Warning!!!! This is a Lure and reel you in dealership with its practice. List a super low mileage car at a great price and when I contacted them I was told it sold very fast on their lot. Interesting cause it shows it has been up for sale for a month but it happened to sell the same day I inquired. But we have other cars. Then when I asked them if they were a bait and switch dealership they said no and they were just giving me options. Well I contacted this dealership for the advertised car not something else. A car that they might have had at some point but won’t take the listing down cause it generates leads. Don’t waste your time with this place.

The car is beautiful and well kept but I left there last night in the middle of the transaction because I felt the dealer didn't value my business. I went there for a specific car with a dollar amount in mind which might not have been a lot to them but it was well in my budget. The finance manager spoke to me as if I he didn't believe I came with the check from my credit union for financing and asked to see the check, he went on the explain that they would need to put in place back-up financing just in case mine didn't go through. I could hear the interactions between the sales person and his manager from where I was sitting which just didn't make me feel valued. I unfortunately felt I might not have been the demographic they appreciated in at the dealership.

They were quick to respond and seemed to have fair prices but we were turned off by the high pressure approach and being double teamed by sales team. One or both would call several times a day “to see if I got the message from the other team member about xyz”. Sometimes they called within an hour of each other with information we already knew presumably to keep them forefront in our minds. If the pressure was that high to get us in the door, what would it be like once we got there? We never found out because we chose not to go there.

Great experience with Concord Acura and Simon. Efficient, honest and easy process. Car was exactly as advertised. Entire process was less than two hours including a test drive. Omar was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I would steer clear of Nazir. He just talks, knows nothing or very little about the product he’s selling

Pretty good in responding when they actually do. Sometimes days go by (business days) without a response. They don’t negotiate at all when pricing wasn’t even great originally. My sales person wasn’t a friendly lady.

We thought we had agreed to a price and a plan to return with the money once I arranged it. We were told that would be OK. No mention that they might try to sell the car before we returned in 3 days. Then a day later I get a call that the car had been sold. NO ONE said this would be a possible problem. Had I known, I would have left a firm deposit till I could arrange the total. I was not told I had to do that to hold the car. I thought we had a clear honest deal. Guess not... Very disappointed...

Overall, Lyn was very good at responding to my questions and trying to facilitate a visit for me to see this vehicle. However, due to my schedule and the timeframe in which I'd like to purchase a vehicle, and the price, I am not ready to purchase at this time. I will check in in the future. The only star off is for the fact that in a rush to get a sale, there were criteria that I had for a vehicle that I don't feel were heard. So there were many emails and inquiries that were unnecessary.

Not Acura level of experience. This was my second used car from Acura dealer, first one was from another dealer and i had wonderful experience - car was very nicely clean and everything that i raised were fixed so I had high expectation from acura dealer again when i bought my second used car - but i had no where close to even local dealer experience. Acura of concord just wanted to sell me the car with highest margin/gain.. car was so dirty even though I told them that car is not clean - it was not at all professional cleaning, points i raised were not fixed - i wish i had not taken car from them.. I felt so bad and low in first few days after taking delivery that even after putting so much money there was no satisfaction - I had to spend $1000 more to get it clean and to fix broken things. I would not recommend this dealer - i think they hardly get any customers so they are desperate to sell with highest margin.

I have mixed reviews of this dealership. The original salesman I worked with made and excellent deal for me online. However, when I agreed to come in for a test drive he tried to raise the price back up. I won't stand for being treated like that I went into the dealership and asked to speak the the General Manager. When the GM saw the email where the deal had been made he honored it. That was good business, so kudos to the GM!

The salesman did not know much about the car and was evasive when asked questions. After a test drive, he blamed the poor performance of the car on the local roads. While negotiating the price, it felt like he was doing me a favor to offer me the car. So when I asked to see another car he said "I thought you were buying this car." We went out to car #2 but he didn't bring the key, so we had to wait. He stated they were short staffed that day and we didn't see him again. The receptionist brought the key out and opened the door. She said she'd tell him we wanted to test drive it, but after waiting a reasonable amount of time we left because no one came back. I got a better less expensive car at a different dealer.

Exceeded our expectations, fantastic to work with. Anthony was wonderful and so was John in fimance. Would recommend anyone to go there, we drove from Sacramento and it was so worth the drive.

This dealer is a joke I was specifically looking for a certain make and model and color and this guys starts showing me nissans and other models and mid size SUVs I told him I'm looking for a 4 door sedan

The sales experience was pretty good, the finance experience was excellent... Thorough and quick! I received an initial email upon my interest of a vehicle and then no response when I sent back questions. The interior of the car was not cleaned that well ... garbage and a child's bouncy ball was in plain sight. Once home, a lot of dirt came off the seats which was really disappointing.

Five stars because I cannot think of an improvement they could make. Not saying they're perfect, but it was a good experience to buy a used 2005 Sienna from them. I am sure it helped that we picked the car online and drove over 3 hours to the dealership. There was no sales pressure. A full CarFax was provided, plus a report of what their service department had done such as new brake pads.I felt communication was clear and direct, and even personable at times. On our 3rd day with the vehicle, we are very happy with it. I would buy from the dealer again.

Overpriced cars, sales manager, Anatoly was quite arrogant. The used car inventory is overpriced. It may be that they want to cater to people who pay full sticker price.

The car I was interested in was in North or South Carolina. I talked to someone at the Dealership twice. Then someone called my cell phone and left messages over and over again. Finally had to call and tell them to take me off their phone call list. Silly to advertise cars that are thousand of miles away like they are at a local dealership so annoying.

Drove through an hour of traffic to check out a 07 TL type S. The car had to be jump started after I stood outside for 20 minutes for the salesman to find a key. Then the car died before it could move a foot. The salesman then told me about a car that he would have ready in a couple days and that he would send me pictures and info when it was ready. I haven't heard anything and it's been a week. Serious lack of professionalism here.

Contacted Acura of Concord regarding a vehicle they advertised. Spoke to the Sales Manager....he said he would check with management about my offer. Never heard back. Called the next day and vehicle was sold while I was waiting for their response.
