McKayla responded to me right away and I made an appt. for Saturday a.m. All down hill after that, met with the salesman to review the car. He knew nothing about it - # of previous owners, tire condition, mileage, accident history. He went and got the car fax. Decided to test drive but had to go into office to get the plate - awful reception inside, manager didn't even say hello, completely ignored me, the other salesman blew me off, general vibe was totally unwelcoming and unprofessional. Manager insisted the salesman go with me and my daughter on the test drive, poor discretion. Drove the car 2 blocks and turned around - brakes were squealing badly, alignment was all over the place, exhaust was loud and there was a rattle. Car was a piece of junk and they put no effort into it. Complete waste of 50 minute drive. Absolutely don't recommend them. Gave them 1 star only because McKayla was polite and appropriately responsive.

Drove and Hour for an appointment that i had and got there the sales guy was not there and the Truck was sold ... no call to let me know it was just sold.. Also they didn't offer me any other car on there lot..

Awesome customer service and I got a great deal on the 2009 Mercedes c300 I purchased . They worked very quickly with my insurance company to make sure I got to take the car off the lot the same day I paid for it with no hassle and no trouble . they tried to get me to put a down payment on a car that was sold . It was sold over the week end and they called us on the following Monday and asked for a down payment when I sad no I want to see it first and test drive it. that we would be there on wed. I called wed. on your way up and that's when they said they sold it over the weekend a little fishy the ran my credit on it as well and I took a hit on my credit score . I would never recommend them to anyone , we a[so sent a email to there department head about this matter and was ignored

Drove 1hr. Waited half hour to see SUV.Asking 10k. I offered 9k . I've bin pre approved for 30k from my own bank. Was told he had to talk to BOSS. I called 2 days later and no call back! Don't waist your time at this place

I asked a single question about the clutch and all they did was tell me to come in to see it. I didn’t go see it specifically because they wouldn’t answer one simple question. I most likely would have purchased the truck if they had just answered my one question.

Unfortunately, I was unable meet with the salesman at the appointed day/time. As soon as my problem is solved, I will make an appointment with the facility to buy a car....only from Ally! When first contact my original question was not answered also told them what I was looking for yet keep getting emails regarding the car that i told them wasn’t what I was looking for. Car looked nice in the pictures. It was dirty, had some noises that were troublesome. Asked if it would be cleaned it was stated the the inside would need to be deep cleaned but all tjat would be done was a detail not the cleaning it needed. The noises coming from the front end would be looked at, and not that they would be fixed. Also the tire pressure monitors were not installed and they will not be doing it. This place was not a good place for a dependable car! For about $10,000 these things should be done if they expect to sell this car. Overall experience is to stay away from this place!

Contacted them regarding information on a jeep. Description stated automatic but picture showed a standard. First response did not address question. After I responded to response with question again they confirmed it was a standard and not an automatic as described. They would update description. Two weeks later description still not updated. Gives me the sense they do whatever to get you in. As a consumer I am tired of this. Will not be looking for a vehicle here.

The KBB value that they're using for some of their vehicles are based on features that the car doesn't even have. Went for a test drive and asked to see under the hood, but oops there was no hood latch to open it. Car listing States it has Navi and sunroof but it doesn't. Shady.com

The car I went to check out was nice, but not as described. It was valued by dealer and described in written description as "excellent condition, inside and out". I called salesman to verify this condition as I had to drive over an hour to get there. But he provided very little truthful information. Actual condition I describe as just "good". Damaged leather interior, parts falling off passenger door handle, center console separated from rear air vents, broken lumbar support, numerous dents around car, 100k maintenance not performed, and more. These need to be fixed in order to value as "excellent". Far from the "great deal" indicated here. When I deducted the cost of a fraction of these repairs from my offer, I was told the price is the price. Salespeople were very little help and they didn't seem to take me seriously. Finally, after I agreed to buy a different car from another dealer they said they'd knock $300 off. Sorry, too little, too late. Long distance drivers beware.

I went to Ally Motors to find the car that my wife wanted after several weeks of looking. It was a present for her birthday. Matt, Adam, and Leo all helped make this dream come true. We had a failed sensor in the car that was replaced immediately. No questions asked. I was pleasantly surprised at what Ally Motors has to offer for cars - and their great customer service is what will make me shop again. I had a very helpful buying experience through Ally Motors. The salesman who had emailed me wasn't in when I went to look at the car, but another one picked right up and handled the whole transaction easily. The management at this small used car lot was low-pressure and seemed very honest. He went out of the way to be sure my daughter was comfortable understanding all we were doing in working out the details of the transaction for her first car, a used Volvo.

I asked several times why this vehicle was being advertised as a “limited” package which means it has leather interior when in fact it has cloth interior?!?! Answered kept coming back diverting the answer. Would have liked to see the vehicle but doesn’t seem to be an honest place.

I never write reviews but I felt like my poor experience needed to be conveyed to potential customers. My experience at Ally Motors was terrible! I had visited this dealership more than once while car shopping. On my last visit I saw a Nissan Murano that they just got in. It was parked in the back with the other cars that were not yet ready to be sold. My salesman had to find out a price because there was no information on the vehicle yet. Once he found the price I agreed and filled out the paper work for financing and left a deposit of $200. I waited and to hear back from them but never got a phone call. However, I knew that they ran my credit because I have a credit monitoring app that alerts me. One week later, still no word from them so I drove by the dealership but to my surprise my vehicle that I had a deposit on was right in the front for sale! How is that possible when I left a deposit??? So I went in and the finance manager Matt came from the back with my folder containing my application and documents. He asked me some questions about my income but I informed him that I decided not to move forward with the sale and wanted my deposit back. He immediately caught an attitude and said fine and threw my folder at my salesman like a frisbee and went back into his office. As you can understand I was completely shocked at his unprofessional attitude and told my salesman that he didn’t deserve that type of abuse! Nonetheless my salesman informed me that he was going to contact their accounting office to request my refund immediately and they would cut a check and mail it to me. I was upset by this because I had already lost trust and faith with this dealership and was skeptical about waiting for a refund to come in the mail. Sure enough one week later, no check! So I called back today and threatened to file a complaint with the better business bureau. My salesman apologized and informed me that the check would be mailed out today and I should get it by Wednesday. (Keep in mind today is Monday). I warned him that I didn’t want to take things a step further but I will if I don’t get my deposit back. I just want to put this awful experience behind me! They need to replace their Finance Manager. He has absolutely no customer service skills and is rude and disrespectful to his employees. I am so happy I decided to do business somewhere else.

We test drove a car, which we were told had a new battery, that there were 20,000 miles left on the brakes and that the car had been checked over by a mechanic and had no problems. After buying the car, during the drive home, the engine light came on. When we had a diagnostic run on the car, we were told that the car had serious engine problems (camshaft bridge needed replacing and the main engine seal needed replacing, the car was leaking oil like crazy). Also, the brakes and rotors were shot and needed replacing.

This 2009 Lincoln is a bait car to get your info. I contacted them about this car for my daughter a couple weeks ago. After filling out info online and calling next day as no one called me back. They told me it was sold. Now I see it's still online for less. Beware. Do not do business with people that do business this way.

Arrived at the lot surprised that it was a dirt parking lot. Walked around lot for a few minutes, never greeted by anyone. I finally asked one of the guys cleaning a car how to get in to talk to someone. When I went inside a guy in the back said that the car I was looking at was sold. Never asked if I wanted to look around. A week later that same car is still for sale on this website, so.......

Not a great experience, not a poor experience. This is a large lot of auction vehicles. My opinion is that they are not performing much maintenance or inspection to the vehicles on the lot. More or less from the auction to the lot.

Great Service, Great Sales person who was funny, polite, and was very real. She wasn't pushy, was very genuine. Unfortunately, the car I drove just wasn't what I was looking for. I hope to buy a vehicle from them in the future.

Despite buying the car on Saturday, cash deposit and signing paperwork, i did not receive the car until Tuesday night around 8:30. the manager, Matt, said he had trouble getting the work done on time. when i finally was able to look over the car in the daylight i see the rear tires may not pass inspection, only the front tires were replaced with the cheapest tires he could buy. each tire was missing a lug nut, valve stem caps were missing, floor mats and license plate bolts were missing and he did not give me the $500 check he promised would be there for me when the car was delivered to offset the registration fee. When i called about these issues he seemed pissed off that i would ask for these things. the car i bought is a good deal but the person i dealt with was combative and not helpful in resolving the issues i had. I spent more time and money for temporary plates for the car which i never used, paid for the vin check and took time off to register it. Overall i would say the dealer was NOT helpful after the sale and even hindered the process by holding onto my money and not fixing the car in a timely manner. Be ware.

Dealer attempted standard tricks to get us to come in vs. merely dealing with us over the phone. We needed a credit app, and after a few back and forth interactions about having to come in and sit in a vehicle etc., an app was finally sent, however after completing it we never heard from them and finally called. We got a fairly rude gentleman who said he had not time to deal with online applications as he had lots of people with money in their hand in front of him, and if we came in with a deposit he could run it faster. Eventually he ran it and called back and was quite friendly but promised a call back within 24 hours, that call never came. I went to another dealer.

I needed a replacement for my daily driver, I got a solid replacement at a good price. Staff was great answering my my wife's and i questions. easy to work with and no problems communicating as I had to get through an hours worth of traffic to get there. Going to recommend them to my friends who are willing to make the drive.

Not a great experience. Sales person wouldn't stop talking about things that had nothing to do with the car I was interested in. Car wasn't in the shape that it was described. Wouldn't move on price so no deal was there to be made.

I believe it was a used Pathfinder I test drove. The car actually felt too big for me, and it had what I categorize as "that used car smell." The people who own the dealership were very nice to me and willing to show me any car I was interested in, but after what I experienced with the aforementioned auto, I just needed to go home. Sorry.

Matthew was nice enough. But when I asked for assurances on history or known issues in writing via email he said he'd prefer to discuss on the phone. When I am spending over $25k for two vehicles I believe he should have spent the 10 minutes or so to respond to each question, yes/no. To me that was sort of a red flag. If a sales person would rather "talk" than email beware as email is a detailed record whereas a phone call is simply a time stamp, allowing seller deniability.

My sales person Matthew couldnt have been more patient and helpful. I explained that I was under no pressure to purchase and was looking for a third vehicle that would meet my families needs as well as getting the price and financing exactly where I needed. After rest driving the intial vehicle we decided it wasnt what we were looking for however the selection at Allys was quite good so we decided to test drive other vehicles we would be interested. With patience Matthew went through each vehicle option with us comparing each to what we required and we decided on a very nice Xterra S well conditioned well priced. Withn 24 hours Matthew had my financing and payments exactly where I wanted it along with several other request you usually only see at big box dealers. Bottom line two thumbs up experiance with Ally and Matthew.

My experience with this dealership was really positive, none of the typical car salesman stuff. My only thing is they didn't do the stuff that I guess a bigger dealership might. Gas tank was left with 25 miles and I need a oil change. I think as a courtesy this could have been taken care of. Other than that the experience was stress free.

Test drove a vehicle but a lot of the lights were on of things that had to be fixed. Was told don't worry, they will fix it all and that the brakes are just fine. I took it down the street and lost the brakes. Went across two lanes of traffic. Could of got killed. Drove it back to dealership in the breakdown lane with the emergency lights flashing, very slowly. Had to use both feet on brakes to come to a complete rolling stop. Didn't seem too apologetic.
