When signing the papers the financial manager printed the papers and added a $400 charge for some sort of warranty after I specifically said I didn't want any warranty, then when I called him out on it he said "oh let me see if I can remove that" like he didn't know after 6 years of working there that he put that on my papers. They also charged me $500 for an etching fee, which you can do at home for $25, to put the vin numbers on the windows, they only put it on two windows. After two days of waiting for the car I finally had to make another hour drive to get it. The next morning I noticed a crack in the windshield and asked if they would fix it, I was told that they would do nothing for me. And then they sent me a "Welcome to the Family" email, get the hell out of here. They're scam artists, if you're going to buy from them be very very careful and Iook over all they paperwork they give you. I would just not deal with them at all. I never will again."

I ended up purchasing the car and driving off the lot that day! Also, I did get a lower price as well as delicious 4th of July celebration BBQ! Great experience ever buying a car! I've had the car a little over 2 weeks and there are no problems, I LOVE IT!
