"The sales people are extremely rude, including the finance guy. I bought the car for my mother and got zero service from the moment we arrived. Once we found Mike, which included crossing the highway twice, he tossed me the keys and said to test the car without him. He couldn't answer a single question we had and only after we were 90% done with the purchase did we learn they couldn't find the second key. When I asked them to order it or take off the $395 that the key costs he refused. The whole experience from start to finish was horrible. I am in sales and I can't imagine being so rude to my clients..."

"Dealer contacted me, I made an appointment to see the car but when I got there I was told it had been sold. Drove more than an hour to get there. Was given gas to return home. A few days later I was told the car was available again; I completed credit app which was approved for purchase, and offered a ride to pick up the car the next day. I was then called by someone at the dealership stating someone else was interested and they had made an appointment to look at the car, and if I wanted the car I needed to get there before the next customer. This did not happen with the first person who made an offer on the car. I found this dealership to have inconsistent, unfair and insulting business practices."

Then next day I received a "canned" response from the "finance manager" about how wonderful the car was. No details whatsoever. I responded courteously asking for more details, condition, etc and cost of transporting vehicle to my zip code should I purchase it. No answer whatsoever! "
