trouble with the power's that be (at least heavily fined). 5. The don't negotiate pricing (or they were unwilling to negotiate with me, which was probably it), even though their pricing is good...It's never good to always say NO to customers when it comes to dealing with their money. JUST SAYING! Other than these small things, in my opinion, they were a nice small shop. Seems to be a lot of younger people...I got lucky and was dealing with a couple of old pro's (Larry and Roy). Not that I mind or care, but just like to deal with people possessing a little more experience. Larry and Roy, thanks for helping me and I do wish you all the best. This rating should help you guys get things running up to the standards of the 21st century (No Pun intended) and have a hefty customer base to go with it. I really like how honest you are about the cars, that is something some of these other dealers could probably take away from you guys..

Ok communication returned 2 of 3 calls. Sales person would not budge on price and according to online pricing It had some wiggle room to discount while still providing the sales person a reasonable commission. Especially for the little work they would have to do since I was planning to pay cash.

The cars have been sitting so long that the batteries are dead. Its suppose to be a certified car (meaning checked over and all good). Go to test drive it after jumping the car and the radio does not work. 2.0 hrs they call us and say they got it working they changed the fuse. Not only enough to blow a fuse. When asked what the issue was as to why the fuse blew he said they did not know they put in a bigger fuse so it would not happen again. Bigger fuse? How about an obvious electrical issue. Refused to give extended warranty on it knowing it was probably a bigger issue. 3 weeks later. . . its still sitting there. They have high prices, rude and over loaded with cars. It's obvious everyone else has had the same experience otherwise cars would not sit there for 160 plus days.

The Auto Gallery staff was very helpful and prepared. We live about 100 miles from the dealership, and my wife and I had been looking at a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan in their online inventory. After contacting the Auto Gallery to inquire further, an appointment with a third party mechanic in the areawas arranged, and the Auto Gallery staff drove the vehicle to that mechanic for detailed inspection and road testing. Only one fault with the vehicle was reported, and it was largely cosmetic. The Auto Gallery had placed a price on the vehicle that was more than $2500 below the Kelley Blue Book market value. Expecting to purchase this vehicle prior to physically seeing it, the Auto Gallery staff calculated the final price so that a cashier's check could be provided. In total, we spent about three hours at the dealership test driving the vehicle, conducting our own inspections, and purchasing. We have been driving the Grand Caravan for almost a month now and are extremely pleased with the condition of the vehicle.

I am buying a vehicle from this dealership today. I found the staff and especially the Finance Manager to be the best sales people I have dealt with in a long time. They were personable, honest, and did not hassle me or keep me in their offices for a long time. They provided me with all of the information I requested.
