And the rear brake line blew, well I told the dealership and I ate the $300 brake repair, because it was hard to see the bad line. However the airbags was another situation, I was told by service member Dan that I would have to bring it in to see what they could do and he assured me that they would take care of me!! Well I guess that means telling me that these airbags were put in here and have a lifetime warranty but not for rust, then he tried blaming the shop that installed my gooseneck. Well I told him I was standing there the whole time and when they jacked my truck up the bags fell out!! Dan proceeded to tell me that they are going to do good by me, well is idea of good deal was $588 dollars to install new airbags, I said how come you don't charge me zero, because I paid asking price and the advertisement stated how clean and tow ready this truck was, well I told them how dissatisfied I was and they could of cared less. I will be letting everyone I know that is looking for a car or truck to stay far away from Signature Ford in Perry and Owosso, neither place has integrity or honesty and deliver false advertising and cannot back up a single repair to keep customer satisfaction and possibly create another sale, instead word of mouth and media will be Used to explain my dissatisfied EXPERIENCE!!"
