These guys are hustlers. The price of the vehicle is nowhere close to what’s listed. I came to the dealer to buy the car cash so the price was 4 thousand dollars more. The guy told me that the price is only if you finance with them and you have a credit score of 740. Run away from these guys all the negative review are true. The positive reviews are done by their own staff. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

Scam artists, I called 1 hour before arriving at the dealership to look at 2 Dodge Ram trucks they advertised for sale on there website. I was told they were both on site. When I arrived at the dealership I was told both trucks were sold the previous evening. The salesman nick that brought out a old ford truck for me to look at. This dealership should be fined for there bait an switch tactics. I should have read the reviews before drivin3 hours round trip. Stay far away from these scammers

As many other reviews said, typical bait and switch. Contacted dealer, received very fast email and phone response. Made appointment to come in and see the car. Day of appt I called them being as no one had called me that day. Gentleman said the girl that contacted me "had a family emergency" but he found my info told me the car was there and could I be there for 1pm. Arrived at 1 and was told the car was in the "service dept" for a problem with the transmission. When I confirmed the right car, he had the wrong car then told me the correct one "isn't physically here, but can I show you some other cars? I'll give you a great deal, and match that price". None of the other cars were the same model, one the grill was falling off and 1/2 the dashboard components didn't work. Then he tried selling me 2 other same brand cars that just pulled in on a trailer from the auction they bought them at! Naturally he also tried to upsell me to a newer model car they had listed for $16,000. When I asked how good of deal could he give me on that car he goes into their pricing and added in the "rebates" most people wouldn't be eligible for i.e. the $795 "college students who have graduated during the last 12 months...college grad rebate." The $745 "Active military personnel and military veterans...rebate." And lastly the $995 "21st century auto group customer loyalty rebate...if you purchased a vehicle from the us during the previous 3 years". (those quotes are taken directly from their website) Which in and of itself speaks volumes about the place. Why should you need to purchase another vehicle from them within 3 years if they sell such quality cars? (But I digress) Finally, I went to leave when I realized he wouldn't come close to the price of the car I came to see. At that point he started throwing out prices at me, one being $10,000. I told him I wanted to test drive the car and if I liked it he had a cash deal. Then he went to talk to the manager and that deal went away rather quickly, as did I. I'm sure some people have actually had a great experience here but I walked out of there and felt violated. Listen to the reviews similar to mine, they are obviously on here for a reason, stay far far away from the place.

Bait and switch. Drove an hour to see a car that was never there. According to them it was at a shop since Wednesday. Spoke with them that Thursday and 10 minutes before i left on Saturday of the same week. Never once told me the car wasn’t there. Then proceeded to try and sell me a more expensive car on the lot for the same model. Shady business

The dealer replied to my email inquiry regarding the 2014 BMW 535i xDrive AWD indicating they'd love for me to visit and test drive the lovely vehicle. Additionally, I received a phone message asking that I contact them. So, I did. Once there and meeting a few nice staff members I was finally informed the car is not there. As the other reviewer mentioned it was a big waste of my time. Apparently, advertising bogus information will get potential buyers in the door. Needless to say I was very disappointed and I will pass on my experience to fellow buyers. Today's date 3/17/2018

Confirmed with their sales 3 times before arriving on day of due to the number of reviews about enticing buyers in with nonexistent inventory. Last confirmation was 30 minutes to arrival as they previously informed me of having 300 vehicles so the purpose of my call was to get it available for a test drive. Guess what... the vehicle I asked for went for detailing. Left there with the quickness. Waste of time, energy and gas.

Salesman avoided most of my questions ( poor salesman skills ) . Wasn’t until the sales manager came over to help that I was able to get some answer . But he was able to inform me that the car prices include about $4000. In rebates , so if you’re not in college add 795$ if you’re not in the military add 795$ if you’re not one of their “ loyalty “ members 995$ and 795$ “transportation” fee . Also , the person I had been speaking with was “off” when I got there and there was no way I could test drive the vehicle . The sales manager was the only decent one there but in my opinion I would STAY AWAY

. they advertise a car for good price, I called to confirm the car is available, I wasted 3 hours and they said "oh sorry this car just sold " of course they have other cars to sell to you. for the next 2 weeks the girl at the front desk, confirming that the car is available, kept calling me to schedule a test drive when she didn't know am the same person even so, they have fancy expensive cars and fancy place, they have very very bad reputation. the car was 2015 BMW x5 21k mil $34k, the cars they will offer with their added fees will end up way more expensive than if you were bought it for the original dealer certified and clean

Went to 21 Century on 10/19/2017 to take a look at a silver 2011 Cadillac AWD SRX that I spotted on CarGurus fully expecting to leave and purchase a 2010 black AWD SRX at another local dealer. Once I got there and saw the vehicle and sat down with Justice the sales consutant and started talking price I was ready to buy that day and did. its been over two weeks and I love car.

Went there for 1 car and was showed another car. Was told it might have been sold. It was on the website for an additional 2 weeks. Guess they needed to sell the car that was 8g more! I call that bait and switch! Wasted my time, money on gas and tolls.

This dealer really got me going to go in to take a look at the car I was interested in, but before going in they kept changing price and I called them b4 heading out there and they told me it was sold but yet is still posted on their website for a higher price. After extensive vehicle research and test drives, I decided that the Maserati would be the best fit for me. John greeted me and showed me what he had in stock. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and his sales style thankfully was not the typical salesmanship often seen at a dealership. That said, he and the finance manager Lilia were motivated to sell me the car and they accepted my lease offer. He was literally running through the dealership trying to process the paperwork as quickly as he could as he knew I had limited time. Everyone involved was very nice, and the facility itself is very comfortable and classy. Happy to recommend 21st century auto group.

Dealer indicated great price for truck, allowed me to schedule meeting to come in and see vehicle. however on arrival the truck mysteriously developed drive train issues. Dealer then tried pushing me towards more expensive truck onsite. When leaving the lot, obviously disappointed that I drive over an hour to get to, I saw the truck that I had seen online with a great price. It wasn't being loaded to go anywhere, it had NJ plates and was one of the salesmen from the dealer!!!! FAKE ADD TO TRY AND GET CUSTOMERS ONSITE! HORRIBLE!!!!

I was able to get the vehicle I was looking for from 21st Century Auto Group. My salesperson, Lawrence was very accommodating and helpful in getting the car that I wanted. Oscar was also great in taking care of my finance needs making sure they can provide the financing within my budget. Corina in finance was very nice and made it easy to get all the paperwork processed and signed so I can start driving and enjoying my car. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. DISHONEST. I almost never write bad reviews but after getting home and cooling off from my bad experience there, it feels like the right thing to do. I originally called them about a 650 convertible. The girl over the phone asked if I wanted to come down and test drive it. I asked her if I could definitely drive it because I was coming from 50 minutes away. She reassured me, yes. Well I get there and because I wasn't ready to buy it right away they said they wouldn't let me drive it. I explained that they (phone girl) invited me to test drive it. They said they'd talk to her. Don't talk to her. Change your policy. Raise your consciousness. If that's your policy then be honest up front. Communicate reasonably with potential customers because I will be buying a 650 soon, just definitely never from them. The car smelled like cigarette smoke anyway. If we started off on such a bad note, where would we have gone from there...hidden fees? No customer service after the car is sold? Nice salesman. Bad place. Where's the Justice? I don't see no Justice.

They will promise and say anything to get you there. They will tell you the cars available and it's not. They are still 2 months later emailing me telling me a car is available and I was there and saw that it wasn't available. Went in to see an advertised 20k car, when I got there it was sold and was selling for 30k. They add 6k+ in dealer fees. It's unbelievable, for those upstate people thinking a out making the 5 or 6 hour drive DON'T DO IT!

Sent an email to dealer set up an appoint to view a 2015 Land Rover Sport that was advertised. I was contatcted by Yunis who assured me the car was still available and was at the dealership that day. Took 2 hour drive from NY to NJ only to be told the car was not there. Salesperson tried to sell me another car at a higher price. Unacceptable.

1 Star is too many, complete bait and switch. I kind of knew what I was getting into based on previous reviews, but figured I would give it a shot anyway. Vehicle was posted and I contacted them. They called and confirmed vehicle was available and also confirmed pricing over the phone. I declined to set an appointment up later that day. I did go into the dealership 30 minutes after getting off the phone with them and was told the vehicle was sold. No one closes a vehicle sale and finishes the paperwork in less then 30 minutes. I doubt they ever had the vehicle to begin with because they still do not have actual pictures of it posted online (yes the listing is still out there for a "sold" vehicle). The sales person suggested looking at a vehicle that was at least $10K more. Needless to say I turned right around and just walked out. Save yourself some time and don't even bother walking in.

I went to this dealership (which is over an hour away from where I live) hoping to be looking at the vehicle I saw online. Once I get to the dealership, they pretend to go get the keys for the vehicle I was interested in. When the salesman comes back, he says "Oh man I have to show you this." He pulls out his phone and shows me a picture of a smashed up Jeep that looks identical to what I was coming to look at. I said, "that's not the jeep I was coming to look at was it?" He replied yes it was. The car got smashed up over a week ago, meanwhile the vehicle is still online with a discounted price on it to bait people into still coming to the dealership. Needless to say I will NEVER be coming back to this dealership,.

The experience was really bad. I went to the dealer and asked to see this car and was told that the car was not available. I was told that they had to send the car back because it did not pass inspection. This is after them confirming my appointment twice. Then I was told to pick another car. I figured it was a bait and switch and walked away. To see that the car is still here on car guru tells me that this is how they bait people. Avoid these guys and go to a real dealership.

Prices see online is not the price you pay. Dealership is really a hook and sinker. Guys on the floor really don't know the cars if your credit is good they want to get you out of the door with the car. Nonsense sales pitch you must graduate from college within one year.#2.you must have been in the service and sell picture of the all. have you bought a car from us within the last past 2 years... you can't come with your credit R cash price. The dealer want you to use their creditor which is very high regardless of your credit score all in all the cars look great but the dealership needs better management

Very,very bad,they don't know anything about this car,they have this 2013 toyota camry, 31879 miles for $12000 on cargurus for over 2 months, using this as a fishing bate to bring people in, so they can sale them something else... on their website, they just put fotos ,of cars,with wrong, information, like years,miles and prices, I drove over 2 hours to get to their location to find this out...Example, they have on their website toyota 16 camry le ,27000 miles, for $ 14775, ,if you get there you will see the same color car, BUT IS TOYOTA CAMRY LE 2015 over 40000 miles,and over $$$20000,,, totally different numbers, , it's a shame,they have Todo this... they think are doing a smart move..but they are doing the opposite, ,.God have mercy of them...

It was like bait and switch. Then they tried to get me to at least leave a down payment on any car! Very bad experience

I would give this dealer a 1 star . I made an appointment and went all the way over there after a two hours drive to find out that the truck didnt pass inspection and did not get to the showroom. This is ridiculous i would think they will be professionals to make sure the truck is there if you make an appointment to show it.or dont list an item you dont have .

Dealer never responded, so we drove down anyway. When we got to the dealership, the 2015 BMW X5 xDrive35i priced at $39,975 (9,392 miles, vin # 5UXKR0C51F0K53471, stock # F0K53471) was no longer at the dealership. However, they were more than happy to show us another X5 priced at over $10k more. Although the vehicle has not been available for over a month, they will not remove the listing. It must be their only way to attract customers as they clearly have no integrity. I would give this dealership a Zero star rating if possible. It is this type of experience that gives used car dealerships and salespeople a bad reputation. Save your time and look elsewhere.

Dealer was GREAT at returning my call & setting up an appointment to come in. I even got a call on the day I was suppose to cone in. But after reading about other peoples exeriences & considering the commute was 2hrs. I insisted on confirmation that the vehicle was available to see & test drive. It was insulting that they could have been so insistant on getting me there but only after insisting on confirmation on the day of my appt. I was told "Oh we're sorry sir, that vehicle was sold yesterday". NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL!

My son went there to test drive the Hummer. There was no battery in the car and they did not have the right battery so he was unable to take a test drive. The oil was black, car obviously has not been maintained at all. Hoses and belts need replacing. It is listed as $17,000+ but the sign on the car said $28,000.

Bait and switch. Avoid this place. Not only that Internet price are way off from the price at the dealer. For example I went this 2012 XJ is shown here for 32,000. At the dealer it's priced out at 43,000. Like others said the want to show you other cars you didn't come to see. Here nowe weeks later the one I wanted to see I was told it was sold but it's still being shown on this site and their website.

If you go over there for a car that u like, that car is not there and they offer you another one all they wanna do is to offer you guys to buy the car in finance and they change their mind in the spot like they tell you one price after you test drive the car they tell you another one with out the taxes documents and registration which is $200 less, they told me first was close to $17000 then they told me $16750 with out taxes and registration if you do it yourself atleast gonna cost you $1800 more so if you do it urself it's gonna cost $18k plus and I went to so many places for the car all they wanna charge is taxes and registration which is another $276 but over here they charge you $500 for documentarion $480 for registration and plate that makes you out of question So at this place all they wanna do is to charge you extra money may be the money for watching their fency place

This place is a scam. They had a car for sale at "great" price. I called to see if the car was still for sale and on the lot. They said it was and I made an appt to see the car less than an hour later. Like every other review on this dealer said, the car was not there when I arrived. They were happy to show me two others that either were older models or different for substantially more money. Please believe the reviews on this dealer that say it is nothing but a "bait and switch" BTW the car was still listed for sale days later and when I called, they once again said it was on the lot and I should come down.

They said I can't have my money back and told they said they would fix the damage Witch included dented door broken headlamp and bent wheel they only fixed the wheel and said that's the best they can do. Their post price is actually 2500$ less to get you in the door but then they tell you if you don't qualify for their programs they actually add this on. Additionally they ask me what I could do tonight but offer no room for negotiation for me and said its required to put 1/3 of the vehicle down payment to even get considered for a discount. I forgot I inquired about the car and the called me a week later. Person also said they would send me the car fax via email but never did. The salesman I worked with was nice and an overall cool guy and they have an impressive inventory. I just did not like the sneakiness, promising that didn't happen, and I specifically told the girl I'm from far away I don't want to waste my time if it's not good and the response is you need to come in to get more details. 2 hour round trip and all that gas wasted for stress and a major headache. -Be warned

This dealer is terrible! I traded in my car for an Audi A4 and they never even got me approved from the bank.... I had the car for almost a month and after non stop calling I had personally go to the dealership to find this out!!! Then after I got my Honda back they tried to charge me for miles, ware, and tear on the Audi... Overall terrible place the financial managers are very disrespectful!!! I would never go back here again, ever!!!!' Nor would I even dare recommend this place to anyone.... Not even my enemies deserve a dealer like this! Terrible!

I made an appt to see the 2003 hummer. The pics of the hummer showed me a beautiful vehicle. When I got there it looked like a mess, covered with snow and mud. The tires didn't match and had low tread. Some lights were not working and message was displayed that said," system air pressure warning". Their response was that they weren't doing anything with the tires and that after I bought the vehicle I can bring it back and they'll see what they can do with the lights and the warning message. So they expected me to buy a dirty and potentially unsafe vehicle.

full of crap. I got the run around from the dealers. When I finally got a salesman on the phone, They gave me this BS story about how they charge a $2,495 service charge on all their cars. I asked why should I pay this fee for them to do their job and make sure the car is in running condition. They keep pushing the issue. Bottom line i found a better car S65 AMG benz (they were selling a S63 AMG benz) for less money.

The service was terrible. I was constantly forced to try to get into expensive vehicles that were over my price range instead of the one i came for. I was given a sale price of 29000 for a vehicle being advertised online at 20,995. I was offered 2000 less than the trade in cost of my current vehicle and told that i needed an extra 5000 to be considered for a loan when i have 3 car payoffs on my credit report. I would never refer this dealership to anyone. The salesman was also inexperienced.

I've purchased a 2009 Mercedes Benz ML 350. I love my vehicle. Upon arrival at the delarship I was greeted by a salesman named Steve. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. The Mercedes Benz that I've purchased was in excellent condition. My experience at this dealership was great. The staff was very professional. I inquired about Mercedece ml 350 and they said yes I can come and take a look on the car I drove 20 miles and went there. Once I reached there they checked and said they don't have that car. I thought ok it happens. After 3 days they called me and said they have that car and I can come and see it. Again I drove 10 miles and to my shock they did not have that car. Infact they never had that car. There inventory on their site is not updated; there staff is not in sync and the only thing they do is by any mean get the person there and waste their time. I would recommend don't waste your time by going to them rather go to other dealers

I asked that he showed me the vehicle that I had gone there to see and after another half hour of him beating around the bush he finally admitted that they did not have the vehicle. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone they are dishonest

Horrible the offer on a trade in is disrespectful ..they a bunch of crooks trying to swindle .the car buyer with no knowledge .they dont say they internet price to be eligible u must have a 750 credit score and finance through them..insane

numerous emails and only generic emails back. the vin, mileage and interior color were different in the pictures and listing. They never clarified just removed the listing.

Got an e-mail instantly with an appt as I had requested and shortly after that the manager e-mailed that the car I was interested in had been sold. So they were quick on response.

I just got back from a 4.5 hour ordeal with this dealer. First, they had several vehicles listed online for low prices that weren't even there when i arrived. After getting home i checked to see how long they had them up... One had been listed for 30 days. Bait and switch??? I test drove a car that i was told was a little higher in my price range but a deal could probably be "worked out". I liked it but decided i wanted to test drive another that was in the showroom that was listed online. They maneuvered all of the cars in the showroom to allow me to get the car in question out for a test drive. Ultimately, I liked the car and we began the paperwork to purchase it. After about 2 hours, i was told that the car i was purchasing was already SOLD! The manager apparently felt bad and said he would work out the same deal for the original car that i test drove that was also a little more expensive. I agreed and we then began paperwork on this car. After waiting another 2 hours, i was told by my salesman that he had an emergency and had to leave, but he'd be handing me over to another salesman to finish up the sale. I sit down and much to my surprise they try and tell me that there is no way they can meet my payment because of the interest rate. So... i pull out my phone and hit a payment calculator i have to see how that could be possible given my down payment, trade in value and even made the interest rate 10%! I realized that there was no way it could be so off, so i said... "you must be charging me like 4-5k more for the car, for this to make sense!?" The salesman said... Yeah.. that car is much more than the other one you were looking at. I was lied to and told i would get the "same deal" on it. They probably pull this stunt on people often. I would completely stay away from this dealer at all costs. I can only imagine the shady cons and games that are going on behind closed doors.

Nobody has responsabilty in this place ,only storage one lied in top on the other without results. Be carefully to deal with them.
