We finally took the drive out there (almost 1 1/2 hours from our house) only to find that they had modified the truck and added "lifters" and "off road tires", etc. to the vehicle. This was not the same truck that was pictured and advertised; nor was this a vehicle we would have driven all that way to see and "test drive". The salesman told us they could remove all the equipment they had added but wanted us to take our "test drive" at that time. My husband refused! You could not tell how a truck would drive or handle with all these extras they had added. Then he walked us into the "Manager's Office". The manager told us pretty much the same thing. My husband told them we'd be back to do the "test drive" once the equipment they had added had been removed. The Manager said we'd need to give them a (refundable) deposit to have them do that. This made no sense at all. Why would they insist on a deposit to undo the work then refund it if we decided to not buy the truck? We had taken that long drive out there to see, drive, and were prepared to purchase the truck that was advertised! This truck had exactly everything we had been looking for! (Before they changed it and didn't change the photos or advertisements!!) The Manager said he could get his hands on another one in a day or so. We've not heard back from anyone there since! That was 4 days ago....We would not have financed, it would have been a "cash" deal! Their loss, we'll find another one ourselves."

I called a few times just to hear him say, "I was going to call you". He told me the car was in the shop having a few dents taken out and painted. He would call as soon as it was done. I NEVER heard back from him. After a few weeks, I called again, this time I spoke with Randy. He told me the car would be out of the shop by the end of the week and I could come see it. I told Rick that I was traveling from Indianapolis (3 hour drive ) He said great, I will see you in Saturday! I decided to send a friend from Toledo, Ohio to check out the car. OMG!! He told me this car was STILL in the shop getting a radiator put in , the car HAD NOT BEEN PAINTED it was a MESS! He said the car looked HORRIBLE. As if they were just patching it together. Besides that .... Randy basically lied about the car being ready. SUPER SHADY SALESMEN and company. I will report this to the appropriate parties. "
