Justin was quick to respond, helped me make an appt, and connected me with Roger for the test drive. Roger was knowledgeable, patient, and informative. I never felt pushed, rushed, or manipulated. I passed on buying the car and the dealership contacted me later when they were having a sale, to see if I was interested. Though I did not purchase from this dealer, I would go back to them and recommend others.

A salesman from Alamo Toyota replied quickly to my inquiry and I went to see them about an hour after speaking with him. I walked in to the showroom and the front desk lady stared at me instead of asking how she could help. The salesman, however, was really nice and had the car ready up front that I wanted to see. He did tell me they weren't willing to negotiate the price of the car whatsoever so ultimately I left.

I went in to see the vehicle, saw a Ford taurus 2013. They wanted 12500, they asked me for 1500 down. I told them I wanted to think about it, they insisted for me to take the vehicle. All I had to do is give them the down payment. Well 6 days later the bank sent me a text two days more pass I finally talk to the bank. To my amazement they told me the loan wasn't approved. Now they won't give me back my money and said it could take up several days, also will charge restocking fees... Don't go there go to a real certified Dealer

The dealership included additional charges for something the salesperson couldn’t really explain. When we were ready to walk, he then removed what appeared to be made up charges. Then, we were doing the paperwork to finalize sale, and that person was trying to get us to be the extra warranty through them. When the cost was so high, we declined. He then “made us a deal” by sizeably reducing the cost. My warning to folks is watch your back on drummed up charges at this dealership.

My experience was relatively short as the car sold prior to me arriving at the dealership. However, that isn't why I rated them so low. I made an appointment with their salesperson and arrived a few minutes early as traffic wasn't bad that afternoon. I went to the front desk and requested my salesperson and was informed that she had already departed for the day, mind you I had an appointment. Another salesperson was paged and he was ok but was faced with finding out that that the car I was interested in had sold earlier that day. The car selling, it happens, the lack of courtesy and professionalism to not keep your appointments unacceptable. Would not recommend this dealership.

Nice vehicle, but the dealer tries to tack on a huge service fee almost 3 grand not including t&t. They should just add add this in and not mislead with low advertised price

This dealer wasn't clear on the options this car has and was dealing with me on a different van , after spending time ealking and dealing on the van , we came to find out that the salesman was dealing with us on a lesser van and when we said this is not the van you sent us information on he got mad and said this is the only van we have and you must be mistaken. so we had to leave wasting all of our time

It was obvious when we arrived the car had been sold but the sales person tried to distract us by showing us other cars instead of just being honest that the car had been sold the night before. I had contacted him twice confirming our arrival. We found it very disingenuous and will not return.

I did not end up leaving with the Chevy Tahoe because Lance York presented me with a 2013 Honda Pilot fully equipped with everything you can think of from Sunroof to DVD player to back up camera/sensor and much more! So I left extremely please with a huge smile on my face, and an extremely happy wife at home! Overall Lance treated me great at the dealership, and really went above and beyond to get me the payments I wanted with 0 down!!!!! His manager gave me top dollar for my trade in vehicle which I am also grateful for because without that offer I wouldn’t have the vehicle that I wanted, the Honda SUV. The financing of course was a little tough but after 10 minutes of arguing on the price and insurance/warranties they backed off and allowed me to leave with what I wanted payment wise. However, that piece you will experience with any and all dealerships not just Alamo Toyota. In conclusion, my experience was fantastic with Alamo Toyota! Thank you!

To this day there is NO picture of the vehicle but was contacted a couple of times..I believe Julio was the sales person..simply needs to go back to sales school 101..offered nothing, and didn't have details about the auto that I was interested in. AND..totally unprepared to make a sales call.

Slow to respond and lacked knowledge of this car. Always makes me wonder why a sales manager or Internet manager would put a potential sale of a vehicle in the hands of someone who has little to no knowledge of the car. Odd.

I drove all the way from Houston to deal with the dealership and I was not disappointed. My salesman Cody was very polite and made my car buying experience as pleasant as I could have hoped for. Best way to start a business deal on the wrong foot is wasting the customers time! I was in contact with Jesse all week about this particular truck. Scheduled my appointment with him so when I get there I assumed he'd be prepared since we had an appointment. When I arrived he was finishing up a deal which was fine, he appointed me to another sales man. We went out to look at the 4Runner and I was going over the specs because I'd already did my analysis and wanted to omit the long drawn out presentation. They couldn't find the keys to the truck and I waited over an hour to test drive . If I had an appointment wouldn't it be a good idea to have everything prepared?! Once the find the loaner keys he explained the vehicle only comes with one key. When we open the truck door we're greeted by the smell of smoke. Further cigarette burns on the ceiling of the truck indicate the previous owner was a smoker followed by a noticeable amount of animal hair. I try to look past that since surely they'd be cleaning it if I decided to purchase. They were prominent dents on the driver side along with the door siding flapping which was due to the previous owner locking the keys in the car. I test drive it and noticed at 60mph the car started shaking, for a certified vehicle to be shaking at 60. The red flags were coming faster then I could calculate. Once I got back to the dealership I proceeded to back the truck in and it started making a rubbing noise. The salesman noticed it and looked back but never said anything. I'm looking at the mileage of this vehicle and pull up the emails I sent Jesse and the specs aren't matching. Come to find out that vehicle sold and the vehicle I test drove was $3k more. At this point I was heavily annoyed and explained there was no way I'd be paying 29k for the condition of that truck when I specifically came for another. If the truck sold the decision should've been left to myself on whether I wanted to looks at another truck. The sales guy ended up brining Jesse over who condescendingly told me because I've never owned a 4Runner I don't know the value. I briefly educated him on comps that numbers don't lie before walking out. You don't have to pay me anything to stay away from this place! To say I won't return is an understatement!

Went to view and start paperwork on the vehicle. Come to find out after a call in the afternoon, when I was to get a call first thing in the AM, the car was sold. the salesman apologized on not thinking what he could have done to hold the vehicle for me much less he didn't follow up as I was told. Now I have another inquiry on my credit for nothing.

We showed up ready to buy, but couldn't test drive the vehicle. We get that non serious buyers show up and want to just test drive a car. But it was the manner in which we were told we could not test drive the vehicle. We went to another dealership. Test drove the car and are in the process of negotiating terms. They even just let us leave, we were sort of offended that they did not even try to sale us the car. Wow!

I will never use this dealership againg. After their offer us an amount for our trade-in and we accept, they never call back and we went there again they reduce their offer on our trade infor $2k. So we walk out of their dealership. Worse experience and will not recommend them to anybody.

Worst experience ever I've had with a dealership purchasing a car. We were actually I thought in the process working on this car I was interested in and while they were working with me they actually sold the car to someone else. It was unbelievable and unexplainable on their part. None of the sales persons that I was working with had the audacity to call me back or answer my calls to explain to me what had happened. I would not recommend anyone to them I am surprised they don't already have a bad reputation.

I recently purchased a 2012 Toyota RAV4 from Alamo Toyota. Richard Galvan is without a doubt the best professional I have run across in this business. He was low key, very knowledgeable, a very good listener, and genuinely wanted to help. The entire buying experience was a pleasure. I also had a very good overall impression of the Alamo Toyota dealership. If you are in the market for a new or used Toyota, don't settle for a run of the mill salesperson. I would recommend giving Richard a call.
