Used Automatic Audi S5 for Sale Nationwide

I requested a CarFax 3 different times by CarGurus website and 1 time by phone. Had intentions of flying to New York last weekend to look at the car but they for some reason don't want to provide a CarFax. Very shady, not sure why they don't want to sell a car. I'll buy elsewhere at this point. Be aware, something doesn't smell right with this dealership.

It was a pleasure to work with Jesus our sales person and Gigi was very courteous. We were attended right away. We Got a great deal and MJ is your go to finance person. They have a great selection of Cars! It was quick and super fast. I definitely recommend this place. I am a Satisfied customer !

Beware! Classic bait and switch! This is car is not available for that price. After agreeing to a deal at the advertised price, I waited 4 hours to meet with the finance manager who stated that he had to add an additional 8K to deal for their "certified" program. Again, they lied about the real price of the car until after running credit almost 4 hours later.

Met Walt and Joe. Haven't found the right fit yet but this is anything but a typical used car dealership.They're negotiable and friendly and not in any rush. Give them shot before you buy and at the very least, you'll spend a pleasant and informative hour with some good people.

I bought this town and country. I loved the space and comfort. The guys at island auto buyers were very nice and helpful.

These guys are typical high pressure low trade shady used car dealers. Mike, Walter, and the owner joe. Are all very pushy and arrogant. They put a good price online then give you way to low on your trade by like 30% less than nada value. Just a bad place I would never buy anything from them!!!!

My experience there was terrible. Test drive was great I presented them the approval email. It went left after that. They wouldn’t check what I was approved for without a deposit. They told me If they run my credit and I’m not approved I get my deposit back. If I get my approved and I don’t like the terms I can’t get my deposit back. I felt like I was being hustled out of my money.

Nice consultant- Unfortunately though they were not able to extend the Audi pull ahead program on this vehicle... Lease options were available due to the low mileage, however without the pull ahead option a deal could not be reached

Don't waste your time. They post a fake price on purpose so they can trigger great deals on purpose. Once you go there they will try to fool you around and the price will be 10K more at least. All of their vehicles are overpriced. Look elsewhere. They had me drive 3 hours although I confirmed the price before heading out. They will say the online price is the financed price after 5K down. However it will be even way more than 5K more

Cars prices are fake dealer fees are $7000 they just put low prices to get you in then say the price is after 5k down and hit you with fake 2995 recondition fake 2995 dealer certification fee and fake transportation fee just to get you to the price they really selling the car for instead of just putting the real price and that’s before tax and DMV fee

Hard to negotiate with, but I got the car I wanted. Prices are FIRM but the cars are worth it. Dealer worked with me to get me what I wanted.

Audi Shrewsbury was prompt in their response, including responding to follow-up questions. They are well supported for on-line buying. I received three separate follow-ups from their GM, GSM and individual rep working directly with me (Ashley Sousa). I did not end up making the purchase, but should have.

Awesome dealer great to work with very up front and honest! Tommy was are salesman and he was a straight shooter. All the staff and employees where very helpful absolutely would buy from them again.
