Sebastian was great to work with thru email, arrived the next morning planning to buy the car, contingent on it driving well. Car wasn't too bad, inside smelled so bad with smoke, outside was beautiful with new tires but didn't drive the way we thought it should. Salesmen there are very pushy trying to make the sell and made it a bit uncomfortable. Just went with my gut on this one and glad we did. Walked away. But overall not a horrible experience.

One of the worst dealership I have ever visited. 1. I go for a scheduled appointment and the car is not in that office and they make us wait for 30 mins or more to get the car from different building 2. The car was not even cleaned. Wind shield and car exterior was full of dirt 3. I asked for a lower price during negotiation and they didn’t agree to that. I left the place and was half way back to my home and they call back and the agent says they will honor our price. And I drive back all the way and the manage talks to us and in one sentence he says that he can’t give the car for the price I asked. If they didn’t want to sell that car at that price, then why did they call me back? 4. After I returned back, I tried to contact back over phone and email to negotiate price again but they didn’t care to respond. One the unprofessional dealership I have ever seen. Waste of time and efforts. Please avoid going to this place.

NO STARS... YOU HAVE TO GIVE ONE IN ORDER TO POST YOUR COMMENT When I walked on the Lot I was ignored by 3 Salesman. Then I walked inside to be ignored not once but TWICE. When I finally spoke with "Ahmed" he didn't seem to interested in the reason I was there since I said I wanted to do a "Trade in ". He asked me to get my DL and the keys, When I returned I was left standing at the front for about 10 to 15 minutes. So I walked out. No one called or contacted me until the next day. That was after I clicked on the same car.

Horrible!!! They sold me a car with a transmission issue! Then when I took it back to try and get the problem resolved, they told me that I bought the car As Is. This was a very bad experience!

Quick to respond but responses were evasive. It took 4 attempts to get a straight answer as to whether or not the vehicle was a manufacturers buy back. Once I received an affirmative, I requested the documentation of the reason for the buy back to evaluate the car but received no response. The evasiveness makes me wonder what is going on. Would not purchase a vehicle there even though the price "looks" very good.

First of I did not like the way I was treated. I have called (4:44 PM) this dealership to confirm if it was okay for me to stop by for a test drive, the receptionist by the name that I will not mention answered the phone she told me that the closing time was 8:00 PM so I kindly ask her to make sure first because I didn't want to take a drive up there for no reason. She came back on the phone and told me that I can come in someone will be there to assist me. When I got there (5:25 PM) the first salesman that approached me to tell me there is nothing he can do for me, they are closed for the moment. I have wasted my gas to come to a place where they don't value their customers. I knew I should have not gone up there after how you guys treated me last 2 years ago. I know loosing me as a customer will not hurt your bottom line but I'll will make sure to let others know about this place. I will dedicate whatever time i have to find any website that advertise for you to post my experience and the manner you treated me. The public will be the judge.

This is a very busy car dealership and not all inventory is on lot. You will have to wait for your car to be brought over. They have staff who just receive and move cars from lot to lot. Really turned me off they were all smoking in lot (no designated area) among customers and vehicles being viewed. The vehicle we looked at was very dirty and stunk. The sales rep we worked with was very nice just very busy.

It was a typical visit to buying a car at a dealership. Salesman were good help in convincing to buy the car but wasn't willing to wheel and deal on the pricing. Great selection of vehicles from higher priced foreign imports to all of the domestic made vehicles

Kahn contacted me and told me that his finance manager Malcolm would call me and I never heard from him. I called Malcolm and he told me to hold on and never came back to the phone. I then called Kahn back and he gave an excuse saying Malcolm was probably busy. Malcolm never called me back.

Car mill. Salesmen paid very little attention to me and was working 2 other deals at the same time. Was told cars were "there" but they didn't bother to tell me one of the cars was "sold". Drove the other car and it was in horrible mechanical shape but priced above market.

Set up an appointment to view a car and had to drive 5 hours to do so. Contacted the salesman while en route and was informed that they sold the vehicle without warning 2 minutes before he replied to my message bc i did not put down a $500 deposit. Was not pleased at all.

Terrible! I had credit union check in my hand to buy this 2013 Infiniti M37X with25K miles. It was supposed to be an excellent condition car according to salesman. the seat belt was stained by dog crap. The headliner was all scratched up from one side of the car to the other. Terrible in-your-face damage on the post next to the windshield. I didn't bother test driving. What a disappointment. Deal with these people at your own risk.

Bought this car. Paid cash. Salesman, Sebastian was pleasant, but one of the managers was rude, when we went to his office to count the cash for the car. Also, I did not get a full tank of gas and there was an empty food cup in the trunk.

Dealer responded quickly and showed me the vehicle upon arrival. The vehicle had cosmetic interior damage and some minor exterior. For 6k miles more than acceptable. They suggested getting fixed on my own trying to use the remaining warranty. The majority of cars are lemon law buy backs and when asked they were honest about it. Even though this car was not i wasn't comfortable with this type of sales structure. Ended up buying from a certified dealer.

They do not mention in their ad that they mostly deal with factory returned vehicles. We were already pre-approved with a local credit union who will not lend on those. So in the end we wasted time and money because of their incomplete advertising. Also possible warranty issues?

Wide variety of low mileage used clean cars and SUV's. My salesperson was EXCELLENT! If you go, I suggest you ask for Noor. He's honest and explains everything. He's not your average sales guy trying to make a sale at any cost. He sincerly took care of me and gave me his undivided professional attention. If you go to anyone else, I can't say what's going to happened, but I assure you I'm happy with the service I received and my new vehicle.

I live 5 hours away so I asked the salesman to be upfront and tell me if the car had any scratches or problems etc. He said there were no scratches, dings, or problems. He also said that he would have the car detailed before I arrived. When I got there found the scratches on the front right fender. The car was not detailed. They put plastic on the floor over dirty carpet. Then when i test drove the car the brakes were pulsating. the salesman did not believe me then got in the car and went on a test drive and said your right. He went in and got me a measly fifty dollar check. They may have great prices but I would not commit to buying the car until you are there in person.

When I asked the salesmen what are some key differences between premium and sport model I was told "well sport has all the premium features and you know some more of the sport stuff". Financing was a ripoff. Car had 20k miles on it, but rotors and break pads were pretty much gone. When asked how it will be addressed I was told "we will take care of it", so after an hour manager got involved and told me that they would replace the rotors. Then I had to fight to replace the pads also as you can't replace one and not the other. Car had one performance tire and 3 regular ones, which turned into a debate on how pairs have to match and at the end they would not want to replace it. The only thing that they were good at is trying to sell gap insurance and maintenance plan. Overall poor knowledge of the car and maintenance. I was treated like I know nothing about financing or maintenance. I'm a full time engineer so crunching numbers and understanding how things operate/fail is what I'm good at. So if you want to buy a car because it's "beautiful" then feel free to go there.

Then, responded by telling me the car was branded as a Lemon Law car, which was never disclosed in the description of the car posted on Car Gurus. I have no problem getting a car at a discount for a reason, but please be up front about it in your ads!

Nice building but that's about it. Went to look at a Versa it was horrible bald tires with wire showing they didn't put that in the pics nor mention it. Had cigarette holes in the backseat the passenger mirror was Manuel but the knob was broken after I saw that I knew I wasn't going to buy but just wanted to see if the price would go down because of the problems he stated it was what it is. Car had bunch of straches also then he show me the car on their computer price was $8500 I told him well cargurus is $7500 and the guy Tito knew I knew that because I communicated with him through this site. But o well it was someone else but yeah Tito was there sitting right beside us smh just avoid these dudes period.

I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. The person I first spoke with lied to me about the warranty that came with the car as well as the previous owner history. This person was supposed to send me the carfax and never did, so I called the dealership again and spoke with someone that knew absolutely nothing and put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I called back a third time and this person did not know anything about the car and instead of telling me what the warranty was that they advertised with the car he was busy trying to sell me one of the dealerships extended warranties. He did send me the carfax though, which showed me that the first guy I spoke with was lying about everything. These people are incredibly unprofessional and dishonest and I would never buy a car from them!

All I have to say is, this place is fantastic. I was personally greeted by Zee. Zee gave me all the details about the car from Carfax as well as from things that weren't from the carfax, for instance, the car I was looking at had a dent in the back right after someone jacked it up in the wrong place or hit a speed bump really fast. Zee disclosed it to me and pointed out where it was. The test driving process was very easy, and I actually had a lot of fun driving the car. Zee even filled up the cars' tank when I bought it! Zee - if you are reading this, I really appreciate the help. If you are looking for a car at this place, ask for Zee!

I have been looking for a BMW for a while and contacted the dealer regarding one of their inventory. Moe has contacted me right away and I booked an appointment. I went and see the car, took it for a ride and discussed with Moe the financing options that suits me best. I returned next day and bought the car. Moe was really easy going and very helpful and polite. The whole experience was very professional but at the same time relaxed and not aggressive like you would expected to be, taking into consideration that you're dealing with a auto salesperson. I will highly recommend him to my friends and/or family. Keep up with the good things you're doing, all my respect.

Many of their vehicles were totaled out and bought from salvage yards, rebuilt and are being sold. I had a bad incident with a dealer who did this type of thing in the past. They did not tell me that the vehicle was totaled in an accident and they manipulated carfax by putting in a false VIN number. Vehicles of this nature have a poor trade in value. When I spoke with the rep Z., he just said ok and that he would not call anymore. I decided to look at another dealer option. Z was kind and respectable. I just had a bad experience with preowned, totaled out, rebuilt vehicles in the past.

I reviewed previous comments about Atlanta Best Used Cars and most were not good. One buyer recommend a salesman by name. I asked for NOR buy name and told him what vehicle I wanted to test drive. He brought out the vehicle gave me the keys and sent me off on my own. This was great because I had a chance to really check out the car. He was really great, answered all my questions, I made the purchase and financing was great. They detailed the vehicle and I returned to the dealer to pick it up. Great customer service Nor! We looked for a sprinter for months and called many dealerships. We spoke to a Mike and were hung up on, only to call back and find similar behavior from a few of this dealers employees. This is the only dealership we experienced such unprofessional, poor behavior from. Although their car was a better deal on paper, my husband and I decided on a Mercedes dealership with a newer sprinter. They were happy to have our business. You could not pay me to deal with the horrible service from this dealership. No words can quite express my disgust for how bad their service is. It's dealerships like this that turn customers against car sales. I'm thankful we learned our lesson before we got further into the process.

Car was described to be in much better condition than it actually was. I contacted them a day ahead and let them know I was going to drive up from Indiana to pick up the car. I got there and the battery was dead. They had me drive it to advance auto to get the battery tested. They did however give me a spare battery to take with me though. The car wasn't detailed (dirty on the outside which hid some of the imperfections in the paint, had a stain on the passenger seat and console). I was charged a $600 dealer fee in which detailing and cleaning the car was part of. After contacting Bill (manager) with my concerns, I received no response at all. Very disappointed with the customer service there. Will not be doing business with them again. Their cheap prices aren't worth the hassle.

This was the worst car buying experience ever. Deceit from start to finish. We were given a car fax report that showed the car history to be clean but it had in fact been wrecked. I started having problems only 2 days after I picked up the car. They would not take the car back unless we paid a 20% restocking fee- what robbery! We had several conversations about how there was still a lot of factory warranty left on the car. All the while they are sitting there knowing that any damage associated with a wreck will invalidate the factory warranty. I should have known better than to deal with anyone other than a true dealership. Live and learn but I do hope their business drops as a result of negative reviews. No one should be sold a damaged car without knowing what they are getting.

Not great salesmen. No follow up, no attempt to give me the history of the car. When I ran 2 Car Fax reports on 2 cars I was interested in, they both came back as Manufacturer recalls with possible Lemon law issues. Too many concerns to deal with.

Told me one of the cars I was interested in had previously had cosmetic rear bumper damage, and in the very fine print on the paper they printed out for me, it had a disclosure saying it had unibody damage. Luckily I read the fine print before I buy anything but a lot of people would have probably missed that. I wouldn't buy from this dealer, very shady and sneaky.

We called and spoke with a salesman who assured us he would hold vehicle for us. We drove for one hour only to see someone test driving vehicle we called about. He came back and salesman said sorry that the van was just sold. We would not have driven that far without the assurance that the van would be available. This is a poor way to treat customers.

These guys are shady as hell. Long story short, I went in, tried to get a car and they quoted me a price of 23.8k or so, that's out the door so including their dealership fee and taxes. Also they offered $200 for my trade in which was fine, low, but fine. It was a bit too rich for my blood, but upon talking to some friends I decided to do it anyway and called back. Came back at a price of 23.3k including trade in which was more than fair considering they repeatedly said they could take a few 100 off the price. When they called me back the "best they could do" was $24,360 out the door. Somehow, overnight, the price went up over $500. Considering the car price was the same I can only assume this is the "Oh you really want this car now, so we're gonna screw you" tax. Don't go here, they're just super shady. Tried giving them 23k and they basically insulted me with a higher price than when I had gone in the day before.

Dealer did not offer to wash car or fill up car. Due to the weather I wasn't focus on the car wash but I had to be the one to ask for the car to be filled up. Although he agreed to I don't feel like that should have been something I needed to ask for.

Very stingy. The car I looked at needed tires badly. They wouldn't even take off for the cost of the tires much less replace them. They new I was coming to see the car a week in advance and still didn't clean it up. It was filthy, tires flat and battery dead. They could do a lot better.

Very good experience with sales rep (Bill), the car we purchased had a paint issue, and they were open to negotiation and price adjustment. We feel we purchased a very good vehicle at a fair price point. I always recommend buyers to do their research and homework, and be willing to walk away if expectations are not met.

From beginning to end it was a seamless pleasurable experience. The team was extremely professional and had a sense of urgency. I liked the car one day and picked it up the next morning simple. I will never buy another car anywhere else. I highly recommend this dealership. This has been my best car buying experience. No sleazy dealers trying to sell you something you don't want. For all your car buying needs there is no other place

This place is very shady! I emailed the lot asking if a particular car was there, got a response saying it was, I then drove 150 miles to get there, and the car I came to see is "at another location". Then the salesman wanted me to come in and start talking money, when I haven't even looked at a car yet. Finally I told the salesman that I came to see the car, and I was told that it was on the lot, he then tells me that if I just came to look at it then I should go somewhere else. Little did he know, that I cash in my pocket ready to get it if I had liked it. Now, it's almost 2 weeks since that incident, and somehow the car has gained 7000 miles from their original post and costs $1000 more now. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

I drove 250 miles one way, had cash to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee, asked Raul (the salesman) if the Jeep is in good shape, he said it was. When I got to the lot, after 4 hrs. driving, the Jeep was a piece of junk! It had a cracked windshield, electrical problems (turn signals didn't work), rt. mirror didn't wk., hood shocks wouldn't hold up hood, locks broken on three doors, neither rt. window worked, spare was missing, rear bumper clip was different color. I talked to Raul & the Mgr. & said I expected them to reimburse me the $60.00 I spent on gas, they said they could not & continued to say the car was in good shape! I told them it was not, they had misled me & misrepresented the car & I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. When I got home, they had removed the ad for the Jeep. These Crooks need to be put out of Business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There were issues with this car they did not want to address. I asked them about fixing them and they never responded. Be careful if you are interested in this car because the door will not open with key, back glass is chipped out and other issues.

Salesperson accused me of "joy riding" when trying to test the vehicle. After requesting they put gas in the vehicle I noticed the gas light on shortly after leaving the dealership. When I attempted to pickup my tag, I was informed that I needed to have the emmissions test done because the dealer had not done that either. Very poor customer service and the vehicle needs more work than I originally noticed because it hasn't been serviced.
