Be leery and very careful about doing business with these guys. They had a vehicle advertised at $8888, down from $12,888 originally with several drops over the weeks to the $8888 price. It's smoke and mirrors with these unethical buttheads. When I said I wanted to buy the vehicle, they said it was rusty. I said I would have it inspected ( I'm out of state ) and the next thing they did was tell me it was a pending sale. A day or two later and they have it listed at $13,888!!! I email them with interest to see what happens and they email me back "it's pending". Stay away from these foreigners and the way they do business.

Sir your offer was $4700 under bluebook value and nobody spoke to you rudely or poorly I believe you were upset at the fact that we would not accept a loss to earn your business !Fortunately for us our customers are typically better prepared and don't insult us thus receive the excellent customer service dozens of other users have shared about us.

Frank we  are  small dealership we don't have 100 banks, so in  your situation we was  not sure  about approval truck was 2005, 13 years  unit with 140k its  not so easy to finance ....

They responded in timely manner. They favored a cash offer and reached out with lower rates to obtain a sale. Offered one time lower rate for 24 hours, unfortunately it was a Sunday at 10pm and their were no open banks.

I spoke with a rep but didn't get to meet him. Very professional and knowledgeable of the truck. Answered my call and all my questions. Pricing was slightly negotiable but were were a little too far apart but he still offered for me to view the truck and did follow up with me a few days later. He wasn't overly persistent and called about 2/3 times but I didn't answer. I didn't buy from here but the rep seemed nice and inviting.

I ended up buying a different vehicle from a private party but they were extremely helpful and nice. They promptly responded to me and gave me a test drive that day. I never felt pressured or hassled at all. I would absolutely check them out for my next car purchase.

Awesome customer service. We came out from the Bay Area and test drove. Loan and application took 10 min. They even delivered the car, due to it being a bday gift. Car was in good shap even being yes. Old Greg and Mark did all the leg work. Happy customer.

i worked primarily with mark, at abm motors, beginning mid january 2016 (1-16-2016), and he was a complete pleasure to deal with. greg and mark are great! from the beginning, i was interested in only 1 car in their inventory - a 2005 vw golf tdi, with ~196k miles. i knew all about this generation of tdi's, their reputation for being reliable, for lasting a long time, for fuel economy, etcetera. to their credit, abm motors took my word for what i wanted, and there was absolutely no pressure or sales tactics to get me to spend more money (list price was ~$4k). we drove up from the san francisco bay area, looked at the car, test drove it, and it was really good. on the drive up, we were delayed by traffic (late), but every step of the way, mark was more than accommodating. he gave us an extra-long test drive, since we came all the way up, and from the beginning i expressed my desire to have an independent mechanic of my choosing check out the vw. so we drove it over to a sacramento mechanic who specializes in tdi's, and although the inspection took the better part of 4 hours, mark was calm, patient, and helpful. the car checked out. passed with flying colours, and the mechanic expressed that this was an awesome price for a car with this many miles, in such good condition. well worth it, he thought. so we drove the car back to the dealer's lot with mark, and started the negotiations and paperwork. given that there were a few issues with the car (it was going to need a new timing belt / timing belt service... there was no evidence that it was recently performed, and in these cars replacing the timing belt on-schedule is crucial), mark and his colleague greg (handling the financial end) were willing to pay the tax and fees, so that my cost out-the-door was equal to the listed sale price. i was happy with that arrangement. we put some cash down to hold it, entered into a binding agreement, and we were on our way. we made a deal to pay the remainder the following week (7 days? 10 days? i forget...) and we knew that we were going to take it back to the mechanic to have the brakes done, the timing belt service performed, and a couple of other things. (this was another awesome thing about them! that they didn't need us to pay it all that day... they worked with us so that we could wait for my next paycheck!) mark was willing to (and did) drive the car over to the mechanic so that they could perform the mechanical work with the hope that it would be completed by the time we drove back up to make the final payment and drive the volkswagen home. this is exceptional service for a $4k sale! even after the sale closed (january 31st), mark stayed in touch to make sure we were happy with our new-to-us volkswagen. we were, and promised to write glowing reviews of their service and honesty. i must stress, that from the get go, mark and greg at abm motors were very honest. if they did not know something (missing service records for the car), they told me so. he gave me as much info about the car's history as he had, i ran a carfax report, and autocheck report, and he told me what they knew about it. mark answered my questions every step of the way: he was patient, kind, and responsive. i only wish all customer-facing professionals behaved with as much open and up-front honesty as abm motors showed myself and my wife in this deal. 5+++ stars for the entire team (mark and greg!) at abm motors. they were awesome and easy to deal with. it made any of my possible anxiety about dealing with "used-car-dealers" go away.

We drove to Sacramento to test drive the Jeep. We informed the salesman it was for our daughter to take to College. He said to return the following week and the vehicle would be serviced and ready for her. We returned and purchased the vehicle on 2/09/16, and on 2/10/16 it went into the shop. It has been there since. I am now up to $3000.00 in repairs. Lesson learned.

The car wasn't there and they were unable to produce it. Claimed it was "at the mechanic" getting the A?C compressor replaced and brake lines fixed.

Having had more than a few "blue suede shoes" experiences, we were really relieved to be greeted by Mark when we pulled onto their lot. Mark's welcome and the appearance of the vehicles on the lot told me I was at the right place,finally. My wife had duly cautioned me not to look too eager to buy the truck I came to see as she would be "wheeling & dealing" on the price. Mark went with us for a test drive and when we got back, my wife went into the office to meet the dreaded "closer", Greg. I stayed out, as instructed by the "wheeler- dealer", trying not to look too eager. When I heard them laughing inside, I knew I was going to get the truck. She came out with a thumbs up and a smile. Greg remarked that he was glad she didn't get his shoes off his feet and we all had a chuckle. No high pressure, no drama just good humor and a fun experience. After the deal was done and all the papers signed, Mark took the truck to their mechanic and had a burnt out running light bulb replaced and gassed her up. That's what I call service.
