This place was horrible I was promised a vehicle and in the end I never got it. Now I'm getting the run around for getting my 500$ I put down to hold the vehicle. There a bunch of loses do not buy here

I am torn in my rating. Most everyone was great to work with and deal with and I feel I got a fair deal. However in the process of signing papers an older gentleman at the place had other people lined up to purchase the same vehicle I was purchasing. He decided to throw what I would call a tantrum and takes off in the vehicle I am signing papers for at that time. Delaying my possession of the vehicle and placing an additional 60 miles on the car. I will say that I feel I was fairly compensate for this gentlemans actions and all the staff EXCEPT for this older guy was great to work with. So make sure if you find a vehicle you like, don't work with the older guy.... Frank, Shane, and I think the other guys name was Phil???? Sorry if that name is incorrect.

I call to go over to look a the truck or denali and they didn't have the denali on site then we agreed to met on Sunday and the sales gay never show up and never responded to mi calls

This dealer was great to work with. This was my first time buying from a dealer and Tim was a really strait shooter. I was driving from way out of town and he was willing to come drive to me or even ship me the car. It was a real pleasure working with them!
