I never seen the car dealer so disrespect the customer like this dealership. here is the reason I am saying this,I call them many times for this car,two of there employees they are not helpful.after couple days I call them back I got another employee I talk to him I told him I have a Toyota Prius 2015,74000 mile on it clean title I would like to trade in.he told me bring the car to us and we will check it.I agree to take the car to them. I drove for two hour ,the manager took the car for a ride and check everything and he come back and he told me he offered me $2000 dollars for my 2015 at the same time he want me to buy his car which is 10 years old car for $11,995 please someone tell me is this how all the dealer make money or this guy tried to rip off the people?I don't recommend anybody to go to them.

First we like to apologize if we have offended you for the value we have put on your trade-in. Per our store policy We do offer maximum money for clean trade-ins, that we can resale at our dealership, but if the vehicle is not in condition to meet our standards, we have to offer a value that we think the vehicle will bring at the auto auctions.

I was interested in a car they had advertised for sale! I received a prompt response from one of the representatives. What I was most impressed by was when I had a specific question about Acuras and how knowledgeable and helpful the representative was. I also had a follow-up email from them, and I have to say it was the first time I had an experience with a car dealer that was helpful rather than pushy!

They offered me a vehicle at an amount, two days later when returning they could not find the quote sheet and the sales person was not available. So I explained what their price offer was and conditions, fixing the four dents. The new sales person (the original sales person partner, according to him) went to the sales manager and the price he cams back with was $500 higher. After going back and forth with him and the sales manager for thirty plus minutes, we got to the price of the original offer. Then when I reiterated the terms, amount and fixing the dents, he said the dents were not included. This was again very disturbing. By this time the original sales person became available and he played dumb in not knowing where the original quote sheet was but assured me (obviously with no authority) they would do the deal at the price and fix the dents. After the sales manager looked at the vehicle, said no he could not sell it to me at that price and repair the dents, BUT he might be able to make me a deal on another vehicle. If I wanted another vehicle I would have been looking at it. All contact with them lacked moral principles and standards of a profession. Stay far away.

It was good but couldn't agree on the price. The only bad thing is the vehicle wasn't clean to show and smell of cigarettes was bad.

Charles, sorry for your bad experience, all of our vehicles  go through  safety and mechanical inspection before placed in the inventory for sale.However as you may know the service light or maintenance lights  can come on for various reasons without warning but we always back up our vehicles and offer warranty for them.

The salesman tried to portray the finance manager as a "the bad guy" which he wasn't. When I tried to explain that a car I had was repossessed because I had lost my job they didn't understand how that could possibly have happened.

They had an excellent inventory of very nice vehicles at below blue book prices. Sales person did not hassle me, but was there to assist and answer questions when needed. Their finance officer, with over 20 years experience, found me a good interest rate with an affordable payment that I could manage. The overall experience was very pleasant and I would recommend them to anyone trying to find a nice used vehicle.

Best dealership I've ever been to! Great people there! I just bought my first car ever from them after having been rejected by 3 dealerships that same day. They gave me extra time to come up with a part of my down payment and still got to take my car home that same day. I have poor credit and Davd K. still gave me a really good APR and monthly payment. David Hernandez was just as great and helpful too.So thankful I stumbled across 1st Choice Auto Center. I highly recommend buying a car from them . They will do everything they can to help you. Totally wasted my time, told me they never lost a sale over price. I told them exactly what I had to spend and they told me to come on down (45 miles from my home) and they were sure we could make a deal. When I got there the salesman I talked to wasn't there the truck was in dire need of tires & the front seat belts didn't work. Then they told me it was going to be $999 more than I told them I could afford and they would not budge. Wasted 3 hrs of my time & 90 miles of driving. This place wouldn't be my Last Choice much less my 1st Choice.
