"Service was unbelievably poor at Inver Grove Toyota. I was
called multiple times at work no matter how many times I
told them to email me or call me outside of my professional
hours. The salesman was aggressive, had no
communication skills, and no respect for my boundaries. I
was in dire need of a car and required zero persuasion, but
he was pushy and kept asking me why I wasn't scheduling a
test drive *right that second*. I had to explain to him the
exact nature of the recent accident I'd been in, my
insurance, current transportation situation, etc. to try to
convince HIM that I knew what I was doing and was unable
to schedule a test-drive at the moment--- and then I still
received another call trying to schedule me. Within the same
day. I'm glad I didn't end up buying from this dealership;
would not recommend."

"Customer service was great but as soon as I drove off then it stopped. Found some small things that could of been taken care of but when I called them back it was the well you bought it as is and you already signed the paperwork so good luck and the things I did find before hand I haven't even gotten a phone call to let me know what was going on with the parts. Go figure. "
