My wife bought this car for us when I deployed to Iraq in 2006. At first I was worried, as I haven't been impressed with an American car in awhile, especially an American compact. This is, quite possibly the BEST car Ford ahs built in awhile. It has amazing performance for a bone-stock 2.3L car. I do wish it was a five-speed though...

"I would have rated them a 5 but we had a few communication issues early on but they finished well and were great to work with and we ended up getting the vehicle with financing and warranty. My only real complaint is the vehicle was not washed or filled with gas when we came to pick it up. I know they run a lean operation here but that would have been nice. We had to go right to the gas station in order to get home. But I would still buy from them again. Jeff and Brain were great and solved issues that came up."

"Went to test drive a used Envoy. Took it for a 20 minute drive. Was clean but had good size dent in fender and it didn't seem like the air was working correctly. They were asking just under $9000, I was more around 8500 with everything fixed. So a few days later we set up a time for a long test drive. I take the vehicle for about 2 hours and just as I suspect the air is not working correctly. Also while on the test drive I have to put $10 of gas in. I get back to the dealer and tell them I had to put gas in thinking that I will get back my $10. But all I get is a shoulder shrug, so the salesguy goes in the back to talk to the boss. Best they can do is 8600 without fixing the air. Why I ask? I am told that the job is to big for what they want to put into the vehicle. "
