Terrible, the amount in the web is not real, they said it could be 1000, but after make me wait for 2 hour there, they ask me for 4500$ that’s crazy and the guy laugh when I tell him the monthly payment the they put in the web page, so it was all lie and lack of respect.

Lack customer service!!! Not willing to provide the basics (full tank of gas and two keys). Based on the reviews I should’ve expected anything else. Just like one of the reviews they offer great pricing but price is not everything! Thanks but no thanks!!

Run. Went here to look at this vehicle. They take forever just to pull up the vehicle. The worst dealer I’ve ever been to. From the moment on the lot to the moment I walked out of there when they told me my trade in car had a DIRTY CARFAX and offered me $4500 less than another dealer for it. My vehicle is a CLEAN CARFAX 1 owner, certified pre owned car with 60k miles on it and no accidents. They didn’t even have the print out of my carfax with them! I questioned her and she had nothing to say. Couldn’t have walked out of there faster. I can’t imagine what they try to pull with fees and financing. Don’t waste your time.

I contacted this dealer 3 different times for a week. Twice through email & once through online chat with very detailed communications on what I needed. All I ever received in return were form emails that they obviously send to everyone asking when I can come in. As do not live close by, I wanted to be further along in the process than “just looking around “ before I made the drive. I explained this in my last email & still no answer. I am giving them a 2 star rating because in my mind, a one would indicate dishonesty. They have not been dishonest, only unresponsive.

Had a good experience - saw the vehicle on CarGuru, dealer had a different price. Told them what the price was on CarGurus and they said, no problem, we'll honor that price. After the customary dealer fees, which seemed reasonable, and added taxes, I bought the vehicle. Did seem a little anxious to do the deal, but then again its why they are in business. Very Fair, listened to my concerns, changed the numbers to make it all fit.

Not a good experience at all. The car was up front but the car was quite dirty. The salesperson quoted a price that was $4,000 different than the advertised offer. bought the car they did not explain everything. The car air conditioning went out one day later. I brought the car back the next day they had to change the air conditioning compressor and the dryer. Two days off from work just because of the car. And then I asked for another key they told me I had to buy it. I saw a vehicle on your listing that I want to purchase for myself but because of the service I will not. I was there I'm in the car for my daughter.

Bait and switch on prices advertised - $2500+/- added for basics but much higher than necessary. Was bowled over by their purchase order total. "Well, we gotta pay the people upstairs," was the salesman's reply. Totally immersed in hounding prospective buyers, almost (OK, NOT almost) to the point of spamming on e-mail, phone & text after contact. Gimme outta here!!! ..... plus test drive vehicle was stinky.

Al Hendrickson has contacted me over 100 times (literally) via phone, email, and text, despite me having told them I am not interested in a new car. I have asked them many times to take me off their contact list, and they keep calling. I went to visit them after setting up an appointment and was made to wait 45 minutes to meet the rep, after which they misrepresented the situation and continued to try to sell me. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had.

they added 2500 in add on fees. they overcharged for the title , the plates, and many extra the extra addon fees . Told me they did not neogiate fees. so even though the car was 500 cheaper to begin with, afterward they were 2000 higher than other dealers.

Terrible service. Waited outside in the heat for 30 minutes for a vehicle to be brought around. Then they told us that the vehicle needed gas and they would bring it around in a few minutes. Waited another 15 minutes before leaving. No further follow up from dealership.

Avoid this dealer. Deceptive practices. First he didn't want to honor Cargurus quote but eventually accepted when shown e-mail I had received from cargurus. The dreaded old fashion haggling with manager turn me off. He told me he lowered the price to get customer in the showroom but had to recoup his money with dealer fees which in my opinion were exorbitant. From $11927 the final price jumped to $14500. I left the showroom mad for the waste of time and resources. Avoid this dealer, I gave him a 1 star rating only because the 0 star rating doesn't exist.

I di purchase a vehicle here but the car I was interested in was not at the dealership. It wasn't until I wasted 1/2 day that I was informed it was a demo. I did ultimately buy the car, but the follow-up prior to the purchase was very disorganized and I would give them a grade of a C+, They knew I was coming in 5 hours before I arrived and the car was very dirty.

Yes the first person was helpful in calling me and informing me the car I was interested in was gone(can you say Bait and Switch). Then the next car he tried to show us was a manual transmission, we were not interested. Since his call I have received no less than 8+ follow up calls from the dealership, absolute waste of man power, waste of my time and ridiculous cold call tactic. I think they finally got the message the last person who called me

I utilized Car Gurus to help me find the best deal possible on a used car, a 2018 Mustang GT Convert. Al Hendrickson Toyota had a huge selection & very good prices! On 3/11/2019, after signing all the paperwork to buy the car, as I was walking out the front door w/ my wife, we were informed that they only had 1 key. I attempted to argue the car originally came w/ two keys & that this is industry standard, & that this is the 1st time that we've been told that they only have 1 key. Additionally, when I got in my "new" car and started it up, immediately a warning came up "8 Miles to Empty". It was late & I decided to address these issues via email the next day. I emailed the dealership my displeasure about only getting 1 key, and the empty gas tank & they've never done anything to correct these grievances. In response, I was told that dealership policy is to only provide 1 key & the only solution that was offered was paying someone else to make me a key. Bad Customer Service!

I thought I had done all I needed to do to get the right rate for my budget. I was prequalified for loan, I got my trade in value before going to this dealer. When I left there I felt scammed. The trade in value for my car was 2000 they fixed some numbers to make it look like I was getting the same deal. They told me they were putting it towards the taxes. With stress I was under I accepted it when it should of gone to the principal payment to make my loan amount less. They kept telling me it was all the same! The 1000 I put down out of pocket went I don’t know where. Watch out for Al Hendrickson Toyota they will do what it takes to make the sale and make you think you’re getting the best deal. I am incredibly unhappy! Oh and to make themselves feel better they gave me 3 years of service. Make sure any money you put down goes to the principal. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

Went on a holiday weekend which was probably a mistake. They were very busy. The car we looked at had not been prepped very well and was very dirty inside. Came back midweek with my daughter to look at another vehicle for her and had a much different experience. More positive experience this time, but the two star rating is for the first experience over the weekend with the poorly prepped vehicle.

Terrible...will never do business with this dealer. I had at least 5 different salesperson call me about every day, even though I told the first sales rep I wasn’t interested in the vehicle due to no moon roof. I told the theirs sales rep that called me that I already was not interested and told him to tell the rest of their team to not call me about this since the vehicle didn’t fit our needs. Next morning got another call from a different rep and then another rep. They won’t stop calling. This dealer needs to talk internally with each other. Bad customer experience. Will never inquire about another vehicle from this dealer.

After two days of dealing with multiple people at this dealer, driving over an hour to look at the vehicle and being lied to about financing. I was fed nothing but lies. I was told the first person I spoke with was a fake person who didnt even work there. That was a lie. The employees I dealt with on site were nothing but scammers. I was even told the person that I was working with the night before who guaranteed I was approved for financing was fired that day Which was a COMPLETE LIE. Then they ran my credit AGAIN the next day without my permissiom I called back for additional information and spoke with the person I was told was fired. This started on a Friday and I was still getting calls on Monday from different people. Management should be ashamed of the way their employees behave I am 100% buying a new vehicle I wasn't just browsing but it definitely will not be from these LIARS I hope this is looked into further by management.

I certainly would not recommend this establishment to any of my friends or coworkers. During the discussion of the final agreed price for the vehicle, the Pre-owned dealership manager sat down with us in an effort, I guess, to help 'close the deal' since my wife and I indicated that we wanted to check another vehicle that I had previously arranged to see at a nearby dealership. He indicated that the quoted price we had just agreed upon would no longer be valid once we left your property even if we returned in a couple of hours to purchase the vehicle. I am trying to reconcile that particular tactic with what is listed under the dealership's VP's signature on his emails which says "All quotes valid for 24 hours within same calender month". If this approach is this company's standard approved practice then all I can say is "BUYER BEWARE!!".

They are looking out for their pockets only and to take advantage of everyone walking in the door. The woman working the front counter was bragging to a salesman that he just made 6500 profit off the last customer.

I never got to actually see the truck. Initially they called me right away to schedule a viewing. The viewing was scheduled they said they’d send a text confirmation I never received it. When I texted back to change the appointment I never got a response. I got a call on the day of the appointment that I no longer wanted asking if I would still make it. We finally got the date and time sorted. I got a call the morning of the appointment to confirm. Showed up and waited more than half an hour. I never spoke to a dealer or saw the truck. The place was swamped to be honest but I tried texting and calling while at the dealership never got a reply.

They will stick to the internet price when you are there, but will drop it $298.00 thirty minutes after you leave and call the previous price a mistaken listing. Then after emailing and texting you the next day, they will tell you that they will call you back in 5 minutes on being $398.00 apart from making a sale, but they don't. You as a customer are nothing but a number, and based on volume selling, do they even care? I've worked for Fortune 100 companies in sales for over 25 years, I cannot recall an arrogant stance as this. One of the Managers told me that I am unhappy because I did not get what I want, BUT they forget: I am the CUSTOMER, and I can spend my money anywhere I want, since car sales is a very competitive field. P.S.:They bumped the price back up $298.00 Just sayin'

Nice enough guys. We’re comminicative but never even made it to the dealership. Called about vehicle and was told it was in stock and had the key feature I needed. Then they called back saying it’s not in, and that it didn’t have the feature nor any of the others. Disappointing and misinformed at first, but at least saved me the trip in a friendly manner. 4 stars for friendliness and not being overly pushy

No manners, no way how to talk to someone. Came all the way from fort Myers but these people are very rude and mannerless. Next day on the phone GM brian call me and i overheard him call me an idiot, shows a lot what kind of people they hire. Luther assisted as the salesman. Jenna and Fernando assisted with the finances. All worked very hard with me to come to an agreement that I was happy with. I appreciated the focused effort and amount of time they all were willing to put in in order to close the deal. I would definitely recommend them as a place from which to purchase a car.

Long and a bit aggressive. People were nice but will tell you anything to make a sale. How about if you get an extended warranty I can get you a better rate. If I had not went to several different places prior I probably would have walked out. I know one has to do whatever to make a sale . Obviously they have been in business for a long time and are doing something right. I was not happy that my car gas was not filled and they did not wash the car before I took. Other than that I absolutely love my car and am pleased with my selection.

This was a bait and switch - they kept us there for 45 minutes telling us the car was on the lot and during that time tried to switch us to several other vehicles. Finally, a different salesman told us the Porsche had been sold several weeks earlier. We will never do business with this dealership.

Straight nonsense at this place. Don't take me for a fool. I don't appreciate it. I went to see this SUV and was told there was no budge in this price. It was 44900 at the time. I was told no. I said get me down to 40-41 and we can talk cause this car brand new it 54 retail. Drive off the lot in a new car and it’s now worth 7-10k less. So am I really going to pay 45 for a used Jeep with 2,200 miles on it that is a 17? No way. I managed to get an 18 brand new for 48900 at a Jeep dealership. So let's see, am I going to buy a used 17 suv for 4k less than a brand new one. Am I dumb? And yet 4 days later they drop the price to 41,977. Ain't that something. I thought there was no budge on price. This car drops 20 percent the second it leaves the lot as a new car. Don't take people for fools. You lost a potential customer cause of it. But that’s how it is.

After continuously calling the dealer and emailing. I finally contacted them again only to speak with someone who wasn't at all helpful. I was told someone would contact me which no-one EVER did. For someone trying to purchase a car, you would think they would do a better job of customer service. However, I discovered another problem when the salesman I spoke with asked if I wanted to do financing with them and he figured I was a cash buyer through our conversation, so he couldn't make any extra money off of me. He stated "we treat cash buyers just the same as those who finance with us" . Where did that come from??? For him to make that statement, I already drew a negative sign and I NEVER heard back from him again! The salesman was quick to explain the $3500 fees upfront and stated they make their money through the fees since their prices are the best. However, it seems that you pay more. for a 47,700..(the price it should be after doing my research of other vehicles alike), by the time you add 3500, I would have been paying more for this car than others alike. No thanks to this dealership. Go to Yelp and look at the other reviews! I should have known.

Horrible experience ! Absolute feeling that they try to rip you off, charge crazy fees, the car was $10.977 and after fees the price went up to over $14.800 and that included traid in! They told us that was their final price. We left and next morning the car went down $1000 on their web site! Ridiculous!

Dealer says upfront, "we have a $3000 in dealer fees on this car". I said, "who buys cars from you with those exorbitantly high fees?" He says, "we are the number 3 Toyota dealer in the US." Terrible experience. The vehicle was listed at $16,977.00 they agreed to sell it to me at that price and when I sat down to pay for it they had added thousands in dealer fees. After dealing with the salesman and sales manager we left without the vehicle. Later the same day I bought the same vehicle at another dealership.

The car was advertised for $9900 on web They don't tell you the are going to inflate the coso by over $3000. YOU need to read the paper they are presenting to you towards the end so you can read the extra fees they add without even telling you first: $800 for nitrogen in tires $1200 for e- filing AND on top of that the dealer fees. VERY DECEIVING PEOPLE! They didn't want to take the extra charges off so I left without a purchase. Thank you for wasting my time Al Hendrickson Toyota. Bad business.

Drive over to look at the vehicle. When I got there the internet manager came out and greet and turn me over to sale person who showed me the vehicle. I look at the vehicle and and fell in love with so I said to to the sales person to run the numbers to see what my trade was worth . He said if that if I wasn't serious he couldn't run the numbers . I was stunned as I just told him I like the vehicle. He walked away from me as I was a bother to him .

Horrible dealership, Erik never responds after the 1st email. They have low selling price but when you ask for price after taxes and fees,they add back 3k to the price. Scammers. A Rolando there isn't much better, texted me to offer help and when I texted back, now nothing. I think they all suck there!

They were sheisty, shady crooks. They dropped $4K off the car I looked at in Internet deal, but since I had never bought a car before ( & they knew it..).... they stacked 5,000 back onto car in dealer fees an tax was calculated wrong as well. In the end, they shuffled me around from person to person only interested in getting your money "right then and there"....and tried to sell me on car $4000 higher than we started at.

The dealer called, but he was mixed up on the name. I asked if it was still available, he said yes. I went down there and there was a sold tag on the dash, but the salesman said it wasn't sold. I drove it, really liked it, and made an offer. After about 15 minutes, a manager came to me and said it was already sold. They wasted a ton of my time. They do not have their act together at all.

If I can rate a 0 I would. I had read the ratings on them before heading over and they were all negative but I thought I would give them a chance. I went with my family and my fiancée because he is a mechanic. Since the moment we arrived to the moment we left all of the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we got there 4 sales associate's were slauching on a bench, they didn't even budge as they saw us coming instead they they started cracking jokes to us across the parking lot. As we aproched to the door that is when one of the men turned of their cigarette on the bench and ran to meet us. I honestly would have bought a car that day cash but because of the staff and the managers behavior I did not, not even Lower deal would have changed my mind.

I have been a loyal customer with Al Hendrickson Toyota since the early 90's along with 12 members of my family. I only purchase vehicle from this dealership. Why? Because of their professionalism, courtesy, customer service skills a 10, atomsphere is like family. I have not had a rude person or experience from this dealership. They work with you. The owner's Hendrickson Sr. & Jr. I meet once. The courtesy drivers caters to your needs as well as the salesman. The Financial dept have some great guys as well. My latest experience was June 2014 wherein I accompanied an associate to purchase a vehicle, Wesner (finance dept) was really great. I just appreciate the whole experience, and I am not the one to take things so lightly when or if I am being treated out of order. I will seek the attention of the TOP person in charge...CEO. However, there is no need for that. The Hendrickson runs a smooth business. I am speaking solely about my experiences. If you contact this dealership by phone or email........ I guarantee you will get a response with 3-5 minutes. Just speaking soley by experiences. This company truly is a great place to purchase a vehicle.

BUYER BEWARE!! I have never been so mistreated by a dealership ever!! The price of the used car I purchased drew me in. However, I have been dealing with their financing scam ever since. Not only do they charge the highest dealership fees (over $2500) they fraudulently charged me for an extended service contract for $849 that I never agreed to purchase. Almost a month later and I have yet to be reimbursed. Not to mention, they sent in the payoff for my trade in that was short. I have continued to try and contact them about rectifying the situation and have been transferred around over and over and blatantly ignored by the finance manager. Please don't let this happen to you. Look elsewhere, I'm sure you will find what you are looking for without being taken advantage of. Absolute nightmare!!!

We were contacted immediately by salesman, who was courteous and professional. Unfortunately the dealer fees and extras that have been talked about in other reviews (about 2k total) are real. To his credit, the salesman did talk about these fees up front. At the end of the day, the reduced advertised price was no better than other dealers. for this reason, we decided to purchase our car locally rather than make the 86 mile trip.

"BUYERS BEWARE!!! Dealer sold me a Toyota Camry, model year 2007. I later found out it was manufactured in March of 06. They led me to believe it was a 5 year old vehicle. My stupidity for not checking the car fax report before purchasing and not checking inside the driver’s door for the manufactures date. I did ask for the car fax report 3 times but they conveniently forgot to give it to me while I was filling out paperwork. It was a long day, and I failed to ask for the report again. When i got home i also notice the dash board was patched up and painted over. The body finish was also worn, as if the clear coat was removed. It looked shinny at first glance but as I looked at it in better light I could tell that they waxed over a dull painted finish. The finance guy was pleasant to work but other than that I was not satisfied with the dealerships sales ethics......If there is such thing as ethics in used cars sales? I have purchased new and used vehicles in the past 20 years at Maroone Chevy in Lake Worth and I never had a problem. I probably will be going back in the near future to Maroone Chevy to trade this vehicle in, even if there is a loss in trade in value. Note: Al Hendrickson has their vehicles listed approx 2000 less than other dealers, but when you add their 999.99 dealer fee and the 245.00 for nitro fill in there tires (which both fees they refused to lower or remove) you are not saving a thing.. Note: Do not trade your vehicle in at Al Hendrickson Toyota. They offered me 100.00 for my 2004 Chevy Trailblazer. I turned around and sold it for 3100.00. I should have realized whom i was dealing with at that time. LESSON LEARNED"

Extremely Unhelpful_ Found a vehicle on line that I wanted to purchase from this dealership. I wanted to have the vehicle shipped to me out of state. Unfortunately I was turned away by the internet director and the used car director. Both were uninterested in selling the vehicle to me as it was “Too Much Trouble” to ship the vehicle or even consider doing so. I had intended on paying for the shipping out of my own pocket. Silly me! I thought car dealerships were in business to sell vehicles. I assume this dealer has been un- affected by the poor economy. Must be nice!!!!!
